    I had a pipe that burst outside and when I called they very kind and gave me suggestions on what to do before the plumber was able to come out and fix it. It was an after hours call but she was great about getting me on the schedule for the same day. The plumber, JD, was excellent and super friendly. Even though he had worked all day and didn’t get out to my place until close to 9pm he was very kind and helpful. He did a great job fixing the issue and even went out of his way to remove some branches from a tree so the issue wouldn’t happen again. I highly recommend Maddox Plumbing and I will definitely be using them in the future.

    Wasn’t aware the labor included travel time, picking up parts, breakfast, and lunch. The surcharge for fuel at today’s prices is a little much and lastly, they severed a 1/2 sprinkler line in two areas of digging and buried them rather than repaired them. I called the office to pay the bill and was told I would be charged 3.9 %. Fine, I’ll wait and meet the 15 day net terms. The crew was extremely polite and transparent in regards to progress, details on the resolution and an excellent job of not harming plantings and putting everything back as it was prior to the job.

    Prompt and curteous. After Carlos left, we began to hear gurgling in the water heater every once in a while, certain;ly not like before the flush/cleaning. Gage came out a week later and unplugged the bottom drain (a big mess for all) and got all the stuff out that was still in there. Great service all around

    JD was absolutely amazing. He was so professional and friendly. He exuded confidence and I knew I could trust him as soon as he started talking to me. He listened to me as I told him what I already tried and he didn’t demean or talk down to me just because I’m a girl.The office scheduler told me he’d be by in about four hours but he got done with the previous job early and was at my house within 2 hours of me calling.He was quick in his work and cleaned up even the mess I had made removing the toilet.Before this, I’d never had a positive experience like this with a plumber and I won’t use anyone else from now on.     I had a late Friday afternoon plumbing crisis and Maddox plumbing came to my rescue. Within approximately 2 hours they had already been to my house , stopped my flood and installed my new kitchen faucet.. The installer was friendly, efficient and a pro at his job.I highly recommend them.

    Needing tub/shower plumbing fixtures changed out, a friend recommended Maddox Plumbing. Victoria, on the phone, was always friendly and very helpful when I had to change the appointment a couple of times when the parts I had ordered were delayed. Javier & Victor arrived earlier than expected today, are great guys, and did a professional installation as well as nice cleanup of the bathrooms when they were finished.     I recently purchased a new home in Las Cruces. When the gas service was turned on initially, the tech suggested that I have a plumber check carefully for gas leaks on all fittings and connections.So I called Maddox Plumbing and they sent one of their very experienced Senior Plumbers to my residence. Their plumber, Lee; very carefully inspected all of the gas services lines and connections in my kitchen area (stove and oven), my gas fireplace in the living room, and my gas water heater in my garage area. He also checked all of these gas service lines and connections with his gas leak detector and found no gas leaking anywhere! Now I am able to sleep comfortably knowing that I have had a professional plumber carefully inspect my gas service lines, fittings, and connections for the presence any trace of gas leaking into my home! Please believe me when I say, now I can sleep easy knowing my gas service has been carefully inspected by a very experienced professional plumber! Thank you, Lee!

    Service included replacement of ankle valves and floats for 2 toilets, one of which was not refilling the tank at all. Then installation of a new whole house water softener unit. Toilets fixed quickly and water softener installed and operating within the estimated 3 hours for the job. Lee and Josh were very personable and Lee gave a full explanation on how the softener worked. Workspace for the softener and online filter all cleaned up. Very good service and all as promised. Have used Maddox before and will again if needed.

    We bought an upscale home in Las Cruces and had a leak in our shower faucet. The faucet had no name or numbers on it and was an unusual type. Many plumbers might say that we need to cut a hole in the wall behind the shower and completely put in new plumbing, but Jeff took pictures, searched and found the parts (in another city) and repaired the system.

    I made an appt for a water heater replacement (which appt was for 3 days later)but had to call back as an emergency because water was beginning to build up. A worker came by and controlled the flood until the following day, which was my appt. Maintanence technician came and replaced the water heater and it took about 3 hours but did a grand job!     Maddox Plumbing is the absolute BEST. We had no water, Victoria sent us an extremely efficient and friendly plumber. It was already close to 5:00.     Maddox is a company beyond compare. Their standards are high and they look to do quality work and please the customer...in this case, me. First of all, Victoria handled my requests with total professionalism. Then came Amanda who carried my complex home water project to its completion. She listened and had solutions for me as l spoke.     Oct 27 GPS sent service person to unknown location. They decided to reschedule to the next day. That is OK with me. I have always used Maddox and they do good work. Google maps shows the right place. Only about 6 miles away.JJ arrived and did excellent work with respect to my plumbing needs. Had he not been delayed by bad GPS, he could’ve done more but did not have the time. I have the needed out of the way but would have done more.I recommend dispatch pull up where they plan to send a plumber and verify when the initial call comes in. Maddox first came here in 2010 had no trouble with several calls between then and now. Something is bad wrong with their GPS.

    Just a few days ago, my water heater, Whirlpool, of 7 years, started to erupt at the seams and was showing signs of minor leaking. I started the usual calls to local plumbers to obtain estimates, and more importantly to me, to get a “feeling” of how my transaction may go. From all the water heater research I did independently and local plumber reviews I read, I selected Maddox Plumbing. I was first put in touch with Jason over the phone. He was patient with my many questions and calmly answered them all. I called Monday and set up an appointment for Friday of the same week. Jason sent Julio to my home to uninstall and install the new water heater for me. I was so very impressed by the way Julio worked and his knowledge of his job. Once again I barraged him with questions about the install and he very politely and patiently answered them all with a very informed and commanding understanding of his profession. He was a true gentleman and professional, and put me at ease during the rest of the install. Everything went perfectly and is working great. This was my first experience with Maddox Plumbing, and should I ever require help with any other plumbing issues, I will certainly call Maddox and request Julio, if he is available.

    We recently discovered a water leak under our foundation. We called another plumbing company but were told they couldnt even look at it for at least a week. Upon calling Maddox they sent a plumber out that same afternoon (Lee) for an assessment. Long story short: Since the leak was on the main line from the hot water heater the hot water flow was cut off, they rearranged their schedule and came back just 3 or 4 days later and resolved the problem without having to break up the foundation, saving us a lot of money!     Julio displayed his craftsmanship and knowledge of his trade while installing a new faucet and garbage disposal to the kitchen sink . He completed the job in one hour . Finally after the job was completed he says oh we also have additional cost which was the putty the basket strainer the pipe pieces and the PPE whatever that is . I called Maddox and complained . They offered 5 per cent discount not the usual 10 percent seniors discount. I mentioned I am a Vie Nam vet but 5 percent was the discount . It didnt matter , 5 percent discount was it and thats final . I took the offer and was somewhat disappointed but pleased with Julios work. .

    I dont want to bash anyone else, but Maddox plumbing was able to fix our problem after two other local plumbers tried and failed (and charged us more!!!).Plumber JD in particular was willing to take the time to troubleshoot our unusual recurring problem, competent enough to figure it out, kind and personable enough to explain clearly what had been happening with our unusual home, and was able to fix it for good for way less money than we feared!
