My generac wouldnt stay runny on the day it was scheduled to start automatically.Called Tyler at JA Corey Electric.Tyler immediately called and came to our home & found the reason. Repaired it.Starts on day Tyler schedule it to start. Thursdays at 3:00.Very happy with Tyler.And very pleased with JACorey Electric.Purchasing the generac was a great movement.Thank you ALL for your service.

We contacted Generac from a national advertisement and were referred to JA Corey Electrical. JA Corey has top notch employees, professional, knowledgeable and personable. Joycelyn, General Manager, is excellent with coordination and communication. Tyler doing the site survey and then the setup and test run is excellent and knowledgeable answering all our questions and walking us through all the procedures. The installation crew, Chris and others, have the installation down to a well choreograph procedure and again taking time to answer all our questions. Great company, great people, great product.

We were having a problem with a brand new generator and their tech quickly determined a pin had backed out from one of the connectors inside. While on site they also performed our annual maintenance. They are responsive and showed up on time. Highly recommend JA Corey.

I prefer using independently owned businesses and JA Corey is who Ive been using for a few years now. Theyre always great to deal with, they give you a full detailed analysis on what was wrong with (in my case) my generator and if a problem comes up they swiftly come over to check it out. So far Ive never had a technician that felt like he didnt know what he was doing or seemed confusing. They have all seemed well trained and prepared to deal with whatever issue arises. They always deal with me and my long list of questions (Im curious of what theyre doing), so at least theyre patient. As long as theyre around, and keep giving great customer service, they have a lifetime customer here.

Jamie and Meredith worked with us when we had a mini split put into our home. They were most helpful, courteous and responsive. The work was done on time and with the utmost competence. We have used JA Corey for our big electrical jobs. They put in our generator as well. I reccomdend JA Corey without hesitation.
