Service and technician were both first class. Aundrea was knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Only complaint is paying $120 just for making a call - if repairs are made some credit should be given. $120 for a call and $120 for 45 minutes and no new parts ($260 total) is steep.

The measure of a company is not solely based on how they show up for their clients when a job is “easy.” It is not hard to do the right thing when everything goes right…the TRUE measure of a human (and or business) is how they handle things when everything goes wrong. Central One had a tough case on their hands with my refridgerator. They were up against LG NOT being honest and helpful and they were up against my (not so flattering side) of exhaustion and having gone for over three weeks with no refrigerator…As a business owner myself, all I can say is that I would recommend Central One for any job, residential or commercial. They “did the right thing”, went above and beyond and maintained decorum, when I in fact , did not. I’ve not seen many people or businesses show up like this in an otherwise hard situation.I gratefully give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙏🏻

Called one afternoon they were out the next morning. I indicated that I thought the problem was going to be the drain pump on the washer. I gave them the model number and they had that drain pump in hand when they arrived at my door.It turned out it was the drain pump and they went ahead and replaced it very very quickly. They followed with an email identifying the person who would be coming for the repair along with an identification picture, phone number and time frame. Very efficient. Called on a Monday and they got to me on Tuesday at noon . Dave was honest about fixing. It would be 700.00 to fix and then you wouldnt be able to fix it again because they dont make the parts anymore. Buying a new washer for almost repair bill.

Dave can come live w/ us if hes ever looking for a home.He fixed our Maytag washer just by instructing us,very politely, on how to use it and how not to use it.He also advised us that a washing cycle wasnt broken which we had been fraudulently advised was broken on a prior repair visit by another repair man.We couldnt be happier w/ Daves visit.I thought i would be paying many hundreds of $s to get my relatively new Maytag washer fixed, I only paid for a visit.Thats how to do business and stay profitably in business.

The dryer exterior vent, had an extra flap which the tech found clogged. He removed the extra vent. He informed me that the clogged vent was the reason my dryer blew a fuse. I’m very pleased with the service and will use them again if the need arises.

Our 2008 ice maker finally stopped working. Chad was the technician assigned to us. After he called to let me know he was on his way they dispatched him to another customer that was close to the job he was leaving. He called and advised me of the delay, and he actually arrived earlier than originally expected. I am definitely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Sadly, he advised that our ice maker was to the point of no return.Im grateful he was honest and didnt try to sell and install parts that wouldnt have fixed it. I will call Central One again when the need arrives.

They communicated with me what was going on with my system and had a plan right away to test out their solution. They were correct on their initial diagnosis. It took them longer to walk to the truck to grab a new part than it took to actually swap out the part. Highly recommend!

User error on our part that we didn’t try to do a little research on our own but we were charged a $130 service charge for their technician to show me that I just needed to press two buttons to power my refrigerator back on. The technicians were nice and helpful and I would use their service in the future for more serious calls lol.

Central One was flexible with appointment scheduling. I didnt make it easy. I scheduled an appointment and then had to reschedule, after 5pm no less - for the following day, and they made it happen.Chris was my tech and he knew his stuff! I described the problem, he knew exactly what it was and the part to get. He was confident. I was not. Spoiler... he was right.Chris got the part and was back the very next day. I had yet another scheduling snafu and Chris worked around it, getting my refrigerator back running and right exceedingly quickly!I have twin boys that are attempting to eat me out of house and home and this happened right at the end of the school year; meaning they are grazing at all hours. Being without a refrigerator for days on end would have been bad.Chris and Central One made sure that didnt happen.5/5 would definitely use again.

We are a BBQ restaurant and our walk in cooler recently went out. Facing the possibility of losing a great deal of product , I called Central One Service and they were on site working the problem within a couple of hours. Jeremy and his team are professional, unbelievably knowledgeable, timely, honest...the complete package. They use only the best tools in the industry. I keep my guard up when dealing with new companies, but Central One Service has earned my trust (not easy to do). They will be my first call for all my refrigeration/HVAC needs going forward. I would recommend 100%!.

Outstanding service. Would highly recommend Central One! I think Maytag / Whirlpool should really look at this group as the go to than the other company in central Arkansas. The technician was on time, called ahead, very professional, explained what was going on and even had the parts on hand to fix. Which is hard to find in todays service world . I wished I would have found these guys earlier. One major point to make - They do not have any hidden extra charges like others. They quote you a service fee and that is it. No diagnostic fee and then hit you up after the for an install fee. Again, maybe Maytag will read this and look into this group for a real stocking service group.

I APPRECIATE THE ONE DAY SERVICE. i knew my Kitchen Aid dishwasher was old enough to have served its time but it was even older than I thought. I guessed it was about 18 years old but I was wrong. I found the original paper work and we bought it in May 2002. I just dont like anything to be pronounced DEAD without an expert opinion so thank Dave for his expert opinion on my old Kitchen Aid. Im glad I waited for Dave to tell me that it is time to let my old Kitchen Aid go. Im 92 now so I have a great respect for Expert Opinions. A magnet with your company name on my stainless steel refrigerator.Dave thought that would look nice in my kitchen.

Chris was a great technician. However, I suggest in the future all technicians put a pad or towel or something on the floor when pulling out a dishwasher unit. I suggested that but I guess it doesnt happen very often. However, I was disappointed that my hardwood floor sustained a noticeable scratch. Accidents happen, but, I feel as if this one could have been avoided. Just my opinion for some constructive criticism going forward.
