    Canyon Hills Plumbing meet all my expectations & more. Jason is the owner & Manny, Buster & Frankie are the techs. I had an Urgent Issue w/ my septic tank. I had no Idea what I was doing. I called Canyon Hills It was closed so I left a message. Jason called me back the same night. We talked for a while he took the time explaining to help me the process l, helping me understand what to expect & prepare myself for. He was very thorough and clear on all scenarios. I appreciated his compassion, honesty and integrity just the fact that he took the time to call me after he heard my message. It did not matter that he was headed home, done with for the day, off the clock…By him calling says a lot & I really appreciated that. Scheduled in 2 days Manny assets he could not locate the tank. Tells me it will be $250 to use the camera to locate it. I let him I thought locating the tank was part of the free assessment?I asked them to stop. Jason texted me wanting to talk to me so we talked I explained that I assumed the camera included in locate the tank. He listen to me did not disagree or make excuses He told me he would waived the fee of $250. Who does that!!! Well he did!! It Rare today to find any company that puts the customer first. Jason did more than once.The day of Manny was on it he kept me informed communicating w/me. Manny , Buster, Frankie did a fantastic job. Thank you all!!!! So of course there were more problems that needed to be repaired, I knew there would be because of the history and not the tank not being maintained. Manny called me w/ a new amount I let him know I did not have that much. So he called Jason, calls me back said okay , I said okay ?? Manny told me they will take what I can pay!! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing!! I was so excited & thankful. Over 1,000 $$ they took off my bill!!! Canyon Hills Plumbing is a company that cares for their customers 💯 %. My whole experience w/ them was EXCELLENT. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!!! Love you Guys!!! ALL GLORY TO GOD THANK YOU JESUS!!

    Highly recommended company. Were selling our house and had to have our septic certified. There was an issue with the wall between the sections of the tank and instead of telling us the whole tank needed replacing (which another company we had out earlier told us), they said the wall could be repaired and the tank certified for a fraction of the cost it would have been if we had to replace the entire tank. This company demonstrated to us that they are reputable and not inclined to gouge their customers. If you want your job diagnosed accurately, fairly, and honestly this company is your go-to source.

    From the first phone call to the company to final completion of the project, Canyon Hills Plumbing was pleasant, efficient and timely. The project was completed on time and for the amount that had been estimated. My service person Jonny B was polite and worked very efficiently, and kept my apprised of the process throughout. When it was finished he reviewed everything with me and made sure I was comfortable with the new equipment and had no more questions. I would recommend him anytime.

    We needed a new dishwasher and kitchen faucet installed in our kitchen. I called our previous plumbing company, but they no longer did installations. They referred us to Canyon Hills Plumbing. I made an appointment. Jorge Nunez was our plumber. He was on time. He was polite, friendly, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and cleaned up as he went. He wore booties. The entire process from beginning to end exceeded my expectations. Jorge is a consummate professional and plumber. I rarely do reviews. However, Jorge was so exceptional, that I had to share my experience.

