We have used several Kerrville plumbers in the past and none of them live up to the work done for us by Royal Flush Plumbing. We needed a water heater replaced and they showed up the same day and finished in just a couple of hours. The service guys were hard working and very courteous. I will definitely use them again when needed.

DJ and his team came out and installed a new water softener after my previous one quit working. His prices were significantly lower than the other estimates I got and his service was great. He maintained constant communication through the whole process and was super flexible about getting out to my house. He left the work space cleaner than he found it and he did a great job explaining the new features and functions of the new water softener. I cannot recommend him and his team enough. They went above and beyond.

Royal Flushing came to my home right on time and when our new water heater was over flowing. With another plumber that we hired before Royal Flush did not install it properly. DJ and his team came and saved the day. They installed a new water heater that fit properly and took the new water heater back. Overall a great experience. Weve used them multiple times from quick water heater repairs and 3 main water line repairs deep in the ground to complete new construction! I’ve been dealing with my faucet not shutting off properly for several months. I even had another company come out and replace the cartridge but it only lasted 2 weeks. I called DJ and I only had to wait one full day for him and his guy to get here. They fit me in fast and swapped the whole system out for me. It looks and works great! So so so happy not to have to worry about this anymore! Highly recommend this company!! They got the job done fast as well!

I had an exceptionally great transaction with Royal Flush. My original 1970 main supply water line from the meter was leaking badly near my house. Royal Flush responded promptly. He showed up on time and bidded the job within minutes. I shook hands with DJ in my front yard an agreed on the price of $1500 that included the entire line of 45 ft of replacement line from the meter to the house with a new cutoff and a new faucet head. They completed the job witin 3 hours from start to finish on the day they agreed to work, and handled all of the permits, compliance, and Kerrville City inspections, so I didnt have one single worry. I am beyond satisfied and pleased with the work this company did on my property!! Do not hesitate to ask these guys for an honest bid, for quality work. They did what they said they would do and were super nice, professional, and did not leave a mess at all.Kerrville Pumbing Plus did work on my shower last year & left 4ft x 2ft of drywall hole missing after I paid them $900 for a job they didnt complete properly.FYI Another well known plumber that begins with H submitted a bid of $2700 for this same job and wanted me to sign a contract, service agreement, & so on & so on. I was turned off by the small print, I didnt understand & frankly, I didnt appreciate the non personal approch they presented.Its the Royal Flush team for me from now on for my plumbing jobs. His work ethic is out of this world and very efficient. I would recommend royal flush plumbing to anyone. I cant say enough about these guys. We had to replace our entire sewage line. I called Royal Flush after getting slow-walked by two other plumbing companies, and they came out the same day with an estimate. We had an extremely complicated line to replace and these pros knocked it out in one day.
