I rarely leave reviews, but I used Aladdins for the first time and was blown away by a number of things: 1 - Their professionalism from the start. Their intake process was thorough, down to understanding the problem to making sure the directions were clear. 2 - They made time in their busy day for a same-day fix, were thorough in explaining what they were doing, friendly, clean and fast. 3 - when there turned out to be additional issues that were impossible to detect the day before, they made time again the following day and very quickly, very efficiently solved that problem with zero hesitation, and found a way to work around the kitchen without having to tear it apart. All at a very fair price. Im not sure where the negative reviews come from, I didnt get even a hint of what they referenced. This is my new go-to plumbing service, without doubt.

Unfortunately I have had many issues with my plumbing at my home. Fortunately I had Aladdin help me out for all the work that I needed. Whether it is the main boss man himself doing the work or one of his capable technicians I can wholeheartedly recommend this company. My first experience was for a leak in my wall. The technician they sent out not only fixed quickly but went out of his way to explain to me how it occurred and left my home in better condition than before.Most recently my home had a slab leak and I contracted Aladdin to do the entire re-route of water lines in my home. It was not an easy job but they did what was promised and I am very happy and satisfied with my experience. I had a lot of water damage related to this slab leak and Aladdin referred me to Erich (from A#1 Emergency Service, please also see my review on them). I was very grateful to Aladdin for this as I was able to get my home fixed and back to normal in a timely manner after a re-route and water damage, which if you have gone through this you know it is no easy fix.These guys are punctual, efficient, reasonable and explain everything to you. Moved into a new, larger home this past April. Being a realtor, I always get a Home Warranty for my clients and maintain my own personal one each year (totally worth it).After moving in, we had several plumbing issues and had Aladdin Plumbing come out each time. Emily who is the dispatcher is always pleasant and timely in getting back to you for an appt.The workers have been thorough in helping out with each issue we have had.I would recommend their service to my clients and neighbors--very happy with them!!

This review is a little late but I would highly recommend Aladdin for any plumbing needs.. They are reasonable, friendly and the office staff is very accommodating. They repiped our house after a slab leak and I have used them prior and after that for all my issues. Thanks to Emily that works the schedule, to Jeremy and Aladdin himself.. Great job all around.

My husband and I are so pleased with the work Dan did installing our new water heater! He did a thorough job replacing a corroded valve, installing the heater, and getting everything up to city code. He was incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy throughout the whole process, and I especially appreciated his willingness to explain what he was doing throughout, because he knew I was interested. Dan is dedicated to doing honest work and now we have an efficient new water heater and I understand how it works!

Jeremy came out on a Sunday and repaired my clients pinhole leak in a guest bath. He was timely, efficient and got the problem resolved. I would definitely use Aladdin again and was extremely impressed with their professionalism and service.

Although they had the wrong part at first to fix my water heater. Chase researched what was going on and found that the manufacturer use basically the same part but with a tweak in the software. The parts looked exactly the same!! Once that was deduced, they were able to get the right part but very late in the day. Chase called to tell me that he had the correct part but it was too late to come over. I was bummed because I was going on day 3 without a hot shower!!! I told him to just drop off the part and Id put it on. He thought for a moment and said hed just come over and put it on. 30 minutes later, the hot water was on and working!!! I know people have different experiences but I have nothing but positive things to say about Chase and the people at Aladdin. If I ever need a plumber, they will be my first call.

The technician from Aladdin was really nice and went the extra mile to fix my garbage disposal. I dont have an issue with AP.I do want to say that I have American Home Shield and they sent Aladdins plumbing. American Home shield home warranty is the WORST. If its a big issue like replacing an appliance they will waste more money sending technician to do a Micky mouse job rather then approving the repair or replacement needed. AHS is not honest. They will come up with the some loophole to get out of a big repair. Such a dishonest way of dealing with your customer.

Great service. They have a handy service that shows a map with an arrival estimate. Jeff showed up on time and got right to it. He quickly figured out the problem and explained everything in detail. Throughout it all he was careful to use a mask the whole time - thanks for keeping everyone safe. Top notch service.

Amazing found the problem right away and fixed it in no time. Let me say it was a pipe leak in the wall that could of been anywhere but he was able to find it the first try.

We are so happy with Aladdin plumbing. We had a leak on Saturday and Dan (Daniel) saved us. He actually canceled going to a musical concert just to make sure we have our water supply back! Go for Dan..... he knows his stuff:)))

I trust Aladdin and his team. Aladdin is extremely knowledgeable about the issues endemic to our area (pinholes and slab leaks) and knows how to take care of these problems rapidly and with minimal disruption to your life. His crew is hard working and considerate of the residents of the home where the work is being done. Aladdins has my future business for sure.
