    Creative Solar is awesome. I recently had them perform an uninstall and reinstall of my solar panels so that I could get my roof replaced. Creative was very communicative and transparent about timeline and price, and Mary kept me informed every step of the way. Overall I am very satisfied with the work and the professionalism with everyone I have talked to at Creative, and would certainly recommend them for anyone interested in solar panels.

    In the face of covid and all kinds of delays, Creative Solar has been forthcoming w/ delays and willing to adjust their prices for failure to deliver in timelines promised. This is without any complaints from my end as I understand, things happen. Im still waiting on my Tesla Powerwalls, but Creative Solar gave me the option to have my panels installed while waiting on batteries even though this comes at an extra cost to them. Basically what Im trying to say is that Creative Solar bends over backwards for their customers out of their own initiative. I cannot recommend them enough.

    Great company, would **absolutely** work with them again in the future. If youre buying solar, I 100% recommend you reach out to Chaia Lewis there to start that process.The good:- Everyone at Creative is really knowledgeable, informative, and the buying experience was smooth.- Shout out to Chaia--she was wonderful to work with, and is the reason I went with Creative rather than another solar company. She is super knowledgeable on everything solar, super responsive, gives honest and well thought out advice, and does a fantastic job walking you through the process / contextualizing technical issues in ways you can understand. I definitely felt like I was in good hands which is important for this sector, given that most solar installs are probably for first-time-solar-buyers.- Additionally, the installation crew was great, no snags (so far).The only snag was the total time it took to get installed. Now, BIG CAVEAT: solar companies are entirely dependent on good weather to install, and I believe this challenge is common to ALL solar companies. I want to reemphasize this point--that solar companies do have a challenging environment when it comes to install date projections.However:I put down a $6,000 down payment around Sept 1 and was told wed be installed before January (within 4 months), but didnt get installed until late February (close to 6 months). This isnt that problematic, as very little solar savings are possible during the winter, but rather because Creative held my $6,000 deposit for 6 months. Thats a bit longer than ideal, IMO. Creative has been around for a few years, the average # of install dates during Fall/Winter and their Crews capacity should be pretty well known, I feel like there is room to improve this process a bit so that perhaps in the future the deposit hold time can be reduced

    The staff of Creative Solar USA have been excellent, going out of their way to make sure that our installation was correct and functioning as it should. We now have two fully loaded Generac battery cabinets, with 36 panels, and have seen fantastic performance from the system. Our power bills have dropped drastically, and we are selling money back to GA Power. In fact, I just looked at the panels, and our battery banks are both 100% full... we are powering our entire house (HVAC, well pump, and all) and still are sending back over 5 KW to the utility company... which they will pay us for. (Albeit a pittance, but its better than nothing.)The installers, the electricians, and the project management have all been excellent ambassadors for Creative Solar, and I highly recommend them!Admittedly, Generac themselves have been a little slow to respond to requests for help with an issue, but that has not impacted the performance nor the output of the system.

    Best Customer Experience yet!Prior to contacting Creative Solar USA, I was actively speaking to and planning to contract with a different Solar Company, however the week that we had scheduled a site visit, the representative of that company failed to show up. It turned out for the best because after termination of that brief encounter, I found Creative Solar on-line, and their website was so impressive, so professional and comprehensive.Shortly after contacting Creative Solar, Sales Representative Brooke Fortenberry called me back, introduced herself, as well as her company and convinced me that it might in my best interest to schedule a site visit with Creative Solar. Well now, that site visit turned out to be the best Solar decision that I have made. When Ms. Fortenberry reported on site, she proceeded to perform a thorough site survey of my roofing, attic space, electrical feeds and landscaping. Once completed, and before she made her recommendation, she proceeded to explain and educate me on solar architecture in general, and how a solar system might respond at my “real estate” environment. She answered all of my questions. Only after she felt confident that I had obtained a level of understanding, she offered several recommendations, and provided me with a menu of other services and optional upgrades, all provided by Creative Solar. The presentation concluded with an explanation to the entire installation process and time frames which included how and which Creative Solar team members would be assigned to navigate and obtain various approvals required from various governmental agencies, both pre and post installation. Oh, Ms. Fortenberry also covered the various incentives that came with the purchase of a System from Creative Solar. I was, “Sold!”Prior to installation, Ms. Fortenberry as well as many others on her team, took all of my phone calls and answered all of my questions. I was treated like “Royalty.” Glad to say, my system has been installed and is on line and there hasnt been a single day that my electric meter hasnt run in reverse. So, in conclusion, I highly recommend Creative Solar for all the above reasons, based on my experience with them. And when Im ready to add a Generac unit to my clean energy system, Creative Solar can expect to get yet another call, from me!

