    I called Cornerstone and explained I had a broken flange. Within an hour they had a technician at my home. Ernesto was professional, informative, patient, thorough and got the job done. He took great care in taking care of my property, cleaned and left my home looking like he was never there. I give Ernesto 10 stars.     Called for same day water leak and was put on standby list to be worked into the schedule. Maybe an hour later got the message that Eric was on the way to complete the service. He was very nice and knowledgeable and completely put me at ease with thorough troubleshooting and testing. Service was also reasonably priced for a same day call. Iā€™d be happy to do business here again :)

    Cornerstone has provided great service from beginning to end every time Iā€™ve used them. We started using them at my house a year ago and signed up for their plan. Jacob has been our technician and is wonderful to work with. My parents had an emergency plumbing situation and he came out to help them as well. My parents are very satisfied and learned quite a bit about how to take care of some of their systems better. Not only is Jacob knowledgeable but the Cornerstone team is always quick to answer the phone, and get us scheduled as soon as possible so weā€™re not left in a lurch.

    Daniel M came out to measure my system. He was very upbeat, friendly and professional. In addition, I was very impressed by the texts, calls and emails that kept me informed as to when Daniel would arrive.     Weā€™ve been using Cornerstone for years, after moving from another company. The last two maintenance visits have been particularly outstanding ā€” young guys (like Albert) who are professional and hungry to do good work, and treat the customer with honesty and respect.Sure, he recognized a need and pitched a pricey product/upgrade, but he wasnā€™t pushy or upset when I said weā€™d do some research and get back to him.He also recommended a few maintenance fixes we can do ourselves to improve our system and save money. That goes a long way with me: respect the customer, build a trustworthy relationship, and youā€™ll be my first call if/when I need you.Iā€™m also staying on as a service plan member.     Needed a repair pretty quick as there was risk of fire so AC/Heat pump system had to be shut down the day before Thanksgiving! I was very thankful Cornerstone was able to send someone out early Friday and the weather was not too hot or cold. Chris did a great job!     I contacted Corner Stone Pros on a Sunday, Ernesto K, called me early the next day and informed me he was on his way, from the time he called me he was at my house within 20 minutes. He was very professional about the installation of my new hot water heater and because it was a 50 gallon Hybrid he informed he that this type of water heater has some extra layers of steps in hooking it up correctly. I trusted the information he provided and he also informed me that the work that Corner Stone Pros conducts that they stand behind their work with a 1 year installation warranty if anything happens such as leaks they will come out and fix. This professional knows his craft very well I would recommend this company to anyone that needs this type of service. This guy made sure I was happy before he left, thanks Ernesto and Corner Stone Pros for hiring the very best professionals.

    Okay, Sunday we had them come out and thought we had fixed, but we started to have the same issue. I was pretty upset, luckily Eric came out the next day very professional and calm. He discussed the options we had and how to handle them and even made sure everything was usable for us until our decision for future work. Great Customer service like that is a rarity in todays society.

    Great job by these plumbers. They had a tech out to me within a couple hours and Todd was able to fix the issue quickly. Not sure about pricing honestly but thatā€™s the cost of not knowing how to do it yourself. So if youā€™re also not a plumbing DIYer, Iā€™d recommend.

    Had some clogged pipes (I suspected). Was able to get a technician out with in a few hours. Troy was great. Polite, kind, professional.     Robert P was dispatched to my house on a late Saturday afternoon/early evening to repair a water main that broke as my house had no water as a result. He was very efficient and thorough in his work. After doing the initial repair and turning the water back on, he was not happy as there was a very small leak that I probably wouldnā€™t have noticed. He re did the connection in that spot and everything was great. Thank you very much for your work and attention to detail!

    On 6 January, a technician by the name of Robert P came to my home at 13545 Old Florida Circle to fix my garbage disposal. I gave a bad review, not based on the technician. I was not home and my wife said he was very nice. I want to clarify that I gave a bad review because I was really mad at myself for not being able to fix a simple problem to a garbage disposal, which ended up costing me almost $300. I am a veteran Bronze recipient. And I pride myself on being very detailed.

