I was concerned based on reviews I have read prior to using K.E. But it was nothing but positive, I called them up , they explained everything I needed to bring and told me to come on down. I had to drive over an hour, everyone that I interacted with was super friendly. They called saying the equipment was fixed and asked if I wanted a new blade put on my Ryobi mower, I said yes for the agreed cost. The next day I drove down and picked it up. Great experience all around!

Located on a country road with very good signage. Mailed our 2 saws in for repair, about a month wait, picked up and a very friendly person retrieved them. Started up and off we went. I would recommend this repair shop.
