We purchased our heat pump system through Costco and Triton Air was the installer. The whole team of Jose, Jared, & Steve,etc. did an excellent job for us. They were very organized and knowledgable. They had our old system out and removed in a very short time. Very efficient! The team was easy to work with and answered all of our questions. They also laid tarps throughout the house and cleaned up at the end of each work day. They thoroughly tested the system before they left to ensure everything was working properly. They also showed us how to use the system with the app, etc. All in all, it was a great experience. Thanks Guys! We highly recommend Triton Air.

Triton air installed my HVAC system about 7 years ago and did a great job. Recently there was trouble getting it to turn on so I went back to them and am so glad I did. We called Triton to check and service my elderly moms older HVAC unit. Andrew arrived promptly and was so polite and informative. You can tell he loves what he does. He was so patient with all of our questions. We will likely need to replace our unit in the future and when the time comes we will be using Triton. When Andrew left Mom kept saying “ Such a nice young man”. He made her day and her home ready for the warmer months ahead!

Casey is super knowledgeable and friendly! Really helped us find the root problem of our smells and issues coming from our furnace and vents. Did an air quality test and showed us the particles, chemicals, temperature, humidity and much more going on within the vents and air within our home. Checked our furnace and vents, as well as AC unit. Gave us different options for short term and long term solutions and what would work better with our budget. Would recommend Casey and their services to others.

If I buy another house they will be the first on my list of priorities of my must have for my home.From the sweetest and compassionate Joan who manages all schedules and kindly answers all questions, to the kind and professional technicians, there is no better company in this industry.The first experience I had, they found a birds nest in the wall with babies in it. Their compassionate hearts would not let them fill the opening until the baby birds grew and left the nest. This is one example of the people who are part of this company. Knowledgeable and honest. I called to purchase a part that I thought I needed to fix my furnace. In a few short minutes John helped me diagnose the problem turns out it was not what I thought, was extremely simple, required no new parts and I fixed it myself. They could of told me it was complex and needed a service call, but were more interested in helping me get my heater going. Kudos, I would not hesitate to call them in for a service call, great honest service.

Very impressive company. We have been a customer for several years for maintenance on our HVAC equipment.This time, we had a problem with our heater knowing it was on its way out and they showed up and did a very professional inspection. They provided pictures of the problem and showed why we finally needed to replace the system. They went over all of the options and looked for ways to save money with rebates and other discounts.Everything was ready to install the following day and the installation team, Ariel, Ceasar and Steve showed up on time and even called when they were on their way. They were all very professional, respecting our home and our property. The installation was done very well and everything was cleaned and labeled properly before they left.What was most impressive was how they went the extra mile. They replaced and upgraded an outlet and labeled our electrical panel. They even repaired a broken pot that had broken a few weeks earlier and had nothing to do with them. We noticed when we went to survey they work after they left and saw that our broken pot had been nicely glued back together.In these days, it is the little things that make a difference and the Ocean Air team are well deserving of the compliments. I highly recommend them and will keep them on the top of our list for any HVAC needs.
