This is the second time weve used Columbia Basin Plumbing and both times weve had excellent service. The first was to install new faucets throughout the house, a garbage disposal, and the second time was to install a new hot water tank. The price has always been reasonable. The guys that do the work have always been extremely professional. They have my business for life.

We cannot say enough good things about Columbia Basin Plumbing. We have used them three times. The first time we used them we found a major leak under our house that was leaking into the crawlspace. This was found at noon on Friday and required us to shut off the main water supply. We called other plumbing services before calling Columbia, none of which could come out until the following week, resulting in no water for the house for several days. Columbia offered to get us in after hours that same day and informed us there would be an after hour fee which we happily agreed to considering the circumstances. Then, before hanging up, the office said they could move THEIR schedule around to get a plumber to our house during regular hours, eliminating the after hour fee. Tyler showed up and fixed the problem promptly. We have had them also install a new water heater and do the plumbing for a new kitchen sink. We highly recommend Columbia Basin Plumbing. They are very customer oriented, professional, and reasonable with their plumbing fees. Thank you!

Great people and a great company! Columbia Basin Plumbing did a great job when our main sewage line collapsed. I cant believe how quick we were up and running again. The integrity, quality of services and fair price is incredible! I highly recommend!

I gave them 5 stars even though there was a time hang up which is understandable. The gentlemen that came out was very professional and polite. He answered any questions I had and explained what needed to be done. They do charge one hour labor minimum which is typical but they would have been done in 20 mins... So the time hang up was the service man ran out of access panels and was gone for almost an hour running around town locating one to buy. This wasnt that big of a deal with me since I had no plans, but should be addressed in the review as it could be an issue if someone was on a time restraint. Their pricing I believe is fair they where less than half the amount Mr. Rooter wanted to charge. Overall, great experience.

I cant begin to say how impressed I am with Columbia Basin Plumbing! From the first second on the phone with Megan, all the way through finishing the job, they were courteous, knowledgeable, professional, reasonable, and do great work.They handled an entire replumb for us on an older manufactured home in a timely manner at a fair price. We are 100% satisfied and will use them in the future!

Excellent and fast service. They were at the house within an hour of calling to replace an expansion tank that had gone bad and flooded our garage. I would definitely recommend this company. The techs name was Russ. He worked quickly and was very courteous.

My husband and I were in the middle of moving and had our shower head break off in the wall and we just didnt have time to fix it our selves... Everyone else my husband called couldnt be to our old house to do the repairs for a few days and we just couldnt wait that long... We called Columbia Basin Plumbing and they were able to be out to the house within a few hours and had it fixed in less then an hour... Very friendly and professional!! And his rates were very reasonable!! They will be our first and only call of we ever need someone again!!

Spoke to Donna and she was super attentive to my situation and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Next day Jeremiah arrived on time and went right to work figuring out the toilet drain back problem. He was excellent and worked fast and was extremely knowledgeable about what was being done. I highly recommend Columbia basin plumbing. Had an emergency after a pipe burst after a cold night. They were able to schedule me same day and fixed the issue with ease. Competitive prices had me charged hundreds less than I was expecting so I am especially grateful for that. Tyler was my laborer, good dude very good customer service explained and broke everything down easily for me to understand. I can not give Columbia Basin Plumbing a good enough review! We had our newest grandson coming to visit our home for the first time and our water heater went out the night before. Both my wife and I were in a panic! We called Columbia Basin Plumbing and were connected to Jason. He assured us he would have everything taken care of for us first thing in the morning.Jason came out to our house at 8:00 the next morning, (a Sunday on top of all of this,) diagnosed, changed out, cleaned up, and left in under two hours!Not only was the customer service fantastic, the price was less than half what we expected. I wholeheartedly recommend Jason and his whole team at Columbia Basin Plumbing for whatever plumbing needs you have! We are very thankful to see there are still those contractors out there willing to sacrifice their personal time to make sure their customers needs are taken care of.