    Albert M. did an awesome AC tune-up. He let me know what was happening when I asked and he took pictures to document the work. High customer service responsiveness that put me at ease. With sat down on the porch to cool off while the diagnostics was performing and everything worked out. I will get an estimate for the UV bulb replacement, but the original installer should have a warranty that I can check. I will consider the monthly maintenance fee because it covers a lot. I wish I could pay once a year instead of monthly, but it seems reasonable. I found Cornerstone in the monthly advertisement magazine. Thank you for a great experience.

    My kitchen sink was clogged. Not needing a plumber before, I had to start from scratch. One of the companies I called, was advertised, in my church bulletin, wanted $320 first hour and $40 per every 15 minutes, after that! Another, said they were booked several months ahead. I called several other companies and for one reason or another, I moved on. I called Cornerstone Pros, they offer a flat fee, for each situation and were able, to come out the same day. Tyler, was my service person, he was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He gave me a reasonable quote, for a clogged drain.     I was very satisfied with the level of professionalism of this company. I really like how the assistant calls to let the client know that their electrician will be arriving in one hour. I also like how the company also sends an email with the electricians photo and profile. Once the electrician is on his way, he sends a text letting the client know. I was satisfied with the job overall. 5 stars. Manny was able to fix the electrical problem in my home. Once the issue was resolved, the A/C started running and cooling again. Thank you so much Ryan.     Bryson was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He took time to explain things to me and really understood the interworkings of the hot water system. He noticed that it should still be under warranty, which was a huge savings whereas the other company I had out for a quote did not mention that to me.     First, Matt arrived and after opening a wall he saw the leak was a plumbing issue not HVAC - next day, Bryson arrived, analyzed the scope of work, provided an evaluation and estimate. Broke it all down for myself and my husband and then again to make sure we were understanding the job. He showed much appreciated patience, because honestly plumbing is another language. He also cleaned up the site after which weā€™ve never had done before!     We had Cornerstone replace our HVAC with a newer more efficient system last year, and we were impressed with their knowledge and their customer service. Their employees are knowledgeable and professional, and also pleasant and respectful of your property. So when we needed to have our circuit box replaced, and their estimate was fair and completely in line with the standard, we did not hesitate to choose them again this time around. And I do not hesitate to recommend them. Good work by great employees who provide real customer service.

    Needed a second opinion on a pipe repair. Robert was so helpful and patient, explained everything, ended up not needing a repair but just a good cleaning. Whenever someone doesnt push upsales,but genuinely wants to help, you cant pay for that or beat it. Will definitely be keeping them as my plumbing a/c company.Edit/update- had an emergency come up today and Jacob came right out and had everything up and running within the hour. Really friendly, down to earth, but professional, and very reasonably priced company. Cant say enough good things about them.

    So grateful for cornerstoneā€™s knowledgeable people especially Santiago G who came to help us figure out why our AC went out again. Not only was he polite and kind even though it felt like a sauna in our home, he stayed to troubleshoot why some glitches were happening -turns out our fancy thermostat was causing the problem so he installed a Honeywell one for us. So happy with cornerstoneā€™s consistently good service as we had Matt W come out earlier this month to replace a part that the fancy-thermostat-glitch messed up and walk us through parts/life/etc of our AC.     Cory J did an amazing job on installing my new AC unit. I had a harder job than a regular install. He took his time replaced everything that needed to be replaced. Didnā€™t leave my house until after 8pm to make sure the job was done correctly. I appreciate his hard work in this Florida heat!!

    We had an appointment for annual maintenance today and were greater by Nate. He was on time friendly and explained everything he was doing and asked us about any concerns we had.He also let us know a compressor on the unit was not functioning at 100% and suggested replacing it, which we did.We are always happy with the service from Cornerstone and the staff!

    Absolutely the best service from Branden! He is the only tech who I am comfortable servicing my 28K heating system for Florida Power Yoga! He knows his business. He Does whatever it takes to get the job done snd doesnā€™t leave until he is sure itā€™s complete and doing what it is supposed to do. I highly recommend Cornerstone! I love the the owner is a super sharp woman who knows heating, cooling and electrical. If itā€™s not 90F inside the Sweat Shack with 65% humidity my customers are not happy.
