The foundation in my house was an absolute disaster. These guys worked for six weeks to make sure my foundation was perfect. I can’t say enough nice things about them. They were courteous, professional, and always on time. My son has been in the construction business for years and he has raved about the quality of their work and their professionalism. I cannot recommend them highly enough. It was great to work with them.

Robert came out and inspected our pier and beam foundation. I received my quote via mail where he went over the materials hed use to correct our old 1920s home foundation problems. His crew came out when he said they would and corrected our problems which corrected not only the foundation but also all the doors. Great Service and a Great Job!

I bought a seventy year old house on concrete blocks in January 2021. The whole house had settled about 3 front to back. I called Southwestern Foundation Company for an estimate. Robert came out the house, inspected the existing conditions and gave me written estimate that was pretty much what I thought it would cost. I met Robert there a week later to go over the estimate and ask questions. We agreed to terms that day. Robert worked me into his schedule as soon as he could. The Southwestern Foundation crew showed up on the date and time agreed to. I stayed with them for the next two days while they leveled the foundation. They answered any questions I had and replaced some 4x6 beams at my request per the agreement. The whole process was seamless and stress free. They certainly know what their doing. I highly recommend Southwestern Foundation Company.

Very happy with our experience. Robert and Jonathan and their crew were great to deal with. They were responsive in coming to look at our pier and beam foundation and provided a written estimate on the spot. The price was very fair and Robert explained exactly what they planned to do and why. We changed the scope of part of the job to include digging under existing blocks to add larger footing blocks and they had no problem accommodating our request. Good quality work and the house feels much better with everything leveled out. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Robert at South Western Foundation CO provided exceptional service. They leveled a vary old farm house with multiple rotten beams. His team led by Jonathan were very polite and professional and took extra time to get it done right identifying areas that were not spotted on the estimate. We were very happy with their work and the price and would certainly recommend them.

We used Southwestern Foundation many years ago at our farm house so remembered them when we had foundation problems at the house we bought several years ago in Brenham. A room had been added on by the previous owner and we were seeing cracks in the sheetrock and windows. Although we had to wait our turn due to all the rain that was in our area this spring, once the crew moved in and the work began, we were so very pleased with how Jonathan and his crew worked. They didnt use any shortcuts, but did the job the way it should be done. On the final day when the actual leveling was done, it was awesome to watch them communicate and work together to get it right. Now we have to search for the cracks in the walls because they have almost disappeared. Our back door which isnt even in that room also opens and closes perfectly because it had been affected by the sinking of that room. And we have never seen a work crew clean up the way they do. Awesome crew, Awesome company!!
