    Stellar Foundation Repair was just this-“stellar”. The crew showed up on time and were very professional with their set up and clean up. It was evident they had the experience and expertise to handle my sinking house. What amazed me was the way they carefully dug into the earth and placed and trapped the excess dirt on tarps. They cautioned taped the holes for our safety while working. The holes are filled neatly and mulch was laid to cover any evidence that foundation work had been done. My kitchen floor does NOT lean, the outside cracks in the brick are filled and joined. The doors close. The repair complete!Sterling and his crew made sure our home was put back together better than they found it, leveled to the naked eye. The work comes with a guarantee and there is no doubt that he and his crew would be here to make any adjustments if need be. I give Stellar Foundation 5 stars over all!

    We are beyond pleased with the guys from Stellar Foundation! My sons house ended up needing more done and took more time than anticipated but this company stuck with it until the job was done.     ~Serviced end of Sept. 2024~ Mahalo (Thank you) Stellar Foundation Repair for the great reliable service your business provided us! So impressed w/ the amount of work that was done in such a short amount of time. I called a week prior to the start of what could had been a longer project but would only be a 2 day job thanks to the amount of people and the efficiency w/ everything. After my husband and I noticed some visible concerning issues incl. our home started to show evidence of settlement that was also causing it to shift and the exterior materials to seperate leaving gaps in our foundation we took to good ol reliable Google and Stellar Foundation was one of the first residential/ home foundation repair services that got back to us. W/ my occupation it is difficult to be available for such projects and I jus want to say great job to Sterling and his entire team who came through in the knick of time. My ohana (family) and I are so grateful for the peace of mind w/ their companys lifetime warranty that our homes much needed repairs have been addressed and completed. We will definitely be keeping in contact for future home projects 🙏🏽

    I was worried about my foundation. I called and got a free estimate very quickly. Sterling came over with his partner and they were very professional. He showed me pictures of what needed to be done. I hired him on the spot. He has a friendly personality and is knowledgeable. I got an appointment quickly as well. He and his team came over and they were on time. They spent a good and long time making sure that the floor was level. He made sure to check every area I was having issues with. I felt better about walking around my house after he was done. Peace of mind is priceless. He and his entire team are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

    Very friendly and sociable company. In this day and age for someone to keep their word is just important to me as the quality of work. For example on this remodel two other contractors gave bids, were awarded the jobs then wanted more money when task was completed. Stellar gave the bid and ran into a massive unexpected problem with an unknown cement slab in the way of 2 pillars. Had to jackhammer thru 3 ft. Of concrete to do job properly. Never once did stellar owner or employees gripe or complain. A 2 day job turned into a 4 day job. More importantly is owner never asked for more money, even when I offered to pay more. Very hard working and upstanding people. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

    Sterling and his crew were outstanding! He and Laura came out to conduct the estimate on time and took pictures of areas of concern and we received a detailed breakdown of work to be completed that afternoon. They took care of everything and had the best price around. After the clean up, you would have never known any work was done. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone needing foundation work.     Stellar Foundation came out and checked my home. They were prompt, courteous and informative. I have an older home, and there were a couple small cracks. Sterling checked the crawlspace and explained what he’d found. They told me the house is fine, sealed the cracks and told me what to keep an eye out for. No charge for the visit or sealing the cracks. I highly recommend them!

    Even though Stellar foundation couldnt immediately help us fix the problem they went out there way to help us stabilize our foundation by setting up a temporary support. The friendliness and honesty we got from the individuals that work at this company was top notch service.     Sterling and Laura, along with their workers Jayden and EJ did and amazing job on repairing my pier and beam foundation on my 1950 home. They all went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right and kept me informed of what was going on throughout the whole process. I have never met such a respectful group of workers that work so well together, and were very respectful to my home. I cant say enough kind words about Stellar Foundation and the work they did on my home.Sterling took the time to listen to what I wanted and needed done. I had 16 floor joist, 5 support beams and rough 20 piers placed all at an extremely reasonable price, dramatically less than I was quoted by other companies.Highly recommend them to anyone who needs foundation repair.