    Creative Solar installs solar systems in 3 phases. The first phase is permitting and engineering and is 10 percent of the total cost. The second phase is installation of equipment and electrical work and is 70 percent of the total cost. The third phase is code inspection and connection with the utility company and is 20 percent of the total cost. I purchased a 36 panel system which will generate 80 percent of the electricity we use. Creative Solar performed every phase in a timely manner. They kept me informed of progress and I always knew what to expect. I use my PC to monitor the performance of my solar panel system with a software application they provide. I am quite pleased with Creative Solar. I give them a hearty recommendation.

    I have nothing but praise for Creative Solar USA. From first contact to completed project they were very professional and keep me informed every step of the way. We have been producing solar power for about two months now. Yesterday I had some questions and sent an email.     I had a wonderful experience dealing with Creative Solar USA. Although there were delays with the supply chain in getting the system installed (during the onset of COVID), they truly delivered! The system (panels and battery) were sized appropriately for my house, and the install was handled in an extremely professional way. Best of all, the numbers (power generation) that they quoted me have been spot on. Really pleased with the overall solution, and with my engagement of Creative Solar (from the owner who Ive spoken with several times, to sales, install, and electrical staff). Again, overall a great experience and strongly recommended if you are looking for a solar solution for your home (or business)!

    I purchased 5.8kW system from Creative Solar in 2015 and the experience with their team was MONUMENTAL! They handled all steps of the process and required me to only sign documents after careful review and provide them a date for installation. I was kept in the loop the entire process and they even coordinated with my foam insulation crew to best coordinate both activities during the same week. Once installation was finished, Bill Secor (my Creative Solar genius) explained the details of the system with all educational materials in hand. I instantly began saving money the first day since I produced more power than I used.A few years later, I had to have my roof replaced and Creative Solar was there to help again. They coordinated the removal and reinstallation of the panels with the roofing crew with no delay to the project.Creative Solar is by far the only go to for your solar needs!!! I sold my home in 2019 and soon will be ready for a new system from Creative Solar.

My system is currently not 100%, nevertheless Creative Solar has taken full accountability and responsibility for the contractor’s sloppy installation and has committed themselves to getting my system fully functional as paid for and expected.     Creative Solar kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process, they answered all my questions in a timely manner, they were always very responsive and diligent when it came to the install process. Their timelines were fairly accurate, they installed all my solar panels and had all the inspections approved, handled all my paperwork, and the process was very easy.

    Creative Solar put a 13 kWh system on our house that went into production September, 2022. From sales to design to installation, Creative Solar did what they said they would do. Actual electricity production is tracking almost exactly to projected AC production that was presented during the sales phase. Although we have only gone through 2 billing cycles, our electric bill has been cut in half.If I had to do it over again, I would make the same decision about using Creative Solar and am very happy with all aspects of the project.

    I purchased a whole house solar system from Creative Solar USA. Everyone at the company was thoroughly professional. They listen and are responsive. Workers are thoughtful of the homeowner. The reps I dealt with were exceptional in their communication. Buying and installing a solar system was a bigger and more complicated project than I expected and you need a vendor whom you trust and like, and whom you can count on to do the right thing, and to talk you thru things as they unfold. For me that was Creative Solar USA and I highly recommend them.

    It took us a long time to decide to look into solar panels; but the $400.00 monthly summer electric bills finally made the decision for us. Creative Solar USA came out measured and sat down to talk us through the stages and process of getting our system installed and working for us. It’s the single best thing we’ve done for our families finances!     Creative Solar was very thorough in their sales process that translated to their install and communication throughout. The only downside which was of no fault to Creative Solar is the timeliness (or lack thereof) of Southern Company/Georgia Power in getting a witness test.I was very pleased with the proposal and the value it promises.The workmanship is top notch and when they couldnt do what we had discussed due to a roof beam in the way they came to me and we talked about work-arounds. The company has always kept us updated on when to expect crews to show up. We are waiting on our Tesla batteries to be delivered (delays due to COVID ) and having the system completed

    We are so thankful to have found Creative Solar! The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly! The entire install took a couple of days, but you would have never known anyone was doing work. Extremely clean and efficient like the energy my house produces now. Even after my install, they have been assisting us with getting our rebate from the power company, and reaping the benefits of our PV system.