    We used Canyon Hills for our re-pipe from Copper to PVC (due to Pinhole leaks) and we are very happy we did! From the very start from our first phone call, I had a good gut feeling about Canyon Hills. We had gotten about five bids and Canyon Hills wasn’t the cheapest but they also weren’t even close to the most expensive. However, it felt like the best choice due to the reputation of the company, and the system they seemed to have in place for re-pipes.We finished the process today, and here is our experience:We had Shay as our project manager. He was very professional when he came for the estimate and he remained professional & honest for the remainder of the job.On Friday, we had all of the repipe. It started at 7:30 AM and was finished by 2:30 PM… Impressive! We had a couple minor hiccups in the day, however it ended up being no issue because Canyon Hills made sure that they took care of everything without question. This is very important because I don’t know that all contractors would handle things so professionally. Every job has some hiccups, and the ability to own it is crucial.We left the holes over the weekend. Today was the drywall. The drywall crew came in at 7:30 AM and was done by around 5 PM. They did a very good job on all of the holes and obviously know what they are doing. The only thing is that the repipe does not include painting which seems to be typical. So we have a painter who is going to help us patch up the holes.Overall, we are super happy with the experience and that we chose to go with such a reputable company. Repipes are a big job, a big decision and cost a good amount. After going through the process, I can honestly say that we had no idea how extensive the work is… and how vital it is to hire the right company to do it! I feel very confident to recommend Canyon Hills to anyone who is considering them for a re-pipe, and I also recommend using their drywall company for the patching because they did a great job and made the whole process seamless.Thank you so much, Canyon Hills!     I would highly recommend them! Our water heater went out, and they were able to come out within an hour to completely replace it. They also did another valve for us as well while they were out that we added to their to-do list. They are super efficient and professional. They cleaned up after and left all areas very clean.     Water heater decided it was time to die and we called Canyon Hills (due to community recommendations) and they were excellent. Quality work, Jerry showed up and was clean, polite and very good at what he does. The work and the new water heater were both very satisfying to our liking.     Second time I have used them and I just really, really like them. For starters, you get alerted to who will be coming to your home, you get a text message reminding you of your appointment, and they even send a picture of your service man. What they quote you is what you are charged. I had made the mistake of calling another plumber a few months back (only because I couldn’t remember the right company, just that it was family owned) and that company quoted me one price ($89 because they had a “special”) to just snake a toilet due to too much toilet paper, he gave me a price of $500, and when I said that it was too expensive and that wasn’t the price I was quoted 2 hours prior, he offered to give me a 5% discount, which is nothing. Basically he wanted to charge me $500 to snake a toilet in a home that is only a year old. He then tried to say that if snaking it wouldn’t work, then he would have to take apart the toilet and possibly flush the main line and it could cost anywhere from $700 and up. When I told him no thanks, he left… then came back in 15 minutes to say his boss said it was okay to proceed for $89. I might not have remembered their name prior to calling that company but you can bet I will now remember who I won’t use - ever! This is how companies lose out on repeat business.In any event, both times I used Canyon Hills Plumbing, I have noted nothing but great customer service and professional plumbers all around!

    Jorge did a comprehensive leak test on our entire water supply with a final determination that there were no detectable leaks. The abnormal spike in usage was due primarily to running water in one of the toilets, and a leak on the supply side of an irrigation valve, both of which were fixed before Jorge came out and did the leak test. His suggestion to keep the water on for an extended period of time (4-6 hours), record usage events and then review the EMWD smart meter app. the next day to verify proved to be most helpfull. We now have peace of mind knowing there are no leaks and or a possibility of a future large bill from EMWD.

    I initially called someone else after my hot water stopped working on July 3rd. After a lot of excuses by July 15th I still didnt have hot water so I called another large company that gave me an astronomical quote. On July 16th at 1:00 PM i gave these guys a call. By 5:30 PM I had a new hot water heater installed and a very happy family. The price was fair and less than half of the big company, but was a bit more than the incompetent contractor that was unable to fix my system after 2 weeks. Canyon Hills Plumbing was professional, friendly, knowledge, and efficient. I could not be happier with the result and would highly recommend calling them for your plumbing needs.

    Today was the 2nd time we have used Canyon Hills Plumbing and our experience this time around was just as great as the first time. I reached out late last night, after hours, and received a call back from the dispatcher first thing in the morning. They were able to send out technician same day (on a Saturday!), within about an hour of my call. The technician, Jonny, arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to help repair both our toilet and install a brand new faucet for our bathroom sink to replace the ones we had that were leaking. He also detected a separate leak that I hadnt even noticed with the bidet that was attached to our toilet, so I could tell that he was being very thorough in his work to ensure that everything was functioning properly. We went ahead and just removed the bidet since it hadnt been used in awhile.Everything is working great now, and leak free!I strongly recommend Canyon Hills Plumbing for anyone looking for honest, friendly service, at an affordable price.

