    When our water heater broke and started leaking, we were in a bit of a panic. We called Advanced Plumbing Systems, and the service manager was incredibly helpful. He explained all our options clearly, weighing the pros and cons of repairing versus replacing the unit.What really impressed us was their promptness. They sent a technician the same day with the new water heater. The technician was professional and efficient, installing the new heater in no time.     Had a great experience, both guys that came out to the house were friendly, very informative, and got the job done! Advanced plumbing worked with my home warranty as well which was an added bonus. They were able to quote me for a couple other jobs down the line as well and answered about 1,000 questions I had during their time at the house. Highly recommend!

    Great experience all around. Easy to schedule online and I received verbal confirmation from a business rep via phone. Appointment took place at the exact time and reps were awesome.     We had our water service lines and sewer lines replaced by Advanced Plumbing. Tyler and Eric were great about communicating how the project was going along the way and explained what work they did after completing the project. They even fixed a blocked drain upstairs at no charge when they finished the other work. We couldnā€™t be happier with the work we had done and will be Advanced Plumbing them again for any other plumbing work we need.

    Advanced Plumbing has done spectacular work at our house on 4 separate visits - including one terrible time when our sewer line collapsed & needed replacement. They respond faster than any contractor Ive ever worked with and even helped us work with the city to advocate for reducing fees.     Recently bought our first home and called just to get a gas line to our dryer capped off and tested for no leaks. Lucas and Arthur then asked me about any other questions or concerns and walked with me through the whole house answering my questions and explaining certain systems and fixes that can be done.     Recently had issues with my whole house backing up somewhere before the sewer line and flooding the basement. The guys at Advanced Plumbing not only cleared the line and checked out the pipes with a camera, they also gave me good insight as to why this may be happening and what I can do to improve flow in the future.     The day of our consultation about SEVERAL issues (smaller issues thank goodness) Bob was able to send over his trusty team and get everything accomplished with in that day! There was an issue with the dishwasher after the initial instal (they didnt cause the problem just something faulty in the dishwasher) and they got a new one reordered and installed the next day. Super professional and very nice, they explain why they are doing the things theyre doing which I appreciate.

Lucas always seems to get back to you in a timely fashion (I know because Iā€™ve called him 8 times in last 2 weeks with multiple questions). One phone call and within 24hrs. they are at your doorstep. They take the time to go through things with you and give you options with different solutions depending on your pocket book and level of issue. And of course pricing, the thing everyone cares about ā€¦ VERY fair! From original phone call to finished work with removing water heater and installing tankless water heater 3 days.     My water heater was leaking and was due to be replaced. I contacted Advanced Plumbing Systems and they had technicians at my house within 30 minutes. They quickly diagnosed the issue and also evaluated other components of my plumbing system. I was a first time home buyer and hadnā€™t replaced the salt in my softener since purchasing the home. They educated me on that and also spent a good amount of time explaining the options for replacing the water heater. I also had a separate issue with the outdoor spigot that supplied my backyard. In a few hours the spigot was repaired, our water heater was replaced with a tankless system, and a new softener system was installed (with salt!). Truly expeditious, exceptional, and extensive service by Advanced Plumbing Systems. I would highly recommend.

    I was most impressed that when I called with an emergency, they immediately found a technician to come out that day. I had called other plumbers that said they had 24 hour service, but when I called they said they were too busy. My tech Shawn was so thorough and kept me informed about what was happening.     They were great to work with. They responded quickly to provide competitive estimates and were able to get the job done the day of. They did have to come back at a later time after their initial stop at the house to give an estimate (and then get supplies in order to be able to get the new plumbing done). Paul was very professional: friendly, knowledgeable, answered our questions, cleaned up the workspace well after, and made sure everything was working without leaks before leaving.

    They gave me an estimate on replacing my sewer line. I was very happy with how quick they set the appointment up and how quickly I was able to get the appointment and estimate. The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only negative thing is that my appointment was for 3:30 and he got there 20 - 25 minutes later than that, however he did call.I ended up having Advanced Plumbing replace my sewer and my water line. As happens in older homes, some of the work needed was not totally predictable. Obstacles did arise, however they kept me informed pretty much step by step and they worked with me to overcome the obstacles. They were completely professional, very friendly, and patient with me as I am a person with a lot of questions so as to completely understand the work needed. It was a huge job in my eyes. The only thing I was not aware of until I got the final invoice was some added on costs for some more concrete work. However, it could have been a much more costly job than what turned out. Overall I was very happy with how quickly everything was done and their response time!! They did a wonderful job and I will definitely recommend them to other possible customers!!Some issues came up after the work was done. Bob took care of them for me. For one of them I asked that he come out personally, which he had no problem doing and he worked to get back out to my house as soon as my schedule would allow. He took care of the issue at no further cost to me. The issues were fixed and again he was very pleasant and kind. He found the problem and fixed it right then. After having done a lot of projects on my home over the past years, Ive found that once businesses / contractors are paid, sometimes its hard to get them back out to cover problems. As a woman being a homeowner, unfortunately it can be challenging dealing with these things as I feel sometimes individuals assume I know nothing about some of these problems. So, I am thankful that Bob listened to me and treated me with respect and followed through on standing behind their work. Thanks again!

