There is a reason this company has so many 5 star reviews! I just had Joaquin and Thomas out here to replace the fan on my 20 ceiling and they were so quick, efficient, courteous... You name it! Ive been holding on to this fan since March 2021 and held off because every other quote I received was at least $200 more! The process was so easy... Scheduling and getting the quote and they were ready to install immediately. I received a text with Joaquins picture and personal information so I knew who was coming to the house. I cannot recommend this company enough!! Before and after photos included (larger, 6 blade fan is the new one).I should note that I rarely take time to do reviews but I had to for such an amazing customer experience.

Nick provided awesome plumbing service. He took time to explain what we needed and what he was doing each step of the way. He even arrived early, (he called first to confirm that was ok) so that was a really nice bonus. He went above the call of duty by helping us source a design item to match our black sink (instead of using a silver disposal flange). I would highly recommend TE electric, plumbing and heating. We used them (Joquain) for electrical work. Its worth the peace of mind to have quality work.

I cant say enough great things about Chris P. & Chad! After weeks of frustration with other plumbers who couldnt figure out our plumbing issue, Chris and Chad came to the rescue. They were incredibly thorough in diagnosing the problem, taking their time to get to the root cause rather than jumping to conclusions like others had.Not only did they solve the issue, but they also installed a new hybrid water tank and filtration system that is an absolute work of art. It’s rare to say that plumbing equipment looks beautiful, but they really made it happen!What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and dedication to quality. They didn’t rush the job at all, ensuring everything was done perfectly. Our disposal seized up on Christmas eve. I was able to easily schedule plumbing appointment online for first availability for repair day after Christmas. The team that showed up was very professional and courteous. They explained options and I decided to go ahead and replace but there was no pressure to do so over attempting repair (not guaranteed it would stay fixed as the unit was aged and rusted).TE Certified system of record keeps you informed through text messaging of appointment status and technician info. Very well run operation, would highly recommend.

The main breaker circuit on my breaker box went out today, one day before Christmas Eve. I was in complete panic mode because I have family and friends arriving for Christmas and New Year’s!The process to book was super simple. They were even able to send an electrician earlier than the quoted time frame.Mason was super helpful, kind and cool. He explained all the scenarios of what could be found when he tested the systems and ball park figures. He quickly got my power restored. He gave me estimates for non-immediate, but important fixes, along with an explanation of importance.I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

Our AC stopped working overnight and I was scheduled for surgery the next day. I didnt have the time to mess around with getting the repairs done as I didnt want to be recuperating in a very hot house. Communication from TE Certified was very thorough. The technician, Elliot, quickly arrived, evaluated and repaired our system. He was very pleasant and efficient. Its working beautifully. I have no idea if the cost was appropriate, but we really appreciate the quick fix and the professionalism. Well definitely consider TE Certified when it is time to replace our aging system.

These guys came to fix our electrical box (totally rewired) after an electrical fire. Took only three days to get all power back on. They also installed fire detectors all through the house. We have 4 pit bulls and an indoor cat. They were kind to our dogs and weren’t scared to get to know them so the dogs could relax. They also were very careful to not let our indoor kitty out. They also were very considerate to put booties over their shoes each and every time they went in or out (so often!). Thank you for your amazing customer care!

I had multiple items (a clogged clean out pipe and a couple of faucet issues) that I wanted checked out, and Jay, Pedro and Max all were incredible! All extremely nice and helpful, and I learned quite a bit today from them in the process! A good experience all around with their visits!UPDATE: After Adam used his camera to discover roots in the sewer line, Mike and his crew replaced the old line. The crew was great in explaining the process and what the project would entail. Not a project anyone wants to do, but TE Certified made it as smooth as possible, and that was much appreciated!

Wish there were more than 5 stars!I had major issues with my 35 yo panel that would have resulted in a catastrophic event, fire! Noticed flickering lights, appliances going off and on, called TE at 7:10 am and a real person answered! Wayne arrived a couple hours later, after inspection, he showed me the problem, he was very professional but I could tell his concern, not to push a sale but concern for my safety. Entire electrical panel had to be replaced. Price was very reasonable( when fire is imminent I moved forward), what should have been a 2 day job, he went above and beyond to complete the same day! Walked me through entire process, very friendly, knowledgeable, just overall excellent! Highly recommend TE Elecrical and Wayne!

