Ralph, the owner, is experienced and knowledgeable. His expertise and honesty saved me thousands of dollars while other plumbers didn’t go the extra mile. I recently moved to the area and bought a new house with a faulty mixing valve, another plumber told me I have to replace the shower valve, cut in to the tile to make a bigger hole, and replace the faucets. Ralph came in and replaced a part which he carried in his van in less than 30 mins. I’ve found a new plumber for life, thanks Ralph! Also, Susan from his office was very kind and was able to get me scheduled quickly.

After our home warranty assigned plumber bailed on the job, Ralph was called in to a very panicky homeowner (me) trying to figure out why a leak existed and where it came from. Ralph walked me through the entire process. I was guided on who would remove the walls to access the pipes, who would be responsible for which portion of this fix, and I was educated on piping within a home which is a bonus. Ralph had very realistic solutions and recommendations for our slab leak, and never pressured us to make a decision to go which ever route. His prices are competitive, and his work was well explained and the area was clean even afterwards. I cannot recommend Ralph and his team enough for the quick, efficient, and great work that they did!

I cannot go a day without giving high praise to this company and its owner, Ralph!I am a first time home owner and have had some annoying plumbing issues. After dealing with some other plumbers who have been terrible and dishonest with my home warranty, I am SO glad they finally sent me a REAL plumber who knows his stuff! I will keep A Plus plumbing on my phone contacts and request them from now on! I have found my go to plumber!Honestly, if you are looking for a knowledgeable, kind, honest and respectful plumber, Ralph is your man! While he was here his phone was buzzing off the hook and every single call or text he answered with respect and was never rude or condescending. If we were in the middle of a conversation he excused himself and quickly replied to whoever was calling or texting. Thats great customer loyalty and respect.Thank you for coming to my home and taking care of our plumbing needs!

I have a home warranty and they contract A Plus for their work. I was afraid it would be days before my water heater was repaired. I received a call less than 24 hours of placing my request and they were out less than two hours later. I have an older unit so parts had to be acquired, but technician was back the same afternoon with parts and repairs were made immediately. Hot showers have already started! Will continue to use this company long after my warranty expires!

Great service and fast appointment. These guys are the perfect local plumber that wont force you to get another mortgage to fix any plumbing issue. I have used their service a few times and am a repeat customer. Great price and great service. Very transparent as well and communicates as needed.

A Plus gets an A+! We had a broken water main recently resulting from a faulty valve. A Plus was fast and efficient in making the necessary repairs. They also addressed what we thought was a slab leak in our backyard years ago. They determined that the leak that was causing our yard to have excess moisture came from our neighbor, not our property. Once that leak was fixed, the excess moisture stopped. Highly recommended for all your plumbing needs!

Impressed is an understatement. I never write reviews, but due to all of the negative press below, and more importantly my most pleasant experiences with A+, today is an exception.Heres the deal. Plumbing leaks are expensive...I mean I should know, I have had 4 or 5 in the past few years! And guess what? It takes a TON OF WORK and holes to fix it...so your house is going to look as ugly as anyone elses who is dealing with the same dilemma, BUT A+ WILL DO IT RIGHT! They have always made our concerns their concerns, no matter what time of day or night. They just spent 3 days in my home and cleaned up EVERYTHING, EVERY NIGHT prior to leaving, full well knowing that they would be ripping it back apart first thing in the morning. Even as they found more problems and the days got longer, the PRICE NEVER CHANGED. A handshake and a verbal price agreement was made and they stuck to it. Sam and Mike did EXCELLENT work for the second time in the past 10 months, and Gina and Ralph assisted by scheduling them and working with us to try and keep it in budget. I am so GLAD that we have had the plumbing misfortune of dealing with A+ so that we can RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE else in this area who will undoubtedly continue to deal with the relentless bank account draining of copper piped homes, until they choose to bite the bullet and REPIPE like we did.THANK YOU Sam, Mike, Gina, and Ralph. I truly dont believe anyone but the A+ team could have made ripping apart my home, and taking my money, any less PAINLESS!

Our plumber, Andy, was great at taking care of the pipe leak. He was responsive to all my questions and kept me informed of the work that was needed. I really appreciate all the information he provided.
