David and the crew at Medina’s Plumbing have done multiple jobs for us and I feel 100% confident recommending this company to anyone in the Las Cruces area! Call them first and thank me later.But for those that want more details I’ll below.Medina’s Plumbing has done great work for us 3 times now and each time they showed up on-time, stayed until the job was done THE RIGHT WAY and never surprised me with any price changes!Another great quality that inspires confidence is that if you ask David about a job he will give you an honest answer. He has turned down a couple jobs with us because he felt they weren’t necessary yet or it couldn’t be done properly at a reasonable price. This is not a company that will just do anything to make a buck.They have replaced our water heater, repaired a broken water main (after hours emergency) and did our side of a conversion from septic to city sewer.When we had the emergency with our water line David’s guys showed up within the hour and they stayed well into the evening to make sure the job was done correctly. In addition we felt like the fees were very reasonable.

Had a problem with my AC, dripping water in my garage. It could have been an expensive fix, and I was prepared to pay, turns out it was an extremely simple thing that took him just a minute to clear, made no bones about it, and didnt charge me. extraordinary positive attitude and work ethic.

During record high temperatures and a holiday, Medinas went out of their way to ensure my elderly father was comfortable when his a/c went out. Medina is run by genuinely good people. This is our second time calling them during a crisis, the first time was a plumbing issue, and I honestly cant give them enough stars in this review. Great people and great work.

David Medina and his crew were professional and courteous and did a thorough job (no shortcuts) repairing my Daughter and Son n Laws water and sewer pipe system. Medinas Plumbing also installed brand new toilets, sinks, bath and showers, etc., which left the bathrooms looking amazing. They did everything possible to make sure it was done within a reasonable time. The price was well worth it and offered financing. No runaround, David responded and showed up when needed. We recommend Medinas Plumbing based on our experience. Thank you so much David and your crew for everything you did for us and a job very well done!

Very good experience with Medina Plumbing. The visit was timely and once they returned after retrieving the correct size line snake, they cleared a stubborn clogged drain. I was appropriately charged as the tech clarified the service particulars on the phone with the clerk which saved me $30. The techs were both very good.

Like all issues, I had a sink in our only restroom backup just before a family get together. After a few failed attempts to clear it out myself and using half of the foul language in my vocabulary. I scheduled an appointment with another plumber and the day of the appointment they cancelled on me. now its the day before the party I called Medinas plumbing. He was able to find me a spot in his busy schedule to help me out of my predicament. I was very worried about the possible raking over the coals I was about to receive for the rapid service. I technician showed up early and was very prompt at finding the issue and resolving it. The best part was the companys professionalism, honesty and very fair pricing. This nightmare is off the list of things to do before everyone comes into town and takes over my one restroom house. I recommend Medinas plumbing.Thank you for everything

I am in my 80s and this is the best plumbing company I have ever used!!I had an emergency and the owner himself came out during closing hours and did a stop gap procedure until the next business day when parts could be purchased. The installation of a new toilet in one bathroom and the repair of the toilet in the second bathroom was completed efficiently, quickly and neatly! The price was very fair and both David and Brandon were very nice, polite and very neat. I will never call anyone else for service!

I was so grateful to find Medinas Plumbing on a Monday morning when the toilets stopped working and started draining into the showers. Their very responsive dispatcher called me back when a plumber became available. Brandon identified our problem and cleared the main line to the sewer in the street. He was knowledgeable and very professional and finished the job in a very workmanlike manner. He took the time to also consult with us on some other issues we are having. Going forward we will always call Medinas Plumbing first and we highly recommend Brandon in whom you may have all confidence.

We moved to Las Cruces just two years ago . David Medina and crew hooked up all of our plumbing.If we had any issues after we moved in , they were here to fix them !David said he would be here like family and would take care of us ! How wonderful that sounded as moving from Minnesota and not knowing any one ! Today he proved that he keeps his family word !After two years here our water softener broke down and he replaced it with a brand new one and only charged us for the labor . We were in need of a plumber ASAP. Our hot water heater started shooting water out. It was old and started giving us problems about a year ago. We knew it was going out but the major problems was it had no water pan so an emergency situation like this would cause us to have to shut our water off. To save our floors and house from flood damage.I called our regular plumber and they had no one they could send out. I couldn’t wait without water so I searched the internet for any high rated plumbers that could help us. I left a few messages and then finally I get to Medina and he actually answers the phone. He says “no worries hes busy but will be there within the hour”. Thank goodness! Yes! and he was there just as promised. His company is prompt and professional. Very kind and caring about our emergency situation. By 7 pm we had a new water heater! Thank you Medina Plumbing!And sadly none of the other plumbers I called and left messages for even called me back that day.

My hot water heater stopped working. I called everywhere and was put on a 2 week waiting list at the other places. The lady who answered the phone (sorry I don’t remember your name) was so helpful and got us squeezed in between jobs. The guys who came were very helpful. They got it started but pointed out it was installed in 2002 and would need to be replaced. They have me a very reasonable quote and I will definitely use them again!!

My heater went out during the coldest part of winter. We called Medina’s plumbing and the owner David came the next morining to inspect it. He said he could fix it but there was no guarantee it would stay fixed and recommend a new unit. The day after that he sent one of his workers over to install the new heater. He even made it so that it would easily convert to refrigerated air, for when we decide to get rid of our swamp cooler. The heater works amazingly and it’s saving us on our gas bill. David and his employees are efficient, kind, and execute their job extremely well. I will never use another plumber.
