Richard was great! Fixed a 60 yr old shower making a modification of a cartridge spring because we could not find the exact cartridge! Plumbing experience and ingenuity all at once! Im very pleased with the service and the repair and I found the price reasonable! 5 Star rating goes more toward Richards plumbing ingenuity to fix a 60 yr old hot water shower cartridge!

Courtney, with whom I scheduled this appointment was very personable and communicated with us well. Scott and his helper arrived on time as scheduled. They had the installation completed in a couple of hours and cleaned the work area very well when they were finished. I can’t comment on the value of the water heater yet, particularly since the AO Smith water heater they removed was only 4 1/2 years old. Hopefully this AO Smith will last a little longer. On the bright side we can shower in the house tonight rather than walking out to the barn to shower in the motorhome. Thanks for a job well done.Follow-up: Today we were doing laundry and I noticed the drain pan under the hot water heater was leaking water out the drain pipe. Further check and I found about 1/2” water in the drain pan. Called Courtney with the bad news. She redirected Scott to our house after he finished a job he was on. They arrived within an hour of the call, found the leak and repaired it. For the record, the leak had nothing to do with the installation Scott did yesterday. The leak actually came from cold water inlet pipe that is installed by the factory. So, while our luck with AO Smith isn’t great, Holloway Plumbing has done a superb job of taking care of us.

Had a really nasty grease clog in my place and the original Plumbing not the best. I called my friends at Holloway plumbing and within one day Not only was my clog cleared they completely redid the underneath of my sink as well to ensure the issue wouldnt happen again. This was my second time using Holloway Plumbing. I meant to leave a review the first time, but forgot as I was just moving into my new home. I was very impressed with the first team that was sent, they were fast, thorough and very reasonably priced! This second time I thought I needed to have my kitchen faucet replaced. The technicians arrived, I told them the problem and one quickly got under the sink and within less than a minute had it fixed. I saved the cost of the new faucet and was only charged the $39 fee. This company is professional, extremely competent, and more concerned with a happy customer than making money on unnecessary repairs. They are ethical, on time and I highly recommend them!

Exceptional service!!! by Aaron and Richard, both very professional, kind. They were on time, had the supplies needed, knew what they were doing, and gave me a few options for solutions. I have an 11 year old water heater that they got working so much better than what i expected from a new one. They improved the accessibility of pipes, so that i could easily change out my own filters and gave me suggestions on how to maintain pipes and equipment. Holloway proved above and beyond what i was expecting from a plumbing company. I am in a remote area, so it makes sense that the company charged a service fee to come out. I will be using them for all plumbing needs.

Garrett Knox and his apprentice Jamie came out to our property on 8/5/20 for a leak detection and found it immediately. They even cleaned out our meter box from all the mud build up. They were both so awesome, professional, and answered all of our questions. The next day 8/6/20 Garrett and apprentice Edgar repaired our leak a extremely well and completely cleaned up their work area. My wife and I are now at ease and all our stress has been relieved knowing the incredible repair they did and that we now have running water thanks to them. Definitely recommend them. Even the answering service was so polite and very responsive. We will be using them for any future problems. Thank you so much team Holloway. Your services are greatly appreciated.

As the heater was old, we thought a new water heater installation would be the best course of action. She had two very nice men out that day a few hours after we talked. They were able to confirm warranty coverage for the parts and give me an estimate of the total repair cost. Edgar and Noah installed a new Kitchen Aid dishwasher for us.It took quite awhile to get it in, but this was no fault of theirs. The unit came with the wrong instruction manual, one of the hose clamps would not keep the water hose in place, and it had a lot of insulation to deal with also. They both remained calm and professional, worked together to figure out the issues, and then corrected them. Edgar opted to put a different clamp on the hose which worked great. They left the kitchen clean and all in place.Holloway has installed a sink, hot water heater, a water treatment unit and now a dishwasher. Edit/Update: After posting my review below, I was contacted by Damon at Holloway and they worked very hard at addressing my concerns. I was very impressed at the level of concern they showed and the effort they made to make it right...even after 4 years! Apparently I should have gone to Damon when I first had issues that werent being addressed and the individuals that performed the work 4 years ago, Ive been told, no longer work there. The level of professionalism shown to me now has quelled my previous unhappiness and I believe the highly rated google reviews Holloway has are well earned. Thank you Holloway.First let me start by saying that this review is 4 years late. Four years ago we had Holloway reroute the plumbing for our washing machine because the old pipes in our home were allowing water to back up and was overflowing into our laundry room. Their solution was simple enough...punch a hole in the back of our house and reroute the plumbing through the backyard to the sewer line. It was a $3,000 solution but if it solved the problem it was worth it.My first dissatisfaction was the size of the hole left in the back of my brick house. The pipe is 2.5 but the hole is 4 x 3. They sealed it up with an enormous amount of caulking...so much so that it fell under is own weight in all of that open space before it could dry and they had to come back out and put even more caulk in the hole to try to get it sealed up. All in all, hideous looking. But problem solved and I try to stay positive.Flash forward 4 years and we are having water back up into our laundry room again and cant figure out why or from where. Call out a different plumber and the diagnosis was that the old pipe in the wall that they cut out never got capped off so when we had a sink that was draining slowly, it was backing up into our laundry room and pouring out the open pipe they left in the wall. It also explains why my wife was always complaining about how our laundry room stunk...sewer gas free flowing inside the wall.Holloway has a pretty good reputation around town but my experience with them was (and 4 years later still is) abysmal.

