    Bradley Andrews is very knowledgeable in his job and all the rules and regulations that go into putting in a new upgraded electrical panel. He was able to explain all the process that goes into making it right. Plus if I sell the house it transfers the warranty to new owners. He came out and gave me the estimate and was able to get the job done in one day. That to me is great service. I highly recommend Mister Sparky for your electrical needs.     Nolan was great. He showed up the same day I called for help and took the time to explain what he was proposing for installing my EV charger. The price was reasonable considering the timeframe and he was able to complete the work that same day. During the installation, he was clean, organized, and knowledgeable. I can highly recommend Nolans work and Mister Sparky.

    Max and Chris are an amazing team. We discussed ways to simplify goal of increasing exterior security. The other was giving us options to repair what we referred to as our ghost fan that has come on as it wanted for 2 years. Previous attempts by others failed - including changing batteries (2 started working erratically within days of replacement), replacing bulbs - no light function restored. They gave us two options to replace the remote, including hand held and wall remote switch mounting (we chose the latter). The new remote is simple to use and maintain.They helped us identify the most effective placement of a new security light, which was installed without requiring major line changes. And they even assisted in repositioning > 15 high spotlights for art pieces in our family room.Both Chris and Max deserve gold stars for their work quality and professionalism. We have worked with this company several times, and will continue to do so. They are reliable and educated, and all seem to like their work which is one of the most important parts of providing exceptional service.

    Nick came by in a very time sufficient manner, he was very professional and thorough in explaining everything to me. Our house was destroyed in Hurricane Milton and everything else this far has been very hard to coordinate and complete, UNTIL Nick came out for the electrical portion. He was very prompt, and efficient, and went above and beyond. I was very grateful for his service.

    We have used Mr Sparky in the past when we lived in our old house and they were very detailed, thorough, and explained everything to us in a way we understood why we needed certain things done.Since we moved, Clay, our technician came to our home and showed us exactly what needed to be done, how the fixes Mr Sparky was going to do would be beneficial to the life of our home and we could not have had a better experience. Clay sat with us, went over all of our options and explained every part in detail. We would highly recommended Mr Sparky and dont hesitate to ask for Clay!

    I had a company come out to clean my carpets and when they plugged in the machine, my outlet blew. As I had company coming for the holidays and now no washing machine (the outlet that blew) I was desperate to find someone quick. Mister sparky was able to come out very quickly and fixed my outlet within a short amount of time. The technician was friendly and professional and I can’t say enough how impressed I was by him. I highly recommend this company

    Well other than the price ($300 to fix one outlet) it was a great experience. MK was super informative and happily walked me through the whole process. I would say his customer service was above and beyond. I definitely came away better informed. Even though I felt it was a little expensive we are really paying for the knowledge, expertise, and peace of mind that things are done right and in accordance with code. If these prices are pretty standard across most companies I would definitely request MK to come back out for any future electrical needs.

    My landlord contacted Mister Sparky of Clearwater to work on a few issues in my apartment. The Service Technician, Brad Andrews, was professional, personable, and took the time to explain the problems. Most importantly, Brad knew his job, I felt assured the job would be done correctly. If you ever have any electrical work that needs to be done, I would highly recommend both Brad Andrews and Mister Sparky.

    Mister Sparky was our first call and our only call. Initially we called because one of our GFI outlet issues. Zach Baker fixed that and also checked our 30 years old control panel and suggested to do control panel rejuvenation. We had planned to get bids from several electricians for installing Interlock for generator, but once we met Zach we stopped searching. Not only was he prompt, honest, and very courteous, he was also extremely professional. Zach was very upfront with project costs and time. He did the control panel rejuvenation, installing new surge protectors, installed Interlock for generator and other things associated with this job in one day. We would definitely recommend Mister Sparky to our family and friends. Its really rare to find his level of work ethic these days. Thank you for your help Zachary at Mister Sparky!

    Ben Kremer did an amazing, through, professional job in a number of things I had done in my home. He installed a new electrical panel, range, fire alarm, helped set up my new water heater. He took the time to make sure it was done right so I wouldn’t have any issues in the future. He walked me thru everything he was doing & helped calm my anxiety and nerves thru the transition. He was truly a wonderful person and definitely deserves to be recognized. I am so thankful Ben was there for my electrical needs. Words cannot express enough how happy I am with the work he did in our home & I wish every worker took the pride and care in their work as Ben does. Ben thank you again for everything you did for us!     My technician was Zackery and he was the nicest and most professional technician I have ever dealt with concerning a repair on my home. He was polite and very informative on what he needed to do to complete the job I needed for my electrical issues. He did a fantastic job on all the electrical problems I was dealing with and made sure he informed me of any complications. He had to work on my house for three days and always cleaned up at the end of the day and made sure I had electricity before he left. I would definitely use him again for any electrical issues.

    I had them bring a rental property up to code, and I was very impressed with their cable management skills and expertise. They provided me with a detailed estimate and explained everything thoroughly, both in person and in writing.While they did spend a few extra hours on-site than we had initially planned, they completed the job perfectly. The price was fair, and they managed to finish all the work the same day, including changing the breaker box and emergency cutoff. I will definitely hire them again. Asyl was the lead on the project.

    We called a couple of days after Helene hit and they were able to get us a time booked for a couple days later. Ben came out and was super knowledgeable. He fixed all of the non working outlets was super helpful and friendly. Five stars would recommend. Hopefully we won’t need to use them again but if we’re ever in the same situation, I wouldn’t use anyone else. Thank you Ben!

