After calling a couple other Lancaster, OH electricians and finding they no longer do residential work, they recommended MK Electric. It was easy to set up an appointment. The gentleman who answered the phone was courteous and professional. The electrician was on time and courteous. He looked for the simplest solution to our problem first was quick and reasonably priced. He did not try to sell us anything we did not need. We live in an older home. When we are ready to update our wiring and lighting, we will call MK first.

The guy that came out did a good job in a timely manner. It was clear that he knew what he was doing and what he was talking about. The only gripe I have was that he seemed determined to park out back rather than in one of the open spots on the street directly in front of my place. So determined that he backed his truck through my lawn up to my back door. Other than that, I would still recommend them and use them again.

I was very happy with the service that I received from Ryan at MK Electric LLC. He came to replace a smoke detector on a vaulted ceiling that was chirping and that I couldn’t reach. He found that I needed two additional units replaced that were faulty. I feel a lot safer now knowing these units are in working order. I appreciate his kindness and the cost was very reasonable. I will use this company again for their services.