Kurt, and his assistance Navy, did a great job of addressed our repair. Initially, I received a call from Kurt communicating his involvement in the project and to give me the ETA of their arrival. Upon arrival Kurt introduced them both and asked for my estimation of the issue we were experiencing. After testing they found the issue and addressed it. Throughout the entire visit Kurt did an excellent job of communicating the obstacles we could encounter due to the nature and location of the issue and provided cost estimates and asked for approval to proceed.Both Kurt and Navy were very polite, forthcoming, and professional. Another great experience with TE. They have handled our electrical, plumbing and HVAC since our move to ATL several years ago. They are very professional from the scheduling to the service persons who show up. They usually get to my projects within a day or two it seems. They communicate when the technician is the way and that helps. They show up when promised and when they complete a project they clean it up very well. This particular visit was for electrical work. Kevin was able to do part of the work but advised me for operational and safety reasons that one of the projects I wanted to him to do was not within code (I had no idea). I appreciated that. Some companies might have just done the job for the money and then I’d be left with a problem down the road. I recommend TE to all my friends.

Very ProfessionalWe were having issues with our parking lot light timers at work, so I called TE Certified to schedule an appointment for an electrician to come out and look at them. The person that helped with scheduling was very friendly and helpful, and the electrician that came out was also great. We ended up needing new timers bc our old ones were shot, but he was able to install new digital timers the same day! They were installed, programmed, and wired into our electrical panel in no time!

Had two jobs. First was to replace my entire panel to bring it up to code and take care of a rust issues inside the original one while adding a surge protector. Additionally I needed new wiring in the kitchen of several outlets, a light, 240 volt for a new double oven and fix up a crippled 240 to a 110 outlet someone did years ago. Jeremy came out from TE and did a complete inspection, listened to all my items and then wrote up a very detailed quote with a fair price. The quote was perhaps one of the best I have ever received as it listed every part to be used, action to be done and it included notes explaining why some things had to be used or if it was because it was a code requirement. After accepting the quote TE and Jeremy knew I had a very tight schedule for our renovations so they adjusted some schedules to be able to come out just a few days later for 2 days of work. Jeremy came out with a partner Steven. Each day they were prompt, they carried themselves very professionally and they accommodated other contractors I had. They took the time out to answer questions I had as well as make any adjustments needed. In fact with no issues they moved the 240 double oven box after it had been installed when I found I had miscalculated the cabinet placements. Once done with the work they cleaned everything up and we reviewed everything was done exactly as specified. Because Cobb EMC could not come to later after they had to leave they immediately setup a follow up appointment to finish labelling my panel. TE Certified was perhaps one of the best service companies I have ever dealt with and they will be the first for me to call in the future. I cannot say enough good things about Jeremy and Steven as they made this process so easy.

This company is incredible. I highly recommend them. Their service, expertise, and price were top-notch. I just moved back into the Atlanta area. I bought a home built in 1987 from the original owners. There were a lot of projects over the years where corners were cut. Clay and his team showed up to inspect my new home, because I saw so many things that were wrong. They found those issues and more. Everything from updating wiring, improving the grounding of my electrical circuits, changing out outlets and switches, hanging new lights and ceiling fans, they expertly and efficiently got the house the way we wanted it. I *HIGHLY* recommend TE Certified Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC! I recently had extensive plumbing services at my home performed by Chris Weiand and his crew. We all know plumbing work is typically both very expensive and tricky because one issue can lead to another, and then to another. Definitely was the case with my water supply line problem that required excavating concrete slab sections of my driveway and garage to replace. Chris and his team had all the array of power tools and parts on their trucks to do the job as the obstacles arose. Their wide knowledge was evident as they made plans to handle issues in real time as they arose. Chris took the time to not only explain to me what was happening step by step, but also show me so that it really made sense. Moreover, Chris kept costs to me in mind as he came up with solutions. He and his crew worked all day and late into the evening to ensure my wife and I were left in a good temporary position with hot and cold water (it was a two-day job). I felt well-taken care of, both in terms of the quality of work and approaching it to keep costs as efficient as possible. They were particularly conscientious of cleaning up behind themselves as they went along (plumbing is messy work!) and were very respectful of my property, taking care to protect items in the work area. They did a great job of providing an easy to follow, itemized quote with pictures of specific parts on their tablet prior to starting the job, and stuck to that price! Overall, for a complex undertaking Chris and TE made it as pleasant and painless as it could be and completed the work as quickly, neatly, and a high degree of professionalism and workmanship as possible. My garage plumbing looks downright pretty now (didnt even expect that!) Again, I completely recommend TE Certified!

