Don’t waste your time searching elsewhere—Level is the ultimate solution for your sewer drainage and water supply problems.Josh and his team did an outstanding job fixing a serious issue beneath one of my rental properties. The cast iron sewer line had disintegrated, causing several inches of wastewater to pool in the basement.Josh arrived promptly, inspected the sewer with a camera, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He developed a detailed plan: first, a plumber would address the pipes under the foundation, and then Level would burst-line the sewer pipe from the house to the main connection. Josh went above and beyond, staying available for advice throughout the cleanup and plumbing stages before his portion of the job—and he kept that promise, offering invaluable guidance.Both the plumbing contractor and Level suggested replacing the old cast iron water supply line since it would already be exposed, and I agreed.The results exceeded my expectations. While it was a costly and challenging repair, working with Level made the entire process far smoother and less stressful than it could have been. I highly recommend them!

We had a sewer blockage that our regular plumber couldnt fix. He suggested we contact LEVEL to take over. After scoping and scraping our lines, and reviewing city records, Josh (& Levi) determined that our 149-year-old house was connected to the Cass Street sewer in 1890. Although the old sewer line served all the previous owners well--as well as Jill & me for the past 40 years--it was time for major work! LEVEL burst and replaced portions of old lines, elbows, and joints, epoxy-lined other portions, and we are now good to go for the next century or so (I would guess). Josh, Levi, and all their merry crew were hard-working, efficient, and friendly, and accommodated our needs throughout the project. The final bill was within the guidelines of the proposal, and was a pleasant surprise (for such an extensive job). We are happy to give a 100% endorsement to LEVEL SEWER & DRAIN!

Beyond impressed with the Level of service with Level Sewer & Drain. We had a basements drain backing up and we were completely unable to use any water within our home without it coming out. Josh was able to be IN OUR HOME within the next 40 minutes.He was courteous to both my wife and I, our kids as they were still running around and had the problem fixed and explained to us within a couple hours. He took the time to explain what the possible issues were, what he was going to do attempt to fix it, and walked through with a camera to show the state of our plumbing. He was professional and I cant recommend them more. Theyve earned our business for life.

I have always been a bit paranoid about some kind of sewer / water backing up into my basement. I had never had any issues; however, I knew that my neighbors often had to have tree roots and things cleared from their pipes. I had lived in my house for 6 years and I had never done anything. I wanted to get everything checked out and make sure that I was not at risk for any kind of back-up. The plumbers that I called in my area either did not offer this service or, did not seem very knowledgeable on what I needed. By searching online, I called Level Sewer and Drain. What a find, they are wonderful! The following day Josh was at my house. He was educating me on the main pipes in my home, (learning about them previously was never a high priority for me). He put his camera down the pipe and educated me on what he was seeing the entire time. Thankfully everything was clear. He gave me some great tips on what I could do to ensure the pipes stayed clear. He also encouraged me to get an inexpensive drain alarm to ensure that if there ever was a back-up, I would know immediately and could call them.It isn’t often that you stumble upon a great company like this. He was extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable, and fair. It was a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone!

Even during their busiest time of the year, Josh managed to find the time to stop by my house at 5:30pm on a Friday night after putting in a full day of work already. He cleared a clog that was backing up our drain and also inspected the pipe to see what its condition was. I am very thankful for the honesty, hard work and service provided by Level Sewer and Drain. Josh and Levi are Amazing! My main line Pipe was bad... Really bad!, They came in and got me running until it could be fixed and as soon as weather permitted, they came and worked all day every day until it was done... They also found a second set of main line pipes (which is unheard of) and fixed those too...Tore up my back yard but the grass they tore up, they replaced with way better grass then I had! They had to tear up the street to but fixed that as well... These are wonderful people who do a thorough job! Absolutely trustworthy! Job was pricey but for the work they did and the time it took~ I feel like it could have been way more! I HIGHLY recommend Level!

Turns out Im having a problem with the cast iron sewage pipe that fits from the basement to the septic. Josh came over with his camera, ran it through the pipe, took photos, and explained everything to me. He was extremely professional and honest in the quoting process. There was absolutely no pressure to make a spontaneous repair decision. I appreciated not being boxed into a corner or scared unnecessarily into believing the problem needs to be taken care of immediately. The honesty and integrity I experienced with Josh was refreshing. Im still not sure exactly how Im going to handle the problem, but thankfully, I now know I dont need to panic into a quick irrational decision. If you have a sewer/drain issue and need an honest opinion, I highly recommend Level Sewer and Drain.

Level Sewer & Drain has truly been a lifesaver! In the process of purchasing our 100+ year old home, we needed a sewer drain scope ASAP. We had water coming in our basement for 2 weeks, thinking it was ground water just seeping in we called a few places who wanted $51,000 to not fix the problem but install a system to pump water out. I called level sewer and drain and josh came out looked around and figured out the problem within 30 minutes opened up and cleaned out our external drain pipe and within a few hours our basement was no longer flooded. Josh was very knowledgeable about next steps. Couldn’t be happier with our experience as well taking the time to actually listen to what was happening to help clear it out and prevent future issues.

Pipe DescalingLevi and Josh were the most professional, thorough, and courteous contractors I have dealt with. They arrived on time and set right to work. The pair were knowledgeable, good natured, and worked very well as a team. They sent a camera down the septic line and diagnosed a clogged line. We are new to the area. We are working on closing on our house and to do this we needed our foundation inspected/repaired. After calling multiple contractors these were the guys who were not booked out 4 months out and who were super professional/customer friendly on the phone. They are military friendly. I needed a sump pump and drain tile put in my basement. Level Foundation did this repair in a few days, and Im really happy with the results. But what really makes me happy is how much they respected my home. They hung plastic, brought in fans, and basically did everything possible to keep the dirt and debris from their construction contained in one spot. Had a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Quick and responsive when bidding on the project to repair a crack in our foundation and install a egress window. When it came to completing the job it was done on time, the team consistently updated on progress and couldnt have left a cleaner space, especially considering how much of a mess cutting through a poured concrete foundation and digging up a yard in the middle of winter creates. Would recommend them to anyone in the La Crosse area.

Quick to get out to my location/home, was willing to answer my question and educate me on what they were doing, and when they found there was no block in the line clear out to the main I was informed there was no charge. We experience basement flooding after heavy rains. I found Josh and Levy through a Google search and from our first interaction, they were highly professional, courteous, and true gentlemen. Characteristics that are often rare to find nowdays.A thorough assessment of the water damage was completed. Josh generated a detailed PDF report of what was needed to prevent future flooding (drain tile, high action sump pump, and redirecting discharge of water from street to backyard via French drain) and an estimate was provided. Their high-quality product and expertise are not cheap. However, the job was of top-tier craftsmanship and preventing future water damage to your home is not something you want to cheap out on.The job took four weeks to complete. Throughout the process, Josh kept me informed on unexpected challenges, days to completion, delays, etc. Once they were finished, the basement was left impeccably clean. Along the way, I would inquiry about handyman tips on insulating the basement and doing aesthetic touches to the unfinished part. Josh was patient and went above and beyond to share his knowledge and expertise.I strongly recommend this company. Despite the lengthy process, we are confident their solution will be a long lasting solution to prevent future flooding.Thank you, Josh and Levy. You guys rock!
