    They came the next day. diagnosed the issue quickly and repaired it within a few hours. Tested and done. Before arriving, they had asked me to send pictures ahead of time. They saw there was clear water damage and offered to call a water damage company to help with the after repair work which would involve drying the wall interior and eventual repair. Both things that plumbers dont do themselves.

    I am very happy with the service provided by Efficient Plumbing. The plumber, Titus, arrived within 2 hours of my call. He pulled and reset a leaking toilet and snaked two clogged drains for me. He was efficient and friendly. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again if needed.

    The workman were polite and effecient. They quickly identified a pipe leak under the house and repaired it within the time frame quoted. Had I done the repair myself, it would have take. Me a day to find the leak and half a day to repair it. It was worth the amount charged to have it done professionally with the least amoi t of downtime for our water.

    Everyone was great to work with. Titus was very professional, honest and patient.As a first time homeowner with previous plumbing nightmares during initial move in, every little water noise catches my attention. A few days ago, a mysterious dripping sound caught my ear, and perked my anxiety. My uncle recommended Efficient Plumbing and I gave them a call to schedule a leak detection test.Titus arrived well within the time range and proceeded to diagnose the issue. I seem to have lucked out. Titus was very honest and let me know that he didn’t find any evidence of a leak, and it may have been a small obstruction that was causing the dripping sound, but has since passed. He was extremely patient with all of my questions, and helped curb my anxiety.They even were kind enough to charge the standard service charge rate, rather than the leak detection fee, for the service I initially asked for.All in all, though I hope to never have to call a plumber in the near future, when I do, it will be Efficient Plumbing.

    Need a simple job under the sink to replace an old shut off valve. Might of been able to do it myself to save a little money but decided to use a plumber and called Efficient. Steve was able to come earlier than scheduled; got right to it; seemed knowledgeable; was super friendly; answered questions about other potential work. The cost was reasonable. Besides efficiently replacing our bathroom faucet handles and connecting our gas cooktop, Steve T. is a super nice human.     Steve came over to my house at short notice on a Friday. He successfully traced the location of the pipe leak in my bathroom. He spent the most of the rest of the day replacing old piping with new, eliminated the leak and restored water supply. I highly recommend Steve and Efficient Plumbing.

    They were excellent at response and being on time. They checked all plumbing fixtures as a courtesy and cleared two stopped up drains. There was a miscommunication on the billing that was cleared up immediately and I appreciate their customer service and work ethic. Highly recommend.

    I called 12 plumbers on a Friday - emergency situation. The office gal at Efficient Plunging was right on top of it. Asked for pics and contacted the plumber. Steve finished one job and came directly to us. Did a great efficient job. P.S. no other plumbers called back.

    Titus came to the house in the evening to fix our water pipe and discovered that because of the way the house was built the job was, to say the least, insanely difficult. Coming back the next morning he was able to finish and water returned to our household. This was an example of incredible skill, dedication and fantastic service. Titus is our hero. And Steve always responded to our calls for help and helped make it happen. Five stars are not enough!

    My problem was a main line sewer complete blockage. I called out a different company to snake the sewer line but they couldnt make any improvement even with the large 5/8 cable machine. I then looked into hydro-jetting and called other companies who either said they couldnt do the job or quoted me an inflated price of over $1000. I saw Pipe Bros and gave them a call. Steve answered my questions and assured me that he could get the job done. He is a man of his word. He arrived on time and overcame the obstacle of an improper 3 clean out access. I was able to see five different bad root intrusions with the inspection camera that he has. Steve made several passes with the 4000 psi nozzle. A post hydro-jetting camera inspection showed a completely clean pipe free of any roots. Steve at Pipe Bros went above and beyond to help me out and get the sewer line flowing freely again. I highly recommend him and will call on him again should the need arise.
