    Today was a great day! I had some much wanted and needed upgrades done and I am MORE than pleased with the results. This Company in my opinion is worth the cost for the quality of work performed by the professional technician (Mr. Sam) peace of mind I get each time I use them. Get the membership as well, you cant go wrong by the added benefits it provides.

    Mr. Sparky was on time, and actually came early (with my permission after a friendly courtesy call) due to being ahead on appointments! Scottie did great work on our safety inspection today, gave us great options for how we could improve or replace our 40yr old fuse box. He also switched out an outdoor light for a wired camera and floodlight for us above our garage. He even stayed while I connected the camera to our home network to ensure everything was working 100% before leaving. Great job!

    They came quickly and did my work fast. Their professionalism was great. Phone pricing and their reality pricing was dramatically different in a bad way. The price charged was high for the time it took to do the job. $291.00 for a fifteen minute task is $1,165.00 an hour which we would all agree it exorbitant.Tech team was personable and friendly. Good people skills.

    Our electrical was not up to code and it was a pricey fix. Honestly, the guys who came out to do the work made it a much more pleasant experience than it could have been. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, gave updates, etc. They took the time to show me everything and explain everything and asked if I had questions. I also felt completely comfortable with them in my home. We will return to Mister Sparky for any future needs. I wish I could remember both their names. One was Chase, I know that for sure since he is on our emails.

    Chase was EXCEPTIONAL. We had a power outage last night and woke up to 2 GFCI outlets not resetting. Chase came out (even was able to come out earlier than planned) and he identified the problem quickly. Apparently, the problem was coming from my kitchen switch (which Staley electric supposedly just fixed maybe a month ago?) There were a lot of burnt wires in the switch and he repaired them all, which in turn fixed the 2 outlets that were connected to it.He was polite, had great work ethic, and seemed to actually care about his work and making sure the job is not just done right, but neatly as well. Ive seen a lot of lazy electrical work, and he is not that! I will definitely be recommending him and Mr. Sparky due to my experience with Chase. Its hard to find a good electrician you can trust.

    First time customer with Mister Sparky and I am not disappointed! My technician Tristan Boyd explained everything to me what hes going to do and what needs to be done in a way that I understood. He found the problem I had and did not start working on it until I saw the actual price in which to my surprise was very reasonable! I will be keeping this number under my contacts and I highly recommend them!

    Chase and Andre came to our house to help fix an issue we had with our tube lighting ballast. They both went over options and were able to retrofit the ballast to hold LED lights. When the light they initially installed wasnā€™t the correct color, they went to purchase the correct light and re-installed it.I appreciate both Chase and Andreā€™s professionalism, kindness, and expertise. I highly recommend Mister Sparky and this crew, specifically.

    Mister Sparkyā€™s technician Chase showed up right on time. He replaced my 8 ft light fixture and T8 lights that had fallen from the ceiling. He checked my other fixture I was concerned with that might fall. I would have saved money by calling Mr Sparky to install the new T8 fixtures in the first place. I wouldnā€™t have had to pay a second fee and the work would have been perfect if I had called them first.

    Scottie and Sam were very knowledgeable and recommended the correct approach to diagnosing and fixing the electrical arcing problem we were having. Scottie did excellent work and while he was here he added a light šŸ’” in a closet. I highly recommend both Scottie and Sam! Performed an inspection of the electrical system of the house and recommended an upgrade to protect the system from power surges. Very polite and professional. Didnt waste time and completed the visit in less that 1 1/2 hours. Very pleased.
