After having a plumber who was less than professional and charged me $250 to tell me that he couldnt do anything because my sink was corroded (turns out it wasnt corroded), I found Pops Family Plumbing. Their reviews were great and they were a local company. I called and they sent out a technician the same day. Dafny was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. He replaced the sink parts, was quick and left the work area very clean. I now have a plumber who I can call and trust that they will be honest and treat me with respect.

They replaced my tankless water heater (Noritz) in no time at all. We needed to upgrade with a slightly larger capacity, but also needed one that was compatible with our existing vent. They were extremely knowledgeable and had this thing replaced with a newer model within two days of us calling them. They were also very competitive in price. But it didnt mean that their work was sub par in any way. Their technicians and staff were all very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Truly a top notch plumbing company and business.From the initial call, Shannon asks the right questions and schedules quickly.Rick, like a true professional always arrives early /on time and gets cracking to fix any problems.From water heater installation, to plumbing installs to clearing horrendous sewer lines , all that theyve done for my house/home and sanity has been flawless, I cant praise them enough.

Five stars! I have used them twice now to replace a total of 4 bathroom faucets, clear my shower drain and clean the P-trap of my kitchen sink.Every plumber Ive used prior I was not satisfied. They do the bare minimum and arent interested in other work.The price was told to me upfront and was reasonable.They were very fast but efficient and did the job correctly.I will definitely use again and I never used any other plumber more than one. Strongly recommend.

They showed up came in took care of the work and got out and it was like they werent even here they left the area clean and everything was functional after they replace the parts that were needed.