    Great experience! We had a main line backup and blockage of our septic line with sewage water coming up our bathroom drains. Canyon Hills Plumbing came highly recommended via Yelp, Google and by other plumbing companies who don’t deal with septic systems.After calling, Jorge responded to my house in about 45 minutes and was extremely friendly and pleasant. Within a few minutes Jorge had started diagnosing the problem and had it figured out. Not only did he fix the issue but he took the time to show me what was wrong and how to maintain my system to avoid the problem again in the future.It’s not too often you get an experience like this from a seasoned technician that is willing to take time to explain what he is doing to educate the homeowner.     Had a great experience with Canyon Hills Plumbing. Requested a quote for replacement water heater in my garage. Got a call first thing in the morning and got a visit from Will who handled the entire inspection and installation and kept me informed about my options and also helped me with selecting/dispatching Five Star Restoration to come out and inspect the drywall damage I had suffered from an old, leaking water heater.Will is a really nice guy and didnt seem to mind the battery of questions I threw his way. After taking out the old water heater we had to delay the installation until the drywall was removed (and then a friend and I installed new drywall), then contacted Will to arrange for the installation of my new water heater.     My kitchen sink was clogged and I had another plumbing company come out and they didnt clear the clog and quoted me for a bunch of expensive work (repipe, redrain, etc.) I called Canyon Hills Plumbing and they sent out Jonny.     Great service! Highly recommend this company. Tammy was so sweet and thank you Tammy for getting someone out to our house the same day. Matt was a great technician. He was able to repair both problems in both bathrooms. The clean up was perfect. Did not even know he had been there! He explained everything thoroughly prior to me agreeing to the repairs.     Big thanks to Jorge Nunez and Canyon Hills Plumbing for your excellent service and professionalism. I had a gas water heater that surprisingly lasted 18 years where most are only expected to last 10-12 years. But as usual things will crap out when you least expect it. Unlike some service providers out here in the Temecula/Murrieta area that take forever to respond back or send someone out, I contacted Canyon Hills plumbing and someone actually answered. Impressive! Steve mentioned they had a tech already in the area and sent Jorge over. He was here within the hour to assess the situation and provided a quick and easy estimate. He was very knowledgeable, professional and explained all of my options. Since the tank had already started leaking and if not addressed quickly would have resulted in severe water damage, I decided to move forward. Jorge was able to drain and remove the old water heater that same night so I could dry up the affected area overnight. By the next morning he was back (and on time might I add) to install the new water heater. The installation was quick and the quality of work was impressive. Pricing was also fair and competitive. She worked with me to accommodate my schedule me we set an appointment. The plumbers BURTOE and Jack showed up on time and we very personable. They went through the issue and decided to get a real diagnosis on it they had to cut into the ceiling. We anticipated this before they came so it wasn’t a shock. They made a real good cut into the ceiling and determined the problem. They were here for only an hour and a half to 2 hours, cleaned up after themselves and gave me a more than reasonable price. We have had them out several times before for various tasks (installing new toilets/ sinks or issues with our water heater) but this time we had to call canyon hills plumbing because we had a leak in our kids bathroom that resulted in a small flood.     I dont even know where to begin, but thank god a neighbor recommended we call these guys. My husband is an elevator mechanic and my father owns aircraft maintenance for commercial airlines and we consider them quite handy, but plumbing issues are extremely foreign to us.     Matt Martinez was the technician assigned to assess the plumbing being clogged at my moms property. He was professional and knowledgeable, we had a great experience and would recommend him. My mom contacted a different plumbing company recommended by our home warranty to assess issue, they took two weeks back and forth to look at the issue and still unable to figure it out. Eventually this company asked that we break the kitchen floor to get to the pipes so they can assess the issue. I contacted Canyon Hills to get another perspective and Matt was able to fix the issue within 2 days and there was no need to break the kitchen floors which saved us a significant amount of money and pain to repair the kitchen floors.     I contacted Canyon Hills Plumbing after being referred to them by my usual plumber who couldn’t make it for a few days. I am a Realtor, so i deal with a lot of vendors, and my plumber informed me that Canyon Hills Plumbing are the only other plumbing company they feel comfortable referring their clients to.The scheduler was very professional, and arranged for a quick appointment. The plumber, Jack Williams, was exceptional. He explained everything he was doing, and why. He was extremely professional, friendly and neat. He did not try to up-sell me, and ended up having to jet the drain twice, as he noticed after testing it that it still wasn’t draining the way it should.He then tested it about five times to make sure the job was done correctly. Even though the job took longer than expected due to the second jetting, he still checked a few other fittings before cleaning the entire area under the sink (including all of the pipes and fittings) with a household cleaner. It looked amazing when he finished, and the drain had no other issues.I highly recommend Jack Williams, and Canyon Hills Plumbing in general, if you ever have a plumbing need. I was very impressed, and will keep this company at the ready should I ever need plumbing services for me or my clients.

