I called to have a quote made for repairing a broken outlet in one of my rooms and Reid Electric was far more reasonable AND very punctual and early even for my appointment. I was incredibly satisfied with the service provided to me. I highly recommend Reid Electric Company for anyone having electrical problems in the Charleston area.

I called and left a message with them, and they called me back almost Immediately. I was having some issues with this outlet, and they came right out to my house and resolved my issue very quickly. Come to find out they dont just do electrical work, they have a DJ service and the technician noticed our WiFi was slow so he gave us a router tune up. He even made it to where we didnt have to type in that super long password on the bottom of the internet box, we set our own. Alot better than having to deal with Comcast. Bottom line, I highly recommend Reid Electric, because of their variety of services and efficiency.

Knowledgeable and reasonable! Amazing customer service. Reid was very respectful of our home and answered all our questions. Staff is always very accommodating unlike other companies. I would definitely recommend them. The best in town!!!!!!!