Had occasion to use Holloway Plumbing twice in the last few months. The first time was to replace our kitchen faucet. The second time they installed single handle bathroom faucets in 2 bathrooms plus I had them replace 3 shut off valves in one of the bathrooms. They were in and out in less than an hour and the job they did was excellent. The price was quoted prior to the work starting so there would be no surprises. Very well run professional plumbing company. Would use again and no problem recommending them to others.

I found the water shutoff valve on my old refrigerator to be impossible to turn. Hard water had frozen it open. Since I wanted to replace the refrigerator I thought it best to replace the shutoff. That turned into a bigger job than I had hoped, but your tech got it done in short order using the newer 1/4 turn valve. All this was done the day I first called Holloway. There were workarounds, but this was the correct way to solve the problem. Thanks for the quick response and well done work.

Colt Cash came out to repair a leak right after I purchased my house and not only did he fix the main leak but took care of several other small repairs that I mentioned. He was amazing and since this was an insurance repair, i wasnt expecting much or for them to come out the same day! I had a water heater problem. My house is new construction(4yrs old) I had no idea that the water heater was still under warranty,Holloway told me it was under warranty and they could get me a new one at no cost. Today James Ozuma of Holloway Plumbing promptly came as I had requested .I am from Austin and here for the weekend,and the place I stayed had water pressure problem. I thought I could fix it ; instead spent all my time trying to. I could not leave without turning water back on and that is were James comes in and fixes all problems and a few other problems that were in the making. Super nice guy , and I was in a real jam . Of note he explained all charges involved and as I mentioned checked on any preventive measures needed . Holloway is a solid company with people like James.

I was very pleased for several reasons. The service fee was waived because I had a coupon on the back of my HEB receipt which I didnt even have to show. Two plumbers came on the same day that I called at the time they said they would. They were able to fix the faucet which another plumber had installed incorrectly. The plumbers wore disposable booties which kept me from having to clean up after them. The plumbers were friendly and showed me how to replace/clean the flapper in the toilet myself. Finally, the two repairs they made cost $67 which I thought was pretty reasonable. Ill call Holloway again and recommend it to my friends.

My water heater is in the attic and there are no stairs to get to it. I had to have the old one removed because it looked like it was going to explode and have a new one done. I needed it done immediately or there would have been damage to the rooms below it. I called Holloway and they sent Anthony and Dale to my house. These guys called first to verify what type of heater to bring out and what I wanted done. They even brought 2 options on the truck. Both Anthony and Dale were professional and extremely helpful. Had a Saturday late-night problem with a clogged toilet backing up into the shower. I know - Eww! Anyway, I called Holloway because their ad said 24 Hour Service. It took them awhile to arrive, but no worries after that. Jose and Joshua were both very polite, friendly, courteous & professional. I apologized for having to call them out so late on a Saturday night and they smiled & said it wasnt a problem & that they were glad to be of service. Wow!They wasted no time & worked well together. They first had to dig around outside for awhile to find my clean-out valve. Then later Joshua even crawled under the house to re-attach a sagging sewer pipe which had come loose. He said this likely contributed to the problem, but in my mind that went above & beyond the call of duty.I think these guys really like their job because I never heard a complaint or a grumble. Although the final price was a little steep, Im sure the late hour was a factor. (Then again, Ive never had a cheap plumber...) With the price aside, I still consider this a 5-star experience. Peace of mind knowing it was done right means a lot! We will definitely use Holloway again and will suggest to our friends. You cant go wrong with this company.

They were friendly, competent, and thorough in clearing our slow drains. One glitch is that their tablet would not accept my well-funded Visa debit card. They had no scanner, so had to enter the data manually; we triple-checked the name, number, etc., but it failed three times; so I wrote a check. Their invoice arrived promptly in my email. The bank has made no mention of the attempted debit card transactions.

We had a break in our water line in the foundation and had visions of jackhammers and bathroom destruction. James and Cody assured us that wouldnt happen. They were here the whole day to complete the repair and only made one small hole in the sheetrock in a hall closet. They took the time to isolate the problem and resolve it with almost no damage. We couldnt be more pleased!