Our plumber Shane was amazing, very professional and kind.Visit #1- Shane fixed the missing expansion tank, piping and valves by the water heater. In the meantime his apprentice Ryan reattached the toilet and change the flange. Also, my water pressure was over 100psi so they adjusted that to 60psi.The work was completed in no time considering the many things they had to do.Visit #2 - I called Shane same day when they finished with the water heater, because I could smell gas. He instructed me to make an appointment for a next day since I contacted him at 7pm and turn the gas off. They came in in the next day and fixed all the gas connections. Amazing!During the same visit I discussed the previous estimate for the leak under the sink in the kitchen and we decided it was best to replace the piping and install new garbage disposal since as the pipes it was leaking as well.I am very pleased with the work they did and since I found another issue to be fixed I will be asking for Shane at TE Certified. He took many pictures of the damage done to pipes inside my home and provided a professionally written statement for the insurance company about the tree fall being the cause of the damage.JR then paid special attention to details in the repairs. See before and after photos. Because of an air quality issue, JR took extra time to seal off the cabinet.The level of responsiveness and professionalism, especially as compared with other plumbing companies that have served my home, is above and beyond expectations. I called TE Certified Plumbing after two other plumbing companies either failed to identify my problem or never called back to provide me with their plan to repair my issue.By the way, TE Certified didnt just send a plumber -- they sent a professional problem solver and excellent communicator in Brandon Fernandez. He arrived on time, introduced himself and his team (Oscar was with him, as well as Ben called in later to help) and proceeded to ask probing questions and dig into the plumbing issue and actually listened to me and my assessment of the problem. Brandon investigated the situation, developed a plan of action and presented that to me with full details of what he believed was the problem, how he was going to repair the problem and the cost associated with it. Upon that presentation and review, we decided on the appropriate options to take and how to proceed.Realizing the job was going to need additional manpower, Brandon called a third member of the team (Ben) to assist, who arrive quickly and, in addition to Oscar, they worked the problem.The issue was resolved, within the cost Brandon provided and the timeline allotted.As I mentioned, Brandon is a certified and highly skilled plumber --- but additionally - a true professional with excellent problem solving and communication skill and lead his team efficiently and effectively. They showed up as scheduled and worked for several days through the obstacles until completed and ready for inspection. Very happy with their work and would hire again.I am also renovating my kitchen and modifying power/lighting throughout. I selected TE Certified because Liam was the most knowledgeable about the City of Atlanta code requirements when I got estimates. Liam and Noah did the electrical work and they listened to my concerns/layout requests and addressed each without issue.You might pay a small premium, but it is worth it to get the work done properly and efficiently. I called TE Certified for an AC replacement. While assessing the property, Anthony discovered that my builders didn’t properly insulate my attic and gave me some great recommendations for free. Bear in mind that they don’t do insulation services, so this was truly free advice. Also, the price for the unit replacement and install was much lower than some other quotes I received. The guys who did the work were professional and fast! Installation and testing took roughly an hour! Next service I need will definitely be on TE. Highly recommended!

I have so many good things to say about this company They are very responsive. I got an appointment that fit my schedule. I did have to reschedule and notify them during off hours and I received a response immediately with a new time and date. Great and reliable, I especially liked that they sent a reminder text. Our plumber, Tiny, is everything you expect from a professional, years of experience and knowledge. They are upfront about what they can do and what it will cost. No surprises. Lastly, they were very neat and clean, leaving the boxes that held the plumbing fixtures organized with manuals and receipts. Who does that? Certainly not anyone I have hired in the past. This is a great contractor and I will call them again for future projects and plumbing repairs.Note- I had TE Plumbing come and fix a leak, change out all the exposed plumbing underneath and replace the stopper in a new bathroom vanity. The previous contractor installed pvc, left it leaking and not level.
