There is definitely a good reason Niebuhr Plumbing is the #1 plumbing business in LaCrosse area! We had a leak in our bathroom, we have had Excellent Service in the past from them so we knew who to call. Scott came the same day, he is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, efficient and was done before we knew it. Best part was he explained everything to us which we really appreciated it. The guys at Niebuhr were easy to work with, did high quality work, and left my basement absolutely clean when they replaced my 90 year old galvanized pipe to the street. If you need to just replace the water service, they have a way to replace it without tearing up your entire front lawn. Just a great job. Very happy with their service.

We’ve found our forever company for all our heating, cooling, and plumbing needs! Nieburh Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, has, by far, exceeded every expectation we would have in a company for our HVAC needs! From the professionalism, excellent communication, promptness, and desire to make us feel like a satisfied customer, this company checks all the boxes and then some!Every person we have spoken with has been such a pleasure to talk to. This company made our air conditioner and furnace replacement such a great experience! The office staff taking phone calls were so pleasant and made sure all our questions were answered! Our first appointment was with Tim. Tim came to assess our HVAC needs and thoroughly went through everything we would need done, explaining in detail, while also providing different options and explanations of each option. Tim was great at answering all our questions and took the time to go over everything before the actual appointment for the install. The time he took to explain everything really made us feel like valued customers and that means a lot! There was about a week in between the install and when we had spoke with Tim. During this time, we received phone calls from Mike explaining where they were at with everything and when we could expect our appointment (we were going through our home owners warranty so there is more to the process then just booking the appointment in this case). The communication by Mike spoke volumes of this company with regards to them caring about their customers. Our appointment was set for a Monday with arrival time being 730am (we received a call prior to let us know what to expect with timing etc). That Monday at 730am Jake and Riley arrived at our home. Both men were extremely professional and outlined how the day would go with regards to the install. Again, they answered all our questions and made sure to continue updating us with the process as they worked. When they finished, they made sure to go over our new system and explain everything to us. Jake even made a diagram for the filter system with how to place the filter, when to replace it, and what brand/style to buy when a new filter was needed. When they completed the project, my husband and I both mentioned how professional everything was done and how nice everything looked. Everything was placed perfectly as it should be. We have never been so pleased with the customer service of a company and the job that was completed.We appreciated the feeling of being a valued customer by this company and would recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking! The service we were provided was nothing short of amazing and professional in every way! Kudos to Nieburh Plumbing, Heating and Cooling! You have earned yourselves a forever customer with many more to come!

6 years ago we had need of an urgent furnace repair and were lucky enough to get Tony from Niebuhrs. He was so professional and kind that I kept the bill to know what company we had used. When we needed help for our air conditioning unit this morning, I dug out that bill and contacted Niebuhrs. 2 hours later I opened the door to find Tony there again. Same great service, professionalism, and friendliness. Cannot recommend this company enough. If you open your door to Tony, expect you will have the best service youve ever had!

Awesome customer service! We moved into a new home and had appliances installed and plumbers over at the same time. The installers told us they couldnt install due to multiple issues we were unaware of with our old appliances from previous owners. We really needed them as we were having a large party that weekend. Steve the plumber from Niebuhr plumbing and heating overheard this and went the extra mile to help us get them installed. If not for him we would have had to cancel everything. Its service like that that creates lifetime customers. Which we will surely be. Thank you again for doing a great job and going above and beyond!

We used Niebuhr when our AC went out on us. Initially we were told the soonest they could come to us was going to be 3 days out, but when the receptionist found out we had a very warm 6 week old baby, she did something on her end and within the hour, we had 2 repair guys in our home working on our unit. I am writing this review with nice cold air blowing on me and my little guy. Thank you so much for taking that extra step. We will recommend Niebuhr to anyone looking!

I have had Niebuhr on many occasions. They fixed my boiler through american home shield were able to fix the problem and the cause of the problem under warranty. We also use them at where I work, and our experience there has also been great. They usually cannot come same day unless its an emergency, but fairly consistently can show up the next day.

We needed a hot water heater replaced. I called Niebuhr Plumbing & Heating to get an estimate. It was well within reason. Got it replaced the same day. The 2 men who installed it really knew what they were doing. We thought it would take longer to install but the 2 gentlemen replaced it in no time. They even took the old one with. Man, these guys are great! They happened to have an opening the same day that I called to have service done, and they were at my house within an hour. They got there so fast that they beat me to my house, and were waiting for 15 minutes. They were so polite and worked so quickly. I will use Niebuhr as long as I live in La Crosse.

Punctual, efficient, honest, and reliable! We had a pipe burst in our kitchen at 3:00 AM and they were at our house by 8:30 AM. They kept us informed and honest about what everything would cost. Definitely would recommend them!

Ive used Niebuhr 3 different times: furnace, water softener, and plumbing issue. They have been able to schedule me quickly. When there was issues with something, they responded the same day to resolve them. The office staff and the plumbers/hvac staff were polite and competent. In my tiny 1890s house, we often need creative solutions, and they have come through for me. I also appreciate it when they tell me if updates are necessary or if Im worried for nothing. That earns my trust too. They are also priced fairly.

Tony was very professional and did fantastic work. They replaced our water heater after the bottom rusted out and it leaked allover our basement. I called around 7 pm and they were out the following morning with the new unit. He hooked it all up and hauledaway our old one. Highly recommended!

These people were fast on helping us install a pipe line for a gas stove. Underneath the stove the basement was finished but they did a spectacular job at minimizing holes in the drywall. Our water heater leaked over the weekend so we drained it and shut it down. We hadn’t used Niebuhr Plumbing before but saw good reviews so gave them a call. We didn’t want to pay an emergency service charge so left a phone message Sunday with make, model, that water heater was still under warranty and that we’d like it replaced asap on Monday. I received a call from Niebuhr Plumbing Monday morning at 7:20 saying they would be at our house to install the new water heater in 20 minutes. The two men that came were extremely positive, friendly, professional and efficient. No damage was done while hauling those big tanks up and down from the basement and they left no mess at all. Wow, I didn’t think service like that existed anymore! They’ve earned our business going forward!
