10/21/2024: This is an addendum to our former five star review for Plumbrite Services which we made 7 months ago. Today Daniel from Plumbrite Services came out to my 90 year old mothers home to repair a water leak on the side of her mobile home. They listened to her concerns and so graciously repaired the water leak in an expeditious manner. This company is top notch as they are both honest and dependable and we will continue to use Plumbrite Services for all my mothers future plumbing needs and repairs. Thanks Daniel and Plumbrite Services!

Plumbrite services has done an excellent job on my home including, adding two new toilets, adding a new water heater, redoing plumbing in my master bathroom, cleaning out and re-plumbing my kitchen sink, and doing some exterior plumbing jobs in the past. I highly recommend using them in the future. Extremely professional and polished people that work for the company and they are very competitive on pricing.

All of a sudden, I was without water inside my home yesterday. That is never a good thing!Checked outside and had water: faucets, sprinklers and drip systems all worked.I asked a neighbor if he had a GOOD plumber he could recommend.I had called a well-known plumbing company when we first moved into our Kerrville home a couple years ago. It was completely unsatisfactory and expensive. Never again!This time I wanted a personal referral from someone I know, like, and trust.My neighbor said he had a great guy; he responds quickly and does excellent work. Thank goodness!He gave me Dees number at Plumbrite Services. Dee answered my call, was here about 2 hours later and got my water back on within a few minutes.My water softener is old, and it failed, sending clogging debris throughout all my lines. Dee cleared all that, got the water flowing and he will be back in a couple of days to install a new water softener.WHAT A BLESSING!I highly recommend this company, and whenever I need future plumbing services of ANY kind, I wont hesitate to call them.Dee was so pleasant, knowledgeable and he answered all of my questions.THANK YOU Dee and Plumbrite Services!

The plumbers at Plumbrite are some of the best weve worked with in a long time. Theyre really helpful and above all, professional. They give suggestions on what might help alleviate problems you have (if you ask), what services are needed and why, and when they correct the issue, you find that all the areas they work in are clean and the issue is indeed repaired well. They had to dig up and replace all the pipe in our backyard and instead of piles of dirt and rock and broken pipe pieces everywhere, they smoothed it out and made it nice and neat! Thank you all! Youre the best!

Dee at Plumbrite went out of his way to help us with a major problem! He genuinely cares about us. He brainstormed with me to come up with the most cost effective fix for a relatively major problem. They scheduled us immediately, made the repairs quickly, and did a great job! I would highly recommend these guys!!
