We use Bernie Buchner services for all of our businesses plumbing needs and I have had them perform service at my personal home. From the office staff to the people they send out, everyone is professional and knowledgeable. They are quick in getting out, quick in performing the actual service, and everything is completed beyond expectation. For both our business accounts and my home, pricing and rates have been upfront and agreed upon before any work gets completed and professionalism has remained the same.

Excellent service and workmanship. I have done business with Buchners on 3 separate occasions in the past 18 months. 2 were emergent water issues. Service was dispatched within an hour each time. Bernie Buchner came recommended by my construction company. They were phenomenal! They answered any of my questions and concerns and coordinated with the construction company to hook me up to city water after my well went bad. I was pleased with their estimated bid, which at the completion was less than projected. Mike and Owen did not hesitate to assist with any other plumbing issues in my house while they weee here. They will be on my speed dial for any future plumbing issues! That is for sure!

Great experience all around. Contacted them for replacement of an external faucet handle. Was able to easily schedule (and then reschedule because of my work calendar). They took care of the faucet replacement quickly and perfectly. Great customer service from everyone I dealt with. Absolutely recommend and will definitely use them again for other needs. Thank you!

The Bernie Buchner team is phenomenal. They’ve serviced my house 3 times since I purchased it in November 2021. They know their stuff and do it accurately and fast. I had to have the water hookups for my washer cut off and replaced on 1 visit, on another visit I had the bathtub drain pipe cleaned, repaired, and replaced. They have also came out to quote a bathroom project I’m looking to have done. They are extremely affordable based on other plumbers in the area. I will continue to use them.

Michael to the rescue! I had water backed up through the drain in the basement and the basement was flooded. It was 2:00 A.M. and it appeared the water level was rising. My husband was on a hunting trip and I didnt know what to do. I called the emergency line and was contacted within five minutes by Michael Servais. He was at my residence within 15 minutes. He was professional and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation and quickly had the sewer line unclogged and the drain working properly. I had contacted Neibuhr Plumbing on their emergency line prior to contacting Bernie Buchner Plumbing and five hours later, someone finally got back to me. If you have an emergency, you cant wait five hours. I would highly recommend this business and will use them in the future. I was extremely impressed by this young man.

We had a dishwasher replaced on a Tuesday and late on Friday night discovered water dripping steadily off the pipes in the basement underneath. We had quite a bit of water pooling. Christine was extremely busy but managed to address all the many emergency calls coming in with professionalism as well as a sense of humor, which I appreciated greatly. Nathan called us back within minutes, and after a few questions, determined we could find and shut the dishwasher valve off ourselves, stopping the flow of water. He patiently walked us through on the phone, so we would not need to pay for an emergency visit. He said he was happy to help and to call our regular plumber during regular work hours since there was no longer an emergency without a source of water leaking. Wow! Thank you guys!

Very friendly and helpful. We had problems with a hot water heater that kept blowing its pilot light. Decided to switch to electric. They were very quick to order a new one for us and install that and a new garbage disposal as well. Very friendly staff as well as very helpful and prompt service. Would recommend.
