John and his employees do a great job. They inspected and repaired floor joists for me back in February of 2024. Later that year I had some foundational concerns and John came out and gave me his honest opinion after doing a detailed inspection of the basement. He is quite knowledgeable and isn’t going to try to sell you something you don’t need. If you have any foundational issues with your home I would highly suggest using GPAC.

Darrell and I were extremely satisfied with the work that GPAC did on our rental building. It sits on a Rock foundation and was in dire need. John came out crawled thru very tight spaces to assess the old building and came up with a plan. We decided to do what was necessary to the building. They came when they said they would and finished the Job very quickly! Would highly recommend them and will use them in the future!!

I had 3 different companies to come out to give me estimates. I choose this company because of the water problem in our crawl space and the condition under the floor. 2 of them started in the crawl space and wanted to do this and that was ok as I did not understand. When your company came out He wanted to check the gutter system and then go under the house and check under there. I questioned him about the gutter system first and he told me that excess water will go into the crawl space. Trust him. I did and I am glad I chose this company. Very dependable and reliable people. John was super helpful in assisting me with a sill plate repair issue. In the end, he didnt do the actual repair work because, in his professional opinion, it wasnt needed. I appreciate the time he took to explain to me his recommendation. He was honest and generous with his time, even when it became clear that he wasnt going to make money from me. I will use GPAC for any future work because I trust John!

Steve and his crew at GPAC are phenomenal. They agreed to help us with a complex porch renovation project on an 1898 historic home. From lifting and leveling the 500 sq ft roof, pouring the footers, rebuilding the decking, and installing the columns with care -- plus some drywall repair inside -- these guys can do it all! Despite the quirks of an old house project, they have been so flexible throughout the process. Even after I signed off on a job well done, we later found one issue that was slightly out of alignment. Steve sent the guys back the very next day to redo it and make it right. These folks will 100% do right by you and whatever projects you may have. Cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, know-how, and dependability.

I want to thank John and his team Glen & his helper I’m sorry I didn’t get his name I had a service done from another type of company ( exterminator) unfortunately some damage was done to my ceiling when installing insulation and with out hesitation they had it fixed with no cost to me they put me in contact with John fromGPAC Enterprises John was very quick to respond and set up a time for the repairs they were on time , very professional and it was done all in one day they definitely went beyond what I was expecting I’m very pleased with the work and the professionalism and they sealed it with a good ole fashion hand shake I would highly recommend this company and his crew Thanks again John job well done 👍Kat NicholsIndianapolis ,Indiana ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
