Recently had two European chandeliers installed by this company and it was a great experience. Communication was always prompt, follow-through was excellent, and they went the extra mile by giving me extra adaptors to enable the use of American light bulbs. Highly recommended. -

Jeremy has come out and done work for us a couple of times. We really appreciate that when we call MercaWood either someone answers the phone or returns our call within 24 hours. Each time theyve scheduled us right away and showed up on time. Jeremy is personable, efficient, does a great job and is good at troubleshooting. Mercawood is also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend them for any electrical work you have. -

I highly recommend Mercawood Electric. Jeremy and his coworker were very professional and knowledgeable. They installed a ceiling fan, a new bathroom fan and two new outlets in my kitchen. Jeremy explained everything before they got started. He went over all the improvements when they were finished and everything was cleaned up and put back!I wouldnt hesitate to hire him again. -

We were referred to Jeremy through our plumber and had not used Mercawood before so it was a last minute request that we didnt know if it could be done in time. Not only did Jeremy call us back but he came in a couple days and in no time took care of a list of electrical issues we needed to be done. Affordable, punctual and thorough. Jeremy has been working on our victorian house since April. We had to completely gut the electrical due to unsafe wiring and the last time it was updated was 1931.Not only did he totally rewire the whole house and upgraded the service to 200 amp, he suggested many great options on how to make switching easier and more convenient when it came time to upgrade.We had a whole house gut job so at times there were up to 20 people in the house. Jeremy was very flexible when it came to scheduling and always would get back to me within a day.When the electrical inspector came to do the final inspection, he didnt point out one single thing that Jeremy had to address or fix.I would easily and comfortably recommend MercaWood to anyone. We were lucky to find Jeremy, our experience with Kingston electricians in general has been awful. -

Sometimes it can be hard to get in touch with contractors, but Jeremy was quick to respond and very knowledgeable about the steps heβd need to take to get it all the work done at my home quickly and efficiently. I thought his pricing was very fair and his work came out clean and flawless, everything looks great! I would recommend him in an instant to anyone looking for a licensed electrician. -

I recently had an outlet blow and flame out causing a potential fire hazard. Jeremy was able to send a tech within 30 mins which was a real life saver since I was without power. Great work, very responsive and reasonably priced. I will be using Mercawood for any/all my electrical needs. -

Mercawood Electric showed up in the middle of an ice storm to evaluate the outdoor situation ( conduit pipes holding power lines pulled away from the house). Called with in an hour with an estimate. Very reasonable price. Came out very next day first thing and fixed the situation. Very polite, professional and kind. Would recommend them all day long. -

We recommend Mercawood Electric highly! Jeremy has helped us with several projects over the last year, discussing each one with us and giving us good recommendations for solutions. He upgraded our electric panel, bringing it up to code and making our home safe. He installed a new thermostat system, installed a generator with a dedicated line, and did a few minor repairs. He is ethical, reasonably priced, and his work is excellent. When there was an issue with a bad breaker on the panel, he returned and took care of it right away. He fit our small jobs in when some electricians wouldnt bother. Great electrician! -
