    Credible, competent, & professional was my first experience & impression; from the phone call I made to the professional who arrived at my home. The first inspection with honesty and integrity is what I received to include a free inspection for water damage. Kristen M., was great as well and was never too busy to give professional advice no matter how many times I called her, and I am thankful. The second appointment, the professional Joseph M. even brought in the educational piece with install of new H2O heater for the homeowners benefit (me), was awesome as well.     I got a Halo 5 water system two weeks ago. The technician, Alex, and the installation job itself were awesome.But I am regretful for the Halo 5 water conditioner. I dont recommend it if you live in decent cities with decent city water. After the installation, I have tested the water with a tester calibrated with NaCl, it has showed numbers indicating, “Marginally acceptable” in quality. It is just “Average Tap Water”, although I spent $4000 for it. Please, save your money by buying the Reverse Osmosis water filters on Amazon or else. It’s far cheaper and better. I wish that A.M. Plumbing & Rooter guided me to reasonable water systems.

    Emery was GREAT! Easy to work with. Very professional and informative. My home warranty sent out their plumber, which try to take advantage of us and quoted me $5000 to rebuild the platform and replace the heater. Emery explained that the platform was fine, and It didnt need replacing. I felt a lot more comfortable with him than the guy my warranty people sent out. Emery did a great job, and we have hot water again!

    We used A.M plumbing for leak detection. Alex arrived on time as promised and figured which pipe was leaking. He gave us options how we can fix our pipe leak with its pros and cons. After the job, Alex informed us on some other issues that we might need to consider in the future. He did not insist doing the repair but we asked him to do it as well. He is very professional and values his clients. We are very pleased with the service and will definitely call them again for repairs and maintenance of our plumbing needs. AM Plumbing is highly recommended.

    After having several instances of dirty water coming back into the house through the bathtubs and showers we knew we had to figure out what was causing this issue. The first plumbing company we called recommended that we find a rooter plumbing company. Alex the the service expert from AM plumbing arrived on time at the scheduled time and was very professional. He took the time diagnose the issue and show me with a video the tree roots that were blocking our outdoor plumbing and causing the issue. He explained the process to fix the issue along with a detailed invoice of what the cost would be for each step. He was able to schedule the repair soon after the initial inspection and diligently worked to fix our plumbing issue while taking time to answer all the questions about the repair process. At the end he also took the time to show me on his camera the completed repairs and took time to explain the warranties included for the work. I’ll definitely be recommending AM plumbing and using them again should I have any other plumbing issues.

    I give this business a super rating for quality of work, integrity, and communication. I have used them for different jobs over a 10 year span and so I highly recommend their services.     Nothing but good things to say about Alex. He arrived the day after we called to fix our toilet. He was honest, quoted a fair price and completed the job. He also went over options for other repairs we will need in the future. Definitely recommend!

    Very pleased with AM Plumbing. We called with some backed up issues, they promptly came out the very next day. The workers were very polite, patient with questions, showed us how there camera worked, explained some of the equipment functions. The owner sat down and explained the issues and gave us options, was not pushy on the most expensive option. Alex was kind and very clear on explaining and the cost was not bad. The came back back the very next day and stayed all day until the job done, even we lost power on our street. Definitely will use AM Plumbing again.

    Plumbing leak on a Sunday and this was one of the only companies that came out without an extra fee or charge to give an estimate. They sent out Jack within a couple hours after my call which we were so thankful for!! He was super friendly and gave us a reasonable price and a warranty on the work.     Excellent service! Javier and Alex were prompt, courteous, thorough and efficient. They got the job done and left the area clean after digging underground to replace our pipes. Weve had AM help us before, and they did a great job last time too - the issue this time was not related to what they came to fix previously, and their work last time was just as great. As its the pandemic right now, they came with masks on, were respectful of distancing as needed, and explained the issue well. Thank you, Javier and Alex! We would recommend AM to anyone!