    I called for a free inspection of my foundation. Appointment scheduled, Sterling and Laura showed up on time, and we start the inspection. I tell them the reason for the inspection and they say they dont perform those repairs. I was disappointed but they did give me two companies who do the work I needed. They were very helpful and kind and I would not hesitate to call them again to do some work for me if needed. Thank you Sterling and Laura!!

    Stellar Foundation Repair was available on short notice to give me an estimate for my tentative foundation repair. The person I worked with, Sterling, was very professional, took his time explaining things in a manner that a non-foundation person could understand, and gave me a tentative quote on the spot. Additionally, he emailed a detailed estimate on the same day that included pictures. Throughout the entire process I was pleasantly surprised by his level of expertise, his honesty, his and ability to communicate and answer questions.     Had a foundation inspection done today with Stellar Foundation. I can not say enough good things about this company.They were so nice and friendly and listened to all my concerns and He did a thorough inspection,which wasnt the easiest due to my small crawl space. He really went above and beyond for me. He took pictures that he went over with me and was very honest and trustworthy. Thankfully I dont have an issue at this time but if I ever do in the future Stellar Foundation will be the only company I will trust to do the work.     I HIGHLY recommend Stellar Foundation Repair! Sterling came to my home on a Sunday. It was even Fathers Day! He did a thorough, and I mean thorough, examination of my foundation. He was the 3rd company I had asked for an estimate. He was the ONLY one if the 3 that went to every corner of my home from under the house. He took measurements and pictures of everything that needed repair. And boy was it way more of a mess than the other two companies had estimated. After it was all completed, he was honest enough to tell me that while it could be repaired, for quite a lot of money, that he did not recommend repairing it. His estimate was free. He even sent me the pictures and what it would take to repair it if I chose that route. Who does that? Well, Sterling at Stellar Foundation did! He is one of the nicest, most knowledgeable and honest humans I have met in a while! If you need foundation repair, of any kind, do yourself a favor and call Stellar Foundation Repair!     Came out, did a thorough inspection, inside out, and under the house. And gave us honest advice. Very pleasant folks, unfortunately our house is way beyond normal foundation issues, we knew that going in. But having someone do an honest evaluation, didnt charge us for the inspection (***in this Oklahoma heat to crawl around under the house***) gave us a step for the next direction. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

    Awesome Job!! Hes my go to guy for foundation! Helped me out with additional stuff besides foundation re looked at my gutters and drain system. While he was doing a free estimate he dug up my drain system to check if it was clear. Again for the free estimate dug around my whole house just to help me out!Genuine amazing guy and very caring. He will have my business as long as I have my house!

Structural repairs can be stressful and costly but working with Stellar was a pleasure.The customer process is a well-thought out experience, which I appreciated. In fact, I never physically met with Stellar at the property through the entire process. Detailed updates and pictures were received at each step, and Sterling was happy to lend honest advice at any tricky spots.Stellar Foundation Repair installed (3) 10-foot beams with (9) concrete piers in two days to help with sagging floors across a kitchen, dining room, and hallway. Minimal damage, existing cracks closed smaller, and floor and doors noticeably more level — all for a reasonable price. Thanks again!

    Very happy with the service provided by Stellar! Sterling and crew were awesome. We had them service two different issues at our home at different times in 2024, both jobs were completed on time, at the price quoted and to satisfaction.During their second service trip, they inspected work done previously without us needing to ask, and when Sterling decided he didnt like the way part of it looked, he set us up to add additional support and correct it to his standard, at no extra cost. Thats exactly the kind of diligence and integrity you want to see in a service company. In addition, I never had to worry about who was in our home or weird interactions while I was away - more points for trustworthiness!I have already and will continue to recommend them to all friends and family, as well as to the customers of my own business. Excellent job!
