I cant say enough good things about these guys! They showed up quickly, Fixed my bad toilet valve assembly thing, and were off to save the next toilet. Repair job was very reasonable and saved me from driving and wasting half my day at Lowes/HomeDepot buying the wrong things, messing up the repair ultimately so I could look dumb when I succumbed to my failures and called them after a day of no flushing and an office full of employees using the trees in the field. Long story short, Just call OPTIMUM Plumbing!

Made appointment and Eric arrived at scheduled time. Eric could not have been more pleasant to represent Optimum Plumbing. He listened to our explanations of the problem and immediately went to work. After 18 years the shower handle was so corroded inside he had to use a saw to loosen and remove. Eric was knowledgeable, efficient and clean. I can’t recommend Optimum Plumbing enough. It’s so nice to have a plumbing company we can place our faith in, to do the job right.

Both times we had no charge, first time was for a leak we thought we had in our sink, but it was the angle of the hose on the faucet and this time we called about the dishwasher not draining, he looked it over and said we would be better off getting a new one instead of parts and labor. Optimum plumbing has helped me out on more than one occasion now. Installed a water heater in our first home which was very simple, but in our new home we were going from a garden tub to a free standing tub and the plumbing was much more complicated!! Optimum plumbing sent a very experienced technician to review the job and who even took the time to text me later about buying the special drain piece I needed before he could do the job. He showed up as promised on time professional and very understanding of our time crunch( we needed the plumbing done before tile could get installed) the tech did not mind that I watched to learn how he was accomplishing such a task and actually welcomed the jesture. He helped me move the tub in and out a few times and even waiting patiently while I trenched out more space for the shut off valves. We used Optimum Plumbing about 5 years ago when we updated our master bathroom. They did the floor pan and shower valve/head and reinstalled our toilet. We were so impressed with them and their pricing, we decided to have them install a new water heater, softener, and filtration system on the house. We had never hired a professional plumber, so we werent sure what to expect price-wise. Having installed a new beautiful walk in shower with glass wall and door, we wanted to make sure the water was hot, clean, and free of hard minerals that would ruin the new head/valve, and make our glass cloudy. Vladimir made sure to price the items fairly so we could achieve these goals. We had at times wondered just how well the softener was working,but the water always seemed to look okay under testing. Now fast forward 5 years. We started noticing our drinking glasses getting incredibly cloudy and our shower head/valve began getting cloudy white and hard to operate. Because we had Vladimir out a couple times to test the water, suspecting it was not quite right,he decided to install a brand new softener made by another manufacturer he had switched to at some point. I do feel it was a strange situation, but was grateful when Vladimir appreciated our business even that much later, and wanted to see us happy with our system. Its easy to fi the right thing when you havent been paid yet, but this was well after the initial install date. Its this kind of integrity that has prompted me to recommend him dozens of times over the past five years. We will be a customer for many years to come.

We recently had a water heater installed by Optimum Plumbing and after interviewing various area plumbers, Optimum was the only firm with the best price and the only one of all to even recommend a TECO rebate we could get - other plumbers werent even aware of this or perhaps purposely did not mention this rebate. The Optimum staff was very timely and efficient, and the service was of outstanding quality to say the least. And to my amazement, Vladimir the owner was in the area and even stopped by to check on the installation progress himself - now thats personal customer service! And even after that, we received a gracious handwritten thank you note from Vladimir for our business which they will always have from here on out. The company also followed up with us by calling to see if we were satisfied with the service we received, unbelievable, who does that nowadays?! Ive recommended Optimum already to various friends, coworkers, and neighbors who have had poor experiences with other plumbers. Optimum is a step above the rest, it was a true pleasure doing business with them, their customer service is unparalleled!!!

The water supply line to our master bath toilet sprung a leak under the slab. After checking reviews, I decided to call Optimum. I was shocked that they would have someone out there the very next morning. Matthew shows up and assesses the problem advised how to fix it and provided an estimate. He was out the next day to begin the task of finding the source of the leak and to fix it. Well, this was not an easy one to repair but Matt was extremely communicative and provided excellent follow-up. He provided a solution that prevented any more demo to the floor and fixed the problem. I would also like to commend Optimum for the EXCELLENT communications, their ability to keep their commitments (was not above estimate) and overall they were a pleasure to do business with. Not common these days!

I called them for a 2nd opinion on a water heater install. The company who did the install made a mistake and clogged my lines with sediment, trying to charge me another up to $2,000 to fix things. Optimum came out very knowledgeable and courteous and explained the situation that most likely happened, which turned out to be true. I was then able to leverage that knowledge to get the original company to come out to fix the mistake. I really wished I would have had Optimum come out the first time and I will be sure to call them next time I have an issue.

These guys are the BEST!!!I had just had a bad experience with another local plumber in January and was not looking for a repeat. I checked out OPTIMUM on google and read the reviews. I had a leak in the hot water pipe under a concrete slab. I called OPTIMUM and they sent out a real plumber named Craig. There was a spot that seemed hotter on the floor but Craig suggested that I call a leak detection company to pinpoint the problem. A tech from LEAK TRACKER came out and put an X on the floor where the leak was. He called Craig and Craig came back out the same day. Craig gave me an estimate of repair between $600.00 and $1200.00. Craig had already been here twice and never asked for money. He came back the next day with equipment to do the repair. He was here about four hours, cut the slab open, made the repair, and repaired the concrete. I was charged $675.00, close to the very bottom of the estimate. I hope I will not need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do I will be calling OPTIMUM and ask for Craig.ThanksJames

I have a long history with Vladimir Breton the owner. Hes big tall good looking Spaniard. He is also as strait up honest and hard working a man (as well as his group) as you will EVER find. My old water heater pooped out and I did my own thing and got into a bad corner money wise with an instant hot water machine, Vladimir bailed me out with a better machine and saved me about $1500.00! Every time I have called for something they answer at once with a real human being, and Vladimir is at your home the next day, or at once if needed, with the solution. Vladimir never has ducked a problem, he has always been right there to correct any difficulties. I am a retired surgeon, if you like things done right, quickly as I do, call Optimum Plumbing and Vladimir, you will be well taken care of with out delay.

UPDATE: Sept 2024 - One of the best, if not the best, plumbing company. I had an issue with a toilet leaking. The owner, yall, THE OWNER, came out to do the work himself. When it was time to re-install the toilet, he found the toilet itself was leaking and didnt hesitate to say theyd take care of it. You cant find better customer service than this company.My water pipe broke in 2018 and these guys were out within four hours and had already given me an over the phone quote. When the other side of the U pipe broke on a Saturday, I called thinking the repair was going to be several hours away. Within 2 hours they were out and the pipe fixed.
