    Damian was amazing. Came in and fixed a plumbing issue we called about the day prior. He was fast and offered a friendly smile! Damian is always great and explains what he did. I wouldnt go anywhere else!Service provided: we had a toilet that needed new bolts put in the floor so we could securely fit the toilet.

    #1 plumbers in my book. Tyler and Scott came in did all the work we agreed upon in the estimate and exceeded expectations. Complete re-plumb of entire house, removed all piping and replaced with Pex A. done in a day. Answered all my questions, in person and in call. This job all took place during Middle of house renovation. They even said they will come back to finish the job due to cabinets being in the way. Estimate blew competition out of the water price wise. Would recommend to anyone.

    This is the second time I have engaged 1-Tom-Plumber. The first experience was with our extensive bathroom remodel. We could not have been more pleased with the professional services provided by with them. Conscientious, prompt, and reasonably priced. We are extremely pleased with the work performed! The second instance yesterday was to replace my leaking hot water heater. We had an identical experience. Gary and crew arrived on time, adjusted the work plan to accommodate unforeseen problems, hauled the old tank away, installed the new commercial tank, and cleaned up the construction debris. As a former owner of 8 restaurants over 20+ years, I have had extensive experience with various plumbing companies. My only regret is not having had 1-Tom-Plumber in existence at that time. If you want the best, dont settle for the rest.

    This company is amazing. They are always busy and for good reason, they do excellent work.I called on two separate occasions and they were booked but they heard my needs and they made time to work on my drain.They show up on time, the technician is professional and they listen. The other guys think they know what the problem is, 1-TomPlumber staff will do as you request. Great customer service and quality work, these guys are going to be around for a LONG time.

    Quick scheduling, a reasonable quote, and quality work that matched the quote.When we found out we had a leak in the wall, I contacted our regular company that has done drain work for us before. They never even answered the phone. So, I tried 1-Tom plumber and they answered and got things taken care of quickly.

    Amazing service! They took my call immediately and scheduled a consultation the next day. The repairman listened to what I wanted and got the materials and completed the work the same day!     I called for an appointment and they got me in the next morning. I had a patch that needed to be done in my crawl space under my home. Gary my technician had no problem he went right in even thoigh it was a tight space. He got me an accurate estimate for the repair. I really appreciate Gary and the owner who had to come out to lend a hand. These guys are great we will definitely be using them again for any future work.

    We had a positive experience from starting with the initial phone call, to the finished work. Each employee we interacted with was professional and personable. We were given several options on how to proceed with the repair and clear estimates for each option. Cant say enough about the excellent customer service and craftsmanship.

    1 Tom Plumber was the only 24/7 plumbing company to call back when my mother was having problems with backed up toilets on a Saturday.     I turned on my outside faucet for the first time this summer. And I couldnt figure out why I had no pressure until I looked down at my siding and saw water coming out the bottom. Tyler and Scott came that afternoon and had it fixed in a jiffy. Even checked my house for possible flooding. I can see why Tyler is being promoted. He explained everything and was very thorough. Also, have to give a shout at to their dispatcher. All around I had great service.

    I called Tyler and he let me know he was in Wenatchee now. He called tri city office and they called me. We had a very clogged sink and had worked on it the night before and that morning! I lost my nerve, have done this before but it had been along time ago. Old man syndrome. Damien showed up told us what he thought,(it was what I told my wife the night before) he told us what we could do and we went with the easiest. Fixed! He told us what we would want to do in the future (snake). We don’t know when the last time that happened. House is 20 years old we have been in it for 3. We had one Tom do our plumbing for our bidet awhile back they did an excellent job on that too. We are happy with one Tom plumbing. Five Star! Damien got some blowback but took it in stride! (From the sink). Yuck!

    Even though our plumbing issues were not an emergency at all they were able to give me a next day appointment. Cody came out earlier this week for a slow filling toilet and leaky sink. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful. After breaking down what was happening and how to fix each issue, then giving an estimate for each repair, he worked with us to complete the repairs that made the most sense for our situation. We really appreciated his clear and honest input and that he did a fast and effective repair.     When I called for help with a drain problem, I was promised an e-mail confirming an appointment is a short time. It came and confirmed an appointment that very afternoon. The plumber arrived and surveyed the issue. He gave me an estimate that I approved and he set to work immediately. He got his equipment and lights set up, then stared clearing the blockage, which took more time that either of us anticipated. He cleaned up and put his tools in his van. I gave him a check and just before 7:00 PM he departed. I have had no more problems with the drains and I learned that the galvanized pipe on the drain seemed smooth on the interior and was still capable of serving my needs. He promised to send an invoice and pictures of what he had removed from the drain. Have not received those via email yet, but it was only last evening that he finished the work. I am happy with both the technician and the company. I will likely call them in the future for a remodel that I am planning in the future.

    2 weekends ago, there was snow and ice covering the roadways and we needed a plumber desperately in the late hours on Friday. I tried calling the “big” name emergency numbers and either there was no answer or the recording said that due to the road conditions they were NOT sending any techs out. My sister saw 1-Tom-Plumbing online and sent me the link. The facebook page I read said they covered Pasco. I am in West Richland so honestly I thought they would tell me they could/would not help me. I did get through and was told that they would send Jim out to help. I was told he would come but he lives in Kennewick and it would take 45 mins. or more. When he arrived, he immediately tried to find the source and how to rectify it. Long story, the city got involved. After a sleepless night, I called 1-Tom in the morning and scheduled repairs. There are no words to say THANK YOU to Scott and Jim for trying to help solve the problem quickly . I will call them again and again for any plumbing needs to show them my gratitude to their response on a very bitter cold and dangerous traveling night.
