Great experience! The tech who came out is named Jason and he was a very nice person and very knowledgeable! They installed a ceiling fan on my cathedral ceiling and the price was much more affordable than I thought the job would be. Their customer service is excellent as well- Janel was great! Jason and Kyle upgraded our panel today. Our old panel was a 50 year old mess. Pictures below. My experience working with this company from day 1 has been outstanding. From their office crew to the electricians, just outstanding. They were on time, communicated, everyone was professional, answered questions, cleaned up, you name it, they did it. I knew they were going to do a phenomenal job but they still far exceeded my expectations. For the work performed and equipment installed, price was very reasonable. Absolutely nothing but the highest praise for Quality Electric and Kyle & Paul, the guys who did up our main panel upgrade.From the intial consult Kyle was super professional, showed me all the issues we were facing, provided me with several options and their estimates.We took the house from 100amp service with a faulty main breaker causing most of our electric sockets to barely draw any power up to 200 amp service.As I needed time to gather the funds, Kyle checked in regularly to see how we were doing and if we were ready to have the work done.As soon as we were ready, they made us a priority and got in to do the job the next day.5 hours later the upgrade was done and the house was fully powered. The work looks great and everything was wrapped up and cleaned up nicely!Super happy with Quality! You will be too!

Awesome experience from start to finish!! Don’t waste your time (like I did) calling any other electrician!I needed some lighting repaired in our warehouse at work. I called and spoke to Janel who was absolutely amazing. She had an electrician come the very next day. I received a notification when the electrician was en route with a picture of the electrician . Jason S. showed up on time and was extremely professional. Jason knew exactly what needed to be done to correct our issue and fully explained how he would correct it in detail. Quality electric came to rewire and update my whole house, install fans, put in new plugs and appliance rated outlets. Jason and Kyle overall were very nice people, receptive to changes and additions to the job, they helped me out with everything including planning for where new outlets could be. They cleaned up after themselves and left my basement almost cleaner than it previously was. The price was very reasonable and even with the extra work that needed to be done they charged a good price. They provided me with a quote quickly and told me they had generators in stock. I now have a new generator and they even set me up to monitor it for me daily so if any new problems happen they will notify me and be able to be prepared to fix the issue since they will know about it in advance. Their office staff has always been super friendly and helpful and they can reliably get to us within a decent amount of time. Dale and his team are professional and kind, always taking the time to explain the situation to us. We have found that because they have a licensed electrical inspector on staff, their knowledge of the codes helped save us money by not doing unnecessary things. They have simple solutions to what can seem like a large problem to a homeowner, and thats been appreciated.Over the years theyve done many things at our property and whether its digging a large trench or changing a really high light that needed the big bucket truck, theyve shown up with the proper equipment and got it done. The prices are always reasonable and I feel a great value for the professionalism and expertise. Highly recommended!

Had an emergency with a melted meter box 4 days before Christmas. UGI just planned to shut power off immediately. Contacted Quality Electric and had the most amazing service from first phone call (with Samantha) to job completion. They moved some appointments around and got an electrician out to my house in under an hour. The electrician (Kyle) was amazing and explained everything that needed to be done. The job was completed in several hours and power was restored. They really went out of their way to help me out of a terrible situation! Amazing people and company!!! Highly, highly recommended!
