No one likes to hear on Christmas Eve that your repair is going to cost a lot of money, but Logan’s approach to our issue was patient and empathetic. Our household electric has been problematic over the last 10 years since we have lived here. Saturday evening, a burning smell was coming from our breaker panel, and it was hot to the touch. I turned off the main breaker for the night, and when I turned it on Sunday morning, it began to heat and smell again.I called Mr. Sparky at about 9 o’clock Sunday morning, and our technician Nate was here by 11. Basic troubleshooting showed a breakdown of the aluminum bus bars inside the panel. He confirmed that it needed replaced, but we would be safe until replacement could be done. We signed up for a replacement to be done later this week. Great peace of mind and excellent service given such short notice on a Sunday!
