I had three Plumbing issues in my home and based on positive reviews I called Perez Plumbing. Izzy came to.my home on Wednesday and provided me.woth a quote. The quote was fair and he returned on Thursday and completed the work. Perez Plumbing is fair, fast and efficient, and I can see why they have positive reviews. If you need a plumber, you should seriously consider Perez Plumbing

Glad I found them. The minute I met Izzy and his crew I felt at ease. They took care of my whole front yard main line going out to sewer which was disconnected in numerous spots. Dug up my yard and refilled the dirt after. They did it in a timely manner, extremely professional, low cost, quality work and they used expensive machinery to get it done. And they kept me in the loop with everything. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Don’t flush your money down the drain. Get it done right the first time.

I would highly recommend Perez Plumbing. We reached out during Hurricane Milton with a water heater issue. They said they would come by after the Hurricane. As we know, most of us had spotty cell service after the Hurricane so I was not sure how to reach out. Perez Plumbing showed up the day after when it was safe, diagnosed the issue, which was a bad water heater that was leaking and corroded. They ordered and went to the distributor the same day and returned to install the new water heater. We have used them in the past for other issues and they have always been dependable and honest.

I needed a water heater replaced, called Perez, he was there the next morning with a new water heater in tow. Called again to install new shower faucet. New faucet was not compatible with valve, but Izzy worked diligently to make it work.We have referred several people to Perez and all sing Izzys praises. He is prompt, efficient, and knows plumbing like no others! Highly recommended!

I have been dealing with a sink that has had trouble draining since buying this house 3.5 years ago. I originally called Red Cap plumbing and that was a disaster. They damaged my sink pipe work and took two weeks to come and fix it, left a disaster of a mess in my kitchen, and never fixed the drain problem and still charged me!Then I called Perez Plumbing and WOW what a difference in customer service and expertise. I work long hours so Mr. Perez was nice enough to make an early appointment for me and was here even earlier than we agreed which was great for me. He augured the line but still didnt like the flow so he said nope not yet. He cleared the line 2 more times and then said that is the kind of flow we are looking for. The whole job only took about an hour and he left my house spotless. I already had an idea of what the cost may be from researching online but to my amazement he was 1/3 the price I was expecting. Mr. Perez and his company come HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by me. I have already told some of my friends and neighbors if they need plumbing work this is the company to call.Thank you Mr. Perez for being excellent.

Perez Plumbing is by far one of the best experiences and services weve received in a long time!I put off a plumbing issue for a few months due to the several thousand dollar estimates I received. When ready, I called around again to get a few estimates. Perez Plumbings estimate beat out all of the competition by far. Once I confirmed the service, they made the appointment within 2 days and were out to fix the problem.Upon arrival they were respectful and began working quickly. They confirmed the sewer issue with a camera and locator within minutes. They completed the job in an hour where multiple large companies estimated several days.I highly recommend Perez Plumbing. They were extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and expedient. Thank you for the service and ensuring our needs were met!

We had a leak at the drain under one side of the kitchen sink. I called Perez Plumbing and Izzy and his assistant came out within 2 days. He fixed the leak with no problem. Two days later our garbage disposal broke on the other side of the sink. The guys came out the very next day and replaced the garbage disposal. They were quick and efficient and everything works great. I refer all my friends to Perez Plumbing. They do a great job.

I had Mr. Perez out to check the main sewer line and repair it as necessary. I had a quote for the job from one of the do everything plumbers and Perez Plumbing was almost $1000 less expensive. They came out as soon as 811 did the marking for electric, gas and cable and performed the repair in a few hours which was much faster than I expected and they corrected the root cause ( excuse the pun, it was an oak tree root,) of the blockage.Bottom line is that Perez Plumbing is a great company to work with and will bend over backwards to make sure they have a proper diagnosis to implement a repair expeditiously.

I called Perez Plumbing after receiving what I considered an unreasonably high estimate from another plumbing firm. Valerie was very accommodating with a estimate $500 less. Izzy was onsite with-in an hour and the job was complete in another hour. Very satisfied, highly recommend, I enjoy doing business with a small firm that pays close attention to detail. Izzy is one of those professionals who once you find them you know you wont ever have to call another plumber, he is the real deal. I originally called Izzy after 2 other plumbers couldnt find an issue with our bathroom after a renovation. In no time he found the issue and resolved it. I called Perez Plumbing today and described my issue to the call taker. I was given a resonable estimte and I window for the servicemans arrival. I received a call back from the plumber within the hour and he arrived and had my hot water in the guest bath shower fixed in a very short time. He was polite, friendly and I didnt have to ask him to remove his wet work shoes, (respectful). It isnt often that I take time to write about a repair experience, but I was very impressed.

As a property manager, I was in a vacant house last month tying to change a water filter in the refrigerator. The water began to flow and I could not stop it. I was in desperate need of a plumber immediately and Mr. Perez came to my rescue. He had just finished his day (he thought) and when I called, he jumped into his van and brought towels along. In minutes he had stopped the leak and then began to assist me in wiping up the mess. He is the best plumber I have ever worked with and a very kind man. The business is family owned I found out and when you call, Mrs. Perez answers the phone. This company knows the meaning of service - rare in these times.

Ive known Mr. Perez now for many years. He was the first I called and will be the last I call. We had an issue with a water leak many years ago and it was on Christmas eve nonetheless. Mr. Perez came out, fixed the issue, and didnt charge me a dime! He said to just call him next time I have another problem. I dont know of any company that would do something like this, especially on a holiday! Truly a great company and will never go anywhere else!

My first experience with Perez Plumbing was wonderful. I had just came home from work and my sink was backed up. I thought I had a broken disposal or something. I was new to the area and called the first plumber I saw. I called Perez Plumbing and the girl was very friendly on the phone. She set up an appointment the same night. After checking my sink, I was expecting some sales pitch or an even higher bill than what I was quoted on the phone. Izzy was honest and told me I only had some suck noodles in my garbage disposal. He fixed the sink, and didnt over charge me. His quality of work, professionalism, and honesty have kept me a loyal customer for over 10 years. I recommend them to everyone!
