Always a great experience working with this company. As a landlord I dont have the ability to always be present at a rental property during a repair. Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas always respond quickly, provided plenty of pictures and details of the problem, and their customer service is spot on. Its nice to have a company I can trust.

Issac and his helper provided outstanding service. Tree roots had broken my outflow pipe and Issac got it repaired. Compounding this, it was extremely hot and had to be dug my hand. He also had to cut some tree roots that impaired digging. He explained everything promptly and let me know what he was doing every step of the way. I 100% recommend them and would use them again if I needed to.

We had Las Cruces P&G out for an estimate on a soft water conditioner and Eugene was the tech. Showed up right on time, very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Our situation was somewhat complex and we had a misunderstanding as Eugene said he would have to bill us for the estimate. I was never advised, nor have I ever come across it before in many years, that there would be a charge for an estimate. Nothing on the website, nothing in the appointment confirmations. Eugene called back to the office and got it worked out for us and there was no charge. We have not ordered any work yet but this was a good sign of service, in my opinion. Granted, there was a lack of communication up front. But you usually find out if a company provides true service when there is a problem of some kind and in this case, Las Cruces P&G stepped up to the plate. Thanks, guys!

Absolutely amazing service. The office staff were courteous and were able to get me on the calendar same day. They send you a text when the plumber is on the way with a picture of the person so you know who is arriving at your home. They were able to repair the leak without destroying my bathroom floor, and while I have quite a bit of sheet rock work, that beats foundation and tile work! I would recommend this group to anyone.

LC Plumbing and Gas did the plumbing work when our two bathrooms were gutted and remodeled. We use them when we need other work. They were here Friday because we had water on the floor under our washing machine. I thought it was a problem with the washer, but the appliance guys realized it was a plumbing problem. The gentlemen arrived as scheduled, were completely professional and very personable. They cleared the drain and installed a vent pipe. They were respectful of both me and my home. They cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company (as did our contractor for our remodel) and will use them again in the future.

Excellent customer service. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Our ac was struck by lightning surges and of course damaged the system. Matt worked with me and the insurance company to get it back in service. So the entire system had to be replaced. Matt provided a reasonableestimate for a new train hvac system that the insurance company approved.Believe it or not, friday I provided 1/2 down and today we have ac, which they recieved the unit yesterday!! UNBELIEVABLY FAST IN MY EXPERIENCE!!I highly RECOMMEND this company for your plumbing and hvac needs!Satisfied new customer!

Ive put off this review so many times but I had to let people know how great all the employees fro LC Plumbing & Gas have been. From Celeste and her excellent customer service, to all the plumbers whove worked at our place. We moved back to our old house after been unoccupied for 3 years so there has been a lot of work needed and EVERY single employee who has come to the house to work on something has been super polite, efficient, and FAST!Thank you Darren, Robert, Bo, Adam, and Jessee. From snaking a tub, hooking up my washer, patiently working on my stove, replacing a/c parts and having it work before it hits triple digits today! You kids are great!

I called before 8 am and they answered right away. I asked for an estimate for replacing my water heater, they provided one quickly. I called back later when I figured out that the water heater did not need to be replaced and they sent a plumber to my house within a couple of hours. I got a text before he arrived that provided me with a picture of the plumber. He arrived wearing his name tag and a mask. He was super helpful, answered all my questions and fixed the problem. I will definitely call them back when I need a plumber!

I dont typically leave reviews, but after my experience with this company, I was moved to do so. Ernie, Erick, and Matt from Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas undoubtedly exceeded all of my expectations. The initial estimate process was far more thorough and their price was better than competing companies for a full HVAC installation. After installation, I called them up because my home wasnt cooling as efficiently as expected. The issue was an unforeseen issue that anyone doing an initial inspection would have missed. Only a half hour after I called, they sent someone over and did a thorough inspection to find the issue. They worked diligently to resolve the problem with no additional cost to me. Not only was everyone professional, courteous, and polite; but knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Office administrators, staff, and management are all a pleasure to work with and I can say they secured a life-long customer. Youd be a fool not to consider this company for your HVAC needs!

Our kitchen faucet needed to be replaced. I spoke with LaDonna (who always provides excellent customer service when we call) got us a same day appt. We had already purchased a replacement faucet, but needed a professional to install it. Technician Anthony Collins came to our rescue! He was punctual (actually arrived early), courteous and completed the installation and clean-up in less than an hour. We really appreciate the great service we receive from LCP & G LLC!!

I doubt most of us never considered the hardship of being without water in the home. I know the thought has never entered my mind until yesterday when I twisted the knob off a rusted inlet valve. The first three plumbing companies gave me lead times of 24 to 72 hours. Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas was at my door three hours after calling them.Mr. James Moore was professional, courteous ,and efficient. He notified me when he was on the way, replaced the bad valve in record time and left no mess. My hero! Thanks James !

Staff at Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas (LPG) are my Heros. It was the end of a long day for them when I called. In my attempt to fix the water line with a small leak to the refrigerator, I cut the line and discovered that I had bought the wrong part. I have water going everywhere. The shut off valve is frozen and I cant turn the water off. Called LCPG and they came right out to fix it. Today I had other repairs done by LCPG, one of which was not requested at the time of scheduling. James Moore without hesitation said I can fix it now. All of the staff have been courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile.

These guys are awesome!! I had AC issues yesterday and called the main office and spoke to Matt. He was thorough and very helpful. Matt was able to send a person out within a couple of hours. Gilbert arrived and was professional and told us exactly what we needed to do to get back up and running. We had to wait a day for the AC to thaw out. This morning the company sent Ricky out to take a look. I feel like he went above and beyond with fixing the unit, providing education for the future, and the price was fair. You also get a text with a picture of who will be coming out and their ETA. Some even have tracking so you know how close they are! Will definitely be using them again!

I’ve conducted a lot of business with Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas through one of the largest Property Management companies in town. Jeff along with his crew have always been efficient. I have recommended them to friends ( I don’t have family in town, otherwise I’d recommend them to family). We continued to do business for years, they earned it from their prices to their work ethics. My husband and I always contact them. We’ve had a water heater installed at our rental home. We’ve had a refrigerated air unit installed at our house. They’ve repaired a busted pipe on the side of or house. We’ve also had them out for a clog that we couldn’t undo. Their prices are fantastic! I will continue to do business with Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas.

Robert and Darren are the tops in plumbers! Best company in a long time. They replaced 3 toilets with new ones and were prompt, clean, efficient and the toilets have no problems. They are kind, and were on time and finished when they said they would be. They also put in a high end garbage disposal. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!Also Ladonna in the office is an incharge, can do woman who gets the whole place going with organization and great customer service. She is the type person you want in the office as that is the first place someone is greeted on the phone, first interaction and she was so warm, professional and took care of things immediately!

We called Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas late in the afternoon today. We got same day service which we were very surprised but very grateful for. We had Jesse and Darren do some maintenance to our water heater. Jesse and Darren did amazing they both a fabulous job of explaining step by step what the job they were doing and why it was important to have the water heater maintenance. From the owner Jeff to his employees out in the field I would totally recommend them for Plumbing and for HVAC. Its a one stop shop. Totally recommend Las Cruces Plumbing and Gas.

I was still asleep when I received the notification that the service tech was on their way to fix my request.