    I could not have had a better experience if I wanted. In my worse moment not only were they understanding and patient with me in a emergency. They explained every step along the way.     I recently needed to quickly find an electrician to assist the same day with the installation of a challenging water heater at a few hours notice. After reaching out to Mister Sparky their electricianGreg was dispatched the same day and quickly diagnosed the situation and was able to get the system up and running again.During this appointment Greg took the time to articulate some advanced electrical information in a way I could understand and answered all my questions.As a part of this appointment we decided to upgrade our breaker panel and other required additions that would ensure our home was code compliant and safely operating.At the next appointment Greg and David installed the equipment as planned with same one day service.They worked well as a team and I felt that they understood my needs and answered the questions I had including a though review of the work once it had been completed.I would highly recommend this company and this team and will use them again should the need arise.

    We needed a couple of outdoor lights installed so we called Mr. Sparky. We got an appointment for the next morning and Andrew was on time.     Nolan and Max were the best. Nolan explained in detail what theproblem was with the hot outlet. I learned a lot about the problem and was very impressed that he took the time to explain it to me. It means a lot to know that I can trust Mr. Sparky to do a professional job. We had a new electrical panel installed in 2021, which being in an older house made me feel safer. Also, I didnt have to wait days for an appointment. They came out right away and none too soon as the outlet began to smell and burn inside. In this day and age to find someone who is very personable and considerate is rare and I cant say enough about Nolan and Max. Keep up the good work guys. You are awesome.     Honestly, the whole process of getting someone in here was a bit long but worth it… the window of arrival could be shorter it i understand why. Each tech that came out explained everything very well and were very polite! If you can deal with my mom’s husband while working, you gotta be good!! They were done within 2 hours cleaned up their mess like they were never there! And the fans and light switches and hall light are installed immaculately! Lauren definitely held her position as a professional female electrician! Mom’s husband asked if sparky had any female electricians and she definitely represented professional female trade workers very well. Thanks again Sparky…. ⚡️

    They did do an excellent job, and the price was acceptable. The only issues I had, included that once they rewired the garbage disposal, they forgot to re-hook up the drain! Imagine my surprise when I was rinsing beans and water was coming out of my feet and I didn’t know it until I went to turn around and slipped! However, when I called Mr Sparky to let them know that, they came right back out and fixed the problem and while they were there, I also mentioned that they changed the wrong breaker for the air conditioner! They change the breaker for the dryer instead of the air conditioner, so of course he fixed that in less than four minutes! Everything passed by the inspector the very next day, so that we can go to closing on the house since it’s sold!

    Aaron was wonderful. We had major reworking from Hurricane Helene damage. Mr Sparky of Niceville worked here for 2 weeks. Had several problems but we thought they weee resolved. Today- no AC and no power to our unit. Aaron came out at 8 pm, fixed it, made notes about issues that still needed fixing to pass inspection and said he would get local people to finalize the job.     I reached out late Monday night after 8pm with a major electrical issue that was affecting my AC from running. Surprisingly they were able to get Andrew Longo to my house within the hour and get me back up and running with a temporary fix so I had cold air at night. They scheduled me the next day for a permanent fix and sent Lauren Cozadd with what I assume was her apprentice. She was incredibly thorough and explained everything in detail after they were done. The end product looked great and she even went above and beyond by removing some unnecessary cords that were in the attic.     We called Mr. Sparky because our lights were flickering a lot. We had one of the old Challenger electrical panels that if you research are rather unsafe and they have been recalled.The process was simple from the start. Our first technician was early and got things rolling quickly. I think the price was reasonable and they were able to do the job the same day.Our installer Lauren started the job around 3:00 p.m., knowing that it was about a 6 hour job. She was extremely professional and pleasant even knowing she had a long night ahead of her.While Lauren was working on the panel, our other tech Leo was installing new ground bars outside.At the end of the job they went room to room identifying and labeling the entire panel. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Lauren. She worked nonstop in a dark and extremely hot area in our garage and we did not hear a single complaint from her.Mr. Sparky, Lauren is a great representative of your company and if we have any future electrical needs, we will call you and request Lauren as our technician.     I could not possibly say enough about TJ Ross!! Trust me, you don’t want anyone else doing your electric work! This young man is outstanding. Polite, professional, thorough, clear, and experienced! He arrived to do a simple lighting job, after helping me to understand why I wasn’t getting electric to my lights. Then he recognized that my panel was (very) outdated. Although it could have stayed, he explained the new codes, what his concerns were in my home and with the panel and why a new one would be in my best interest. He pointed out some safety issues and gave me clear explanations as to what could happen in case of lightening strikes, etc. He offered to stay and do the panel the same day, he just needed to go get the parts. This young man worked in my home for 11 hrs! He explained everything he was doing along the way. He let me know when he was shutting power on and off so as not to interrupt me (I had my phone charging on a portable charger). He went through my home to make sure all the outlets were working and safe, along with my air handler and water heater.     I particularly like this company because they did not charge me to come out for an estimate or a quote. I was very lucky to get Andrew as my technician. I seem lucky because I could not have asked for someone more professional and knowledgeable about the work that he was going to do with my home. I had a very expensive light fixture/chandelier that I trusted him with and he did an amazing and beautiful job. Andrew built a scaffold to get up to my ceiling which were 20 feet high, and not only was he careful with my property he took care of things and he cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend Andrew from Mr. Sparky of Clearwater for anyone who is doing any electrical work to include installation of light fixtures. Thank you Andrew for the amazing work you did at my home, our family is very happy with the work you did and it adds a beautiful visual experience.