    This afternoon we found a leak after disconnecting our refrigerator. We called A.M. Plumbing. Their response time was excellent. They arrived to our house within an hour after calling them. When the plumber, Jack got to the house, he was able to rapidly diagnose and fix the problem. He was very professional, did a great job and they charged us a very reasonable fee.     Alex and his handy helper (young man, I forgot his name), saved the day by fixing my leaking shower. Super easy to get ahold of the business and they scheduled me next morning. They arrived within the quoted time frame. Alex and handy helper explained the problem and the options to fix the issue. Prices very clear per option and the time frame for each option was also clear. Prices very competitive and affordable. The leak was fixed within 30 minutes, very fast. Alex also turned the water on and off for me as well. Happy resolution, will use this company again for plumbing needs.

    From my first call with Kristin to Alex the owner (and repairman) coming out the same day i called I am happy. This is the second time I’ve called A.M Plumbing. As you can guess since I called them again for another issue I was having that should tell you everything you need to know. I rely on everyone’s personal experiences to recommend service providers and I will tell you that A.M Plumbing is a great company to call. I have a plumber of choice and WILL call Alex again should I need plumbing repairs.I will mention his prices as reasonable and the quality of his work is outstanding. And you need to know that Alex is a genuinely NICE GUY!     Im so happy with Alex. The line that runs water to our swamp cooler wasnt working. We were sure it was the shut off valve. He came out on short notice within the time frame quoted and showed us how and why that wasnt the problem. Did some quick troubleshooting, and we discovered it was probably plugged up, but started working again once he took it apart. So no charge for what he did, just the trip charge. Completely reasonable and a total bargain. Im recommending him to everybody!

    My experience was great. Made the appointment over the phone for a day that worked for me. He showed up, looked at what I wanted done and ended up needing a part, that he went to Home Depot to get himself and then came back very quickly to finish the job. I was just getting a faucet replaced. He was clean, pleasant, and an efficient worker. He made sure to put down a mat to catch any water or dirt that came out, and he even put on shoe covers to not track dirt into, or around, the house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work done!

    Alex and his team are by far the easiest to work with! From the time I spoke with Kristen(sp?) to the time the job was complete they spoke to me like a person and not like Im an idiot. I had a whole house repipe and an awesome never run out of hot water tankless water heater installed. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves.     Alex confidently attacked a drain issue that several other plumbers couldn’t clear. He not only solved our problem in short order but was so confident in his abilities that he promised no charge if he failed—which he didn’t. The other plumbers went so far as to inform us we had a detached pipe and needed to jackhammer our foundation and cut up walls to the tune of several thousand dollars. Thank God for Alex and A.M. Plumbing and Rooter! You won’t get a load of bull from this guy so you can sleep in peace with your plumbing doing it’s job the way it was intended.

    Ryan is one dedicate man. Our main irrigation line burst and then our main line to the house started leaking under the driveway. Out of five companies A.M. was the only one willing to even quote the job. After cutting up what he needed to of the driveway he was knees and elbows deep in mud for the better part of three days to make sure we had water. It turns out the Rancho Water regulator at the street was bad and we had 160+psi to our lines which caused our leaks and kept popping the repairs. Rancho Water came out within an hour and replaced their regulator. After finishing our repairs Ryan took care to clean up all the concrete, shovel all the mud and pressure wash the driveway clean. Im sure he put in way more man hours than anticipated but A.M. held their price as originally quoted. Honest, dedicated and hard working professionals are very hard to find these days.     4:30 AM we woke up to a wet floor throughout our down stairs. By 9AM the problem was identified an isolated. This keeping the loss to a minimum.     Alex is very knowledgable, he came out for what we thought was a thermostat on the water heater, but it turned out to be a hot water slab leak and he found it, repaired it and was on his way within a couple hours.     A.m. plumbing was called last minute, after 5 by my property management co. The gas company came out Monday morning only to inform me he has to turn off water heater due to a large hole surrounding the pipe, vent, at the top. A.M. plumbing sent Jack here he said yes, definitely a hazardous issue, went to see where the pipe was secured basically just fell in his hands. Ive been here since 3/2018. My son my grandchildren and I have been breathing this poison since the begining. Jack left to get correct fitting pipe, fixed the hole and stated due to noises it makes when hot waters used, its a pressure issue or its about to die.. Anyway, after 3 days we have hot water 😀 thank you Jack