    It all started with a flood. Woke up to a lake in my house and realized the pipe that leads from the toilet to the shut-off valve had broken or popped off. After draining the lake, I called Canyon Hills Plumbing because my friend had used them. Burtoe Vasquez arrived, and I was impressed with his knowledge, competence, and professionalism. Since he was there, I asked about a tiny leak in the garage, and he replaced my Pressure Regulator. Since I felt comfortable with his knowledge, I asked about replacing my 17-year-old water heater. There was no pressure-selling and he answered all my questions about tankless vs tank. Burtoe returned the next day with Julian, and they installed a Tankless Water Heater. Which I love! They were prompt, arrived exactly when promised, and cleaned up afterward! And because that went so well, Burtoe returned to replace a couple of faucets for me. And found a couple of Shut-off Valves that were defective. I decided to replace them all. I could not have asked for better plumbers or a better experience. Their work ethic was unparalleled. Jerry C. the technician is a down to earth guy and really professional. He knew what the issue was and grab the right tools needed for the job and got to it. Found the clogged and cleared it out. He also did a little extra pipe snake surveying to make sure there wasnt any other unseen clogged down the pipe. He made sure it was cleared out and cleaned out properly with a re-inspection before he left. He even mentioned the condition of my pipes. Which were in great shape from what his camera showed. Pricing was competitive, right, fair and reasonable. $250.00. With it, came the service, completion and the quality of work they perform is outstanding. After he left, the customer service representative called to confirm if the issue was resolved. Yes it was...... It was done right the first time and to full completion. Great customer service.     I had an emergency situation with sewage backup coming up through the tub and toilet. When I contacted Canyon Hills Plumbing they were able to get someone out the same day! Jorge came out and cleared the line as far as he could but because there was no access drain he wasnt able to get the full cleaning done. He and his associate Chris came out and installed the access drain and did a hydrojet cleaning and were able to clear the drain all the way to the sewer where the problem existed. I highly recommend this company and their employees for any work you may need done. I know I will be contacting them again, and requesting Jorge, if I ever have any other issues!     We had some warm tiles In our downstairs living room. Called Canyon Hills Plumbing and they had someone out the next day. The technician that assisted was Jorge, and he is the absolute best! He quickly diagnosed our slab leak and broke down every single option for repair(I didn’t know there were so many different ways to fix this). We opted for an entire downstairs reroute. Jorge and his crew were out the next week, and in what seemed like a power tool tornado rerouted all of our pipes up through the walls and ceiling so we would no longer have any pipes running through the slab. And in 6 hours, mind you. Two days later they had our drywall and stucco patched and textured to perfection. Jorge checked if we were ok and happy with the repairs multiple times because he wanted it to be like no one was ever there, and he succeeded. When the crew was taking lunch, Jorge asked if I had any other issues, I told him I had a toilet that wouldn’t stop running. He immediately took care of it with no hesitation. Will recommend CHP to anyone in the area I know that needs a plumber. And a double recommendation for Jorge, if all the employees (which we haven’t had the pleasure of meeting or working with yet) are half as awesome as Jorge then this is the only company you will ever need.

    Jorge Nunez was a complete professional. He got our drain cleaned out and fixed some plumbing under the sink. This was all on a Friday evening of a holiday weekend. Canyon Hills is lucky to have Jorge working for them. What a great job and asset he is to the company.

    These Guys Are Great~!!! Judy the office coordinator is SUPER professional scheduled me promptly and did her follow up as promised. The technician sent to the job unclogged both of my drains within 30 minutes, and he too was very professional and had a great demeanor. I HIGHLY recommend them for any plumbing needs~!!! Also not to mention the cost was very reasonable~! :-)