    Creative Solar was with me from the initial assessment, through the financing, and the construction. I had a renovation going on and a new roof was added. Timing was also important as I wanted to get in on the tax credits which were to decrease after 2016, and timing was adhered to. Employees were also available early on when there was an issue after the panels were installed....they responded quickly and resolved the problem!

    Our solar panels and battery are still new to us but we have watched our GPC bills go lower every month! Our most recent bill was about $26 for May. The best thing about that is the monthly $9.95 we pay for the Surge Defender provided by GA Power to protect us from power surges from the grid! Prior to our install we experienced a surge that almost knocked out our motherboard on 2 year old refrigerator! (Try getting a motherboard during COVID) 👎🏽You do the math, receiving a power bill is getting to be a lot more fun. I’m looking forward to seeing our summer bills. This has turned out to be the best investment EVER!No regrets. 👍🏽

    Top quality installation, professional service. This is the 3nd time we had Creative Solar install for us. First in 2010 a residential solar panels installation of 5.5KW. 2nd: Upgraded in 2018 to 8.1 KW and added 9.8 KW/h battery. Third, at our new construction 2020, installed 12KW panels + 2x13.5 KW/h battery.Creative Solar helped us will all aspects; including design, engineering and selection, delivered top quality materials, did a professional job installing, and helped with the paperwork for the tax relief and with the power company. Also, Russell is a nice guy, and we go way back to 2010. I recommend them whole-heartedly.

    Outstanding experience from beginning to end. We participated in the Decatur/DeKalb bulk marketing - Creative Solar was the designated contractor for the residential work. They helped us make a good decision to suit our needs and rooflines, and the preparatory work, permits, installation and final hookups all went very well.     After a brief time with limited staff, CSUSA has managed to hire some good people and is once again providing excellent service. I have a confusing issue with a few panels, and CSUSA is diligently trying to get to the bottom of the problem. Their staff is always courteous and takes action to communicate with me as things progress. The company that manufactured my panels went out of business, and CSUSA has worked hard to find used panels or give me a discount when replacement ones are required. I highly recommend them.

    I participated in the Solarize Carrollton Campaign this past year. I felt comfortable that Creative Solar had been vetted by local engineers at Carroll EMC and Southwire. However, I was still pleasantly surprised at their professionalism, communication and attention to details. They asked me what I wanted, helped me understand the process, and gave an accurate estimate of the cost. I feel proud that I am helping the environment at a level that I could afford. I could not be more pleased with their work. My salesperson was Chaia Lewis. She was awesome, and if she didnt know the answer, she found someone who did.

    I would HIGHLY recommend Creative Solar USA to install solar panels for my family and friends. Im writing this review in response to the large number of scammy & misleading solar companies appearing on local news team investigations across the US.that are tricking and misleading. Creative Solar is one of the good guys.Overall Creative Solar USA was professional, transparent, communicative, and installation days were fast & efficient.INITIAL VISITLearned about Creative Solar USA through a crowdsource neighborhood meeting called Solarize Atlanta 2.0. We set up the initial meeting, a professional & knowledgeable tech (Matt) came out and talked to us about panels. He set our expectations, and did some measuring of the roof to make sure there was enough space and a clear line of sight to the sun during both summer (high sun) and winter (low sun).As soon as we agreed to the project, we were assigned our own account manager, Mary. She rocks! At the minimum, Mary would call every two weeks with a status update. Even if there wasnt an update, she would call and chat for about a minute with any news.PROCESSThey had a web app showing us each of the 5 phases of the project, and payment installments. We saw when permits were pulled. This was in fall/winter of 2021, so we experienced supply shortage delays on our inverter.INSTALL DAYSOverall it took 2.5 days. Creative Solar had prep team come install the rails and run wire on the first day. The 2nd day was two days later due to weather and they installed all the panels in a half day. Another day, the electrician team came out and connected the panels from our detached garage and our 2nd story roof to the inverter and our breaker panel.ONLY ISSUEThe only hiccup we had along the way was with Georgia Power. Georgia Power was notified by Creative Solar that it was ready for the official test to connect to the grid. Georgia Power came out twice to our house, and left the 2nd time without passing us with no reason why. As the customer, we let Creative Solar know, and they contacted GA Power to understand what went wrong. No response from GA Power for 2 weeks, and then without any notice or additional visits we were notified that we passed by GA Power.

    Creative Solar installed my panels in October 2020. Considering the Pandemic, they did an excellent job. Ive had no issues with electric production. I just wish I had gotten some recommended batteries with it. When the power goes out, I still have no power. i need battery back-up in order to have electricity generated.I highly recommend them. Panels are made in USA. local installers.
