I cant imagine how Sterling, the electrician that Sunrise sent to my mobile home, could be any better. Instead of arriving sometime after three oclock on Saturday, as was promised, he was there and finished before noon which was an incredible help to me given my schedule.He quickly identified the problem and other potential issues.He described in details that I could understand and gave me the price to deal with each one and the priority. Once he got the go-ahead, he finished the work quickly and thoroughly.After informing me of two other potential problems, he gave timeframes when they would need to be addressed and the best ways for me to address them. Additionally, the pricing by Sunrise was as good or better than anyone else I had called.He deserved at least a ten star rating.Then there is the person who took my phone call, Shaina. While being very pleasant and delightful to talk to, she was still very efficient and got to the point right away. She located an electrician and worked out the latest that he would be able to be at my property. She also informed me that the truck was well stocked with supplies so that he could probably fix whatever was wrong while he was there doing the diagnosis.This is a great company, and although I hope I dont ever need an electrician, if I ever do, I know the one Im calling.

We are absolutely pleased with Ryan’s service! Ryan arrived on time with a contagious smile and a positive attitude. He installed new grounding rods to replace existing corroded rods, ensuring our home is protected from electrical surges (important with the summer storms). After completing the installation, he walked us through the project and took time to answer all our questions. Ryan very clearly enjoys his work (hence his perpetual smile). Five stars!

Ryan was INCREDIBLE!!! We were having issues with a GFCI and some home installs that we did on our back patio. He took his time to diagnose our issue, resolve it, and make some improvements to the area around the issue. Ryan also was able to help us plan some other projects on the back patio that will greatly improve the safety and functionality of the electrical items we have out there. Ryan, and Sunrise Electric, were responsive, professional, and a joy to work with. They truly care about the overall safety of their customers home. My electrical service performed by Ryan Bratteig today was more than I could have asked for. Between Sunrises extremely reasonable pricing and Ryans capabilities and willingness/desire to give me a safe and proper electrical system, I actually realize how bad its been for me until now. I called in for sudden arcing in my outlet and while Ryan was there I asked him if he could check over my electrical system. Due to the homes history and its history of inspectors its actual condition was relatively unknown even to me. Along the way he was able to identify that my homes built in smoke detector hasnt been working for many years, longer than the three Ive lived in it, and that my home wasnt even grounded at all! Even since before the previous owners of this home no one bothered to even ensure this house had grounding or smoke detection. As unfortunate as that is, you could end up with that kind of work in Florida. But not with Ryan from Sunrise, he was easily prepared to remove the smoke detector and install a new grounding system on the spot. All along the way all my questions were answered extremely well so that even someone as ignorant as I am in the department of electrical components could easily come to understand what he was conveying throughout the job. He even went as far as to remove an antique antenna that was taller than my whole house to enhance my places looks and further my protection from lightning strikes! Hes an extremely nice guy and you can trust that there wont ever be a different electrician coming to this house as long as I live in it.

Hello, Keven Court & his assistant Trevor just completed installing a new service panel in my garage & a new meter can, grounding system and receptacles. They were Prompt, Professional and Polite. The panel was the original in a 40 year old home that had undergone several remodels. The wiring inside the box was a rats nest with several scabbed on circuits, faulty circuit breakers and dead headed wires. I had obtained a couple of bids from the most advertised and recommended companies on the internet for the Tampa Bay area and chose Sunrise because of the way they explained things, the way they stated they would repair what was wrong inside the box, fix anything they thought the inspector might want addressed, upgrade the garage wall receptacles to ground fault and address any other concerns I had for the inclusive quoted price. They did not have three to four pages of disclaimers like the other guys and gave me a fairly detailed list of the materials they would install including brand name and model number of the components. Their price was competitive but quite frankly not the lowest and you get what you pay for most of the time; this time I think I got more than what I paid for. I have two brother-in-laws in the Pacific Northwest that are electricians who own their own business. They looked at photos of the work needed and said the price range was fair on all the bids. So am I happy, YES. Would I recommend Sunrise Electric, YES. Will I have them address and issues I have in the future, YES. Check them out, listen carefully to what all companies say they will cover and exactly what work their bid covers and you may decide like me that Sunrise Electric is the best bet for your money. Some technical people I have dealt with in the past are somewhat belittling in their communication and attitude when I display that I am clueless about something technical.He was a great electrician and Ill be calling Sunrise again and requesting him specifically for additional work still needing done at the condo and another property I own.

If there was a 6th star, Sunrise would get it. I woke up to major electrical issues in my home early Sat. morning. Sunrise came out, gave me up front pricing to diagnose the issue and determined the cause was actually the utility power coming in. Because I had recently had a large spa installed, Joey suggested I consider upgrading my 30+ year old panel as I was definitely pushing the original panels rated output. I didnt feel at all pressured or like I was getting talked into unnecessary work. Sunrise was back out on Monday morning and completed the job by the end of the day as estimated. When complete, Joey walked me around the house explaining everything they did (I also had them replace a failed AC surge protector, install an additional outlet in the garage and install a whole house surge protector I purchased a few weeks ago). While I may have been able to call around and find a lower bid, the piece of mind Sunrise has given me with superior service is worth every penny I paid.

So happy we found Sunrise Electric!! Kevin and Jamiek recently installed two (2) coach lights, seven (7 recessed lights, two (2) dimmer switches, performed a panel rejuvenation, and a new ultra power/lightning surge protector. Almost all required brand new wiring and Kevin and Jamiek did a fantastic job! Very impressed! I appreciated their consistent communication throughout the entire process and was very happy that my work was able to be completed within days after receiving the detailed quote! Will definitely use Sunrise Electric for all my future electrical work!
