    I have to amend an earlier review of TCP&M.I gave them a one star out of five. Not just because they couldnt fix the slow drain in my shower but because they still charged me their full hourly rate.They just sent me a check for the entire amount with an apology. To me that speaks to their integrity and I appreciate it very much.I see that they do have many gleaming reviews. I would say, give them a chance, its obvious they care about their reputation and the satisfaction of their customers.Kudos to the entire team.Randy Valimont- Kennewick

    We had a pipe burst that had flooded our crawl space, bedroom, laundry room and hallway. This family owned business answered right away and came over immediately to fix the pipe. Highly recommend.

    I recently had a water heater leak and Jason came out the next day and fixed it very quickly. So quick in fact, that I was able to ask him to check out a faulty garbage disposal as well - which he also fixed on the spot! He was a great, personable guy; honest and up front. He had no interest in overcharging me for the services he performed and I would trust him with any other needs in the future!

    I am a person who rarely writes a review for anything. But I must say how impressed I was with Jason. He was awesome to work with! I had my downstairs flooded and called Tri-City Plumbing. Jason picked up immediately and spent 20-30 minutes on the phone being calm and patient with me when most would be too busy. He tried to have me troubleshoot some ideas to fix my problem, just so I could save some money. He is down to earth, honest, and reliable. I HIGHLY recommend going through Tri-Plumbing and Mechanical for any of your plumbing needs.

    Jason was the only plumber in town that would come out next day (on a Friday) to repair my bosss disposal. Cody came and thought it was a simple clog, until it unplugged and started leaking. He had the replacement on the truck and made the repair in a very timely and professional manner. I will call for my own repairs next time I need a plumber! Thank you so much!

    Jason replaced a faulty garbage disposal, which has functioned properly since the install. That was just routine, quality work!The above and beyond was when Jason explained that the electrical outlet was a hazard. He then recommended an electrician. The electrician, like Jason, went above and beyond. He not only fixed the disposal outlet issue, but then gave me a bid on my faulty electrical panel. Which he later replaced, and without charge added an outdoor outlet on my patio. I highly recommend Desert Star Electric!But, back to Jason. Long story short, I was LIED to by Mr. Rooter. I was told that 2 feet of my sewer line was missing, collapsed, gone. Justin Willis, an excavator from Mr. Rooter, immediately showed up with a bid of $6500-$7500. Second opinion, the line is all there but there is a bulge that may become a problem...bid of $12,500. Not feeling confident with either companys bid/explanation, I called Jason who came out and camera-ed the line. There was no issue that needed repaired! Jason even took the time, in 105 degree weather, to have me view the entire line, so that I felt confident with his assessment. The line is intact and the bulge is a minor one inch non-issue. If you are looking for honesty and quality work Jason is your guy!!

    This is the second time I have had exceptional plumbing service from this company. Cody was personable and professional. Jason is honest and very knowledgeable. They are reliable and reasonably priced. I will call them again.

    Just bought a house and the hot water in the shower refused to work though there was hot water in the sinks. Called Tri-City Plumbing and they were able to get to me within just a few days. Cody came out earlier than scheduled and was quick to tear apart the shower faucet. Unfortunately, the part was extremely stuck and he called for reinforcements. Jason showed up and within a few minutes had the mixing valve out, cleared and reinstalled in about 15 minutes. Thank you guys! Will recommend them anytime!

    If you are looking for a reliable, skilled plumber with integrity AND reasonable pricing you need to call Jason at Tri-City plumbing. He came out promptly, unclogged our drain, fixed a leak under the sink and I was shocked at how reasonable his pricing is. Not only is he a genuinely nice guy but he does an excellent job and truly cares about his customers. He took the time to give me some advice on a few other matters and he is honest and really knows his business. He is now our official family plumber. If I could award more stars I would.

    They came at the set appointment time which was nice and fixed a fitting atop the water heater that was leaking but come to find out the waterheater it self had a leak as well and was slowly geting worse.Thier quote for a new waterheater was the same as other companies I called. He swapped out the old for the new waterheater pretty quickly and they didnt charge me for the fitting he first fixed just the water heater replacment which was awesome. I would definitely call them again if an issue like this were to happen again. The guy was professional and had a good attitude.

    Jason came the same day and fixed our clogged kitchen sink line. Reminded us how to do better prevention so he didnt have to come back. Both he and his assistant were cool and easy to talk to. Stayed after to give some free consult time about a prospective remodel. Fair prices, will use again