    Advanced Plumbing has serviced my house several times going back to 2013 here in Holmen. Back when Bob was doing all the hands on work himself. From the very first visit of satisfactory service then, and a few times in between, I would not hesitate to call them for service again. Bobā€™s Son in law was out here last year and did a wonderful job in updating the correct pressures in my water system in order to protect my appliances, also installed outside new water spigots which were outdated. Good guy and a valuable employee āœŒļø

    We had our drain cleaned out by a different company after we had water backing up in our laundry room drain. A day later it backed up again so we rented a machine from our local hardware store to clean it out ourselves. The next day it backed up again so I made the decision to call in professionals with a camera.The response was fast and we were fit in right away Monday morning. They were able to show me exactly where the problem was with the scope. Although we couldnā€™t really see the condition of the cast iron pipe it was obvious that something was not right with a 4 foot section of roots hanging and a root ball at the end of that.They were able to rearrange their schedule to fit our job in for the next day and we ended up having the 4 foot section of root bound pipe replaced and then some. The workers had to go through our concrete basement floor to get to it the pipe so it was a big job. Lucas was very knowledgeable, courteous and conscious of the mess they made and took extra measures to make sure that everything was cleaned up after a job well done. They recommended replacing the rest of the pipe out to our septic tank as well and Iā€™m glad they did because the part of the pipe running under the foundation wall was visibly cracked and it was only a matter of time before we had problems with that. Although a little pricier itā€™s obvious that it goes toward their knowledgeable crew, maintaining expensive equipment, as well as doing all the hard labor. When I contacted the owner Bob about concerns with the replacement concrete it was addressed the very next day.We plan on having them back soon to replace the rest of the pipe after the holidays and are very confident in their abilities and are reassured that we will be well taken care of.This is our first experience dealing with Advanced Plumbing but I would recommend them šŸ’Æ %.

Im going through a tough time with a family medical crisis right now and when water started leaking under my kitchen sink things got way more stressful.I didnt know how bad it was but my sink was out of order and knew I had to get it figured out ASAP.     We called Advanced Plumbing Systems letting them know our water heater was leaking. They were able to come on the same day, in a few hours, and replace the water heater. They did a great job, cleaned up everything, and were very good to protect our carpets etc as they had to go to the basement to do their work.     I contacted Advanced Plumbing at 10pm by Facebook requesting a quote for a small job. I was quickly replied to that night and was given a quote. The next morning I got a phone call and was squeezed into their schedule at 9:30am. The technician Larry was great. He was professional and personable. Larry was great with the price estimate and made sure it was a fare and best price. The work done was cutting an access panel in a closet to repair the copper pipe for the shower diverter. I will definitely give them my business in the future.

The cost of maintenance and repair can be frustrating, but it feels good when the problem is fixed and they are willing to teach you what to try in the future and explain the problem.     Advanced Plumbing came out to the house yesterday. Their staff was very courteous, professional and a pleasure to talk to. They went above and beyond what I was expecting and I appreciated it very much. They explained everything to me in detail and made sure I understood what they were talking about. They pointed out some potential issues which could arise in the future and if I should experience them, told me what to do in that case. I would definitely recommend these guys for anything plumbing needed. I was a bit surprised by the amount charged, however, that was just the initial shock. After looking at the breakdown of services performed, etc. I completely understand the amount and if you look at the services in a one by one basis, they are actually very reasonable. If I hadnt needed as much done as I did, it wouldnt have been very much at all. Again, would recommend to anyone! Give them a shot and support a local business!

    Advanced Plumbing Systems La Crosse will truly do whatever necessary to help you fix any problem within your house hold. I recently called them very late to ask questions about an issue in my home, and did not receive an answer. Promptly after, however; I received a text message apologizing for the missed call while offering immediate live (in person on the phone-thank you Bob) assistance. Although I rent and Advanced couldnā€™t come to my immediate assistance they gave me as much insight as plausible attempting to make my current situation as well off as possible.     Another enjoyable experience with Travis. He remembered the piping concerns from a previous emergency repair.     UPDATE-Last fall I had a water leak at my home that I could not find. They came out and was very professional. The quote was ok and I had them fix the leak- which was off my outside water line from my well to my home. So digging and replacement. The new line works great.So now the my business has a small leak on the bathroom sink I thought I would call again and have them fix it. I am only a maybe a mile from their office. Their website had a customer help chat so I thought I had set it up with them- Got a call back a few minutes later and they said they put me on hold because the tech was too busy. Then they said they would call back. I did not get a call back. The next day mid morning I call again to them and they had no record of me calling the first day and had to start all over. Ok I did that and again nothing. Not sure what happened in the last couple of month but customer service seems to have been fired. The owner called back and after a discussion found out the online chat is not part of the company. I would suggest calling the company directly- do not deal with the chat group. The service tech did come to my business and the sink is now working. Overall I do like working with this company. They are willing to talk with me and not try to make me fill stupid.

    Jake showed up within a half hr of calling, my drain pipe from my sink n laundry needed to be replaced as it was the only section left with cast iron & rusted thru. He walked me Thru having to brace the cast iron pipe that vent up thru the house to vent outside, removing the heating vent to get that out of the way, cutting and replacing it all! He helped get the water heater (had got soaked and the flame light went out,) up and running again by resetting the switches! He explained to me how whomever installed (7Rivers Mechanical thru Coulee Cap,) had went against codes and didnā€™t use 18ā€ copper pipping, no shut off valves, and to watch for blue ring on the shark cupler as they go bad!I cannot express how helpful, informative, and kind Jake was! The other who came to help was great as well it took almost 4 hrs to remove that whole portion and $700 with two young guys in a small cellar to do it! Thank you!Would definitely recommend them!
