Kerrville Plumbing worked promptly and courteously with me on inspecting my plumbing and flushing my hot water heater. Trey B was friendly and competent. He explained how the hot water unit needed a new valve, quoted me a price, and changed out the part. The bottom had accumulated a lot of calcium which made the drain run slowly. He acquired a pump from another site and returned to quickly finish the job. I was pleased with the punctuality, friendliness, competence, and complete service that I received.Glenn B. (Kerrville)

This is my second experience with Kerrville Plumbing Plus, and just like the first job (water heater replacement), this one (installing electric vehicle charging circuits in the garage), was flawless as well.When I called for an estimate, Alan came out right away to look the job over. He got back with an estimate two days later, and fitted us in the day after we accepted the estimate.Alan, the master electrician, and his apprentices, Jason and Logan, were professional in every aspect, and after a difficult installation which required working in a cramped crawl space which required crawling on hands and knees in dirt 70 feet for access, and then working in a two-foot high space filled with insulation, they remained smiling and friendly during the entire installation.Kerrville Plumbing Plus is my go-to plumbing and electrical service company. I couldnt ask for more affordable and professional service.

I lost water to my home after a big storm blew through my area. Even though it was very late, and even though they had to travel a long distance, Robert and his assistant came out on an emergency call to help me out. It turned out to be a complicated problem to fix, which required a lot of knowledge and expertise to repair correctly. Thankfully Robert and his assistant were were both very kind and patient, along with being very knowledgeable and professional. They stuck with the job until they were able to correct the problems with both my well and broken pipe, and get my water back on … and actually left everything in much better condition than it was before the storm! I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my experience with Robert and his associate, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for highly skilled and personable plumbers.

I had a semi urgent plumbing problem so I contacted Angela who scheduled me for an ASAP appointment for repairs. She called me again early the next morning and was able to work me in for an appointment that day to fix the problem. Robert arrived on time and was able to efficiently make the repairs. The whole process went very well and was very professional. Robert kept me up-to-date throughout the process on what was needed. I really appreciate their assistance and will continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

**Updated** I had a great conversation with the owner of this company and got a thorough explanation as to the cost. With that knowledge, I felt it was important that I update this review. The fact that the owner himself took the time to call and explain things made me feel valued. I would definitely recommend this company to others.I tried using Mosty Plumbing but only got a voicemail when I called. I left a message and waited over 24 hrs for a reply that never came. I finally called Kerrville Plumbing Co. They answered and had a plumber at my house within an hour. That was awesome. The guys that arrived were very courteous and completed the job in about 20 minutes. Everything was great until it came time to pay. I was charged $148 to replace a fill valve. The service fee was $59, thats fine and understandable, but $88 for a fill valve? I wished I knew how to do these things myself because I have found several fill valves for under $30.

I discovered my water heater was leaking about 10:00 am on a Thursday. I wasn’t sure who to call, but based on the good reviews I saw on Kerrville Plumbing, I called them. The lady I spoke with was very professional and polite and told me a tech would be in touch shortly. Within the hour one of their technicians was at my door. By 1:30 they had the water heater (that was in the attic) replaced. I am very satisfied with Kerrville Plumbing. If you ever build a house DO NOT let the builder put the water heater in the attic! Job well done guys!

What a great service/repair experience. From the initial call to Courtnie in the office who was friendly and willing to help to the quick response and arrival from Daniel and Charles who were professional, courteous, and skilled. They diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me options for the repair, promptly performed the repair and were open and transparent about the costs and billing. The repair was about half of what I had been told it would be from another source. I appreciated that we could report a problem 24 hours a day, as our A/C wasnt cooling properly on Thursday night and we needed someone to come out Friday if possible before an anticipated hot weekend. Alan and Conner arrived the next morning, diagnosed the problem, and worked on it most of the day Friday so we could be cool enough over the weekend, while waiting on a part from the Lennox dealer in San Antonio. Alan is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything. He picked up the new coil and they returned Tuesday to complete the installation. Meanwhile, the work they did Friday allowed us to stay cool, which was much appreciated. The guys were professional and knew what they were doing. We recently moved to Kerrville and encountered major plumbing problems with our new home. We dealt with two local companies before we found Kerrville Plumbing, an outstanding company. Its a small family owned business, a father and his two sons, so you know who will be dealing with, as opposed to getting whatever technician that may be available. They were reasonable, very professional and, most importantly, knew what they are doing. They didnt just fix the problem, but went to great lengths to minimize the collateral damage from repairing the leaks, which I didnt expect and ended being a lot more work for them. Needless to say, I highly recommend them for any plumbing problems.

Not only did they quote us the best price of all the estimates we received, they did an outstanding job. We got 4 estimates total, and it seemed like, that all the other companies were trying to take advantage of us, because of the situation we had.They brought in throw blankets and covered all the carpets and other flooring where they were working. The work was done in less time then estimated, even though they ran into a small problem that was not foreseeable (lines in walls). after completion of the job, they clean all areas where they worked at, and I have to say it was spotless.( I couldve not done a better job).I highly recommend their service.Hopefully, I dont have any more pluming problems, but if I do, there is only one company I would call.

Allan and Dario just finished a big repair job and installation of a hybrid water heater today. Had a water leak under my house that needed immediate attention. They were very prompt and knowlegable. When you are worried about your home expenses these days its best to call professionals. Imagine how frustrating it can be when you make a costly mistake. I could not afford it. No time for DIYs folks. You can trust these guys.

Four stars for the employees and two to three for the cost. They replaced 40 to 60 feet of PVC drain pipe and charged $2127. The pipe and fittings could not have been more than $200, so $1900 for labor? The guys came out late one day and spent maybe one to two hours checking the existing plumbing and then returned the next day and completed the job in about two and one half hours. So, 2 guys for five hours max at $1900 is a high. I agreed to the quoted price thinking the job would take longer, but it didnt and was told once you agree to the price thats it regardless of how long it ends up taking. Good for people whose job runs into problems, not good if it turns out to be a fairly quick fix. I like the company, they are quick and personable but I will get a second estimate next time.

Alan R. and Connor M. installed a Rheem 1/2 ton Air Conditioner and Heating System in my home and I couldnt be more pleased. Alan did the assessment as to the size my home required and thoroughly explained everything about it. They came to work at the designated time, the office notified me the time they would arrive and they were spot on time. They were friendly, polite and very open and congenial with me and each other. It was a very difficult job as the access to the attic was small and the units were large. They were extremely careful not to damage the hardwood floors or the walls in the small hallway where the access was. They were very professional, working hard and long to achieve the time limit they gave themselves. They are a very good team and get along well together.
