Awesome customer service and communication from (Jacob, Marcus and Keff) the beginning (When we first called to ask about systems available) to the end (Installing new air conditioner/furnace) system. It’s so rare these days. You can’t beat that. I highly recommend Estes. They are best above the rest.

This review comes the same day as the new HVAC unit was installed so we will see how this unit runs and how much our electric and gas bill goes down.We called Estes Thursday afternoon as soon as our 18 year old electric AC/gas Heater dual unit decided to finally quit. Ested had an analyst, Trey Walls,, here within 2 hours and he was fantastic. He gave us some options for the replacement and financing which is interest free for 2 years.The next morning 3 technicians were here and installed our new HVAC unit. Hector and 2 other techs were very efficient and respectful of our property. They had the old unit removed and new unit installed in 5 hours.I highly recommend Estes for your HVAC services. Hopefully, a year from now, we can review again with another positive update!

The technician that came out was extremely professional, knowledgeable, respectful & kind. He left everything just like he found it - clean & organized. He cut off all the lights, shut all the doors & set the thermostat back to the same temp without me even asking! He was very detail oriented, which is something I appreciate. He explained everything he did & any issues he found. He also explained what needed to be done & why. He was honest about everything & told me which things I should consider a priority & which ones could wait a bit. This gentleman deserves a raise!

And all of those things are even more impressive considering it’s Christmas Eve. No one really wants to work on Christmas Eve, but you wouldn’t have been able to tell from either of them, given their upbeat attitude and the great work they did.

Our 14 year old furnace was inspected by Estes, with whom we have a service contract, and the heat exchanger was deemed to be in need of replacement. The Estes installation team, Tyler and Michael, arrived on time, carefully removed the old furnace, answered my questions, and did outstanding work! They spent time updating the software, so the new furnace will interface properly with the thermostat, and they explained the improvements that the new furnace will deliver This took less than 2 hours….impressive! Thank you, Tyler and Michael! You are why we have continued to be Estes customers for almost 40 years!

So, I just moved from Ohio and bought a house in Dunwoody finding out the mini split heating and cooling unit didn’t work. Not knowing any reputable companies, I took a chance and call Estes Services. It first started with Kourtni, then Carolyn then Justine. Without them I probably would’ve gone elsewhere. I accepted their offer and now two days later Tyler and David just installed my new unit. I am thoroughly pleased. Every one mentioned above was outstanding. No one was better than the other. The men were wonderful in helping my parents feel comfortable and answered all their questions. They made the installation process easy and provided great customer service to them. I had so much trouble calling 3 different companies to give me suggestion on what to do with my ducts in my unfinished basement. The installers Tyler, Michael, Brad, David and the service rep Justin were a blessing!!The installer team figured out how to adjust the previous ducts to keep my basement ceilings high.These guys went out there way to do the work right! I told them how I wanted it and they complied without making me feel pressured to take the easy route. I recommend Estes not only because of their rates! But they’re service is top notch! Props to the whole team, this is my 2nd time using them and I will keep them for life.

This past week my AC went out and came down to replacing everything. Brandon tried everything to fix issue worked hard explaing everything clearly. Then I had privilege of talking with Collin for a quote he was very knowledgeable gave me different options made it easy to make such a big purchase. Replacement day today I had Brad and David they showed up on time and were very professional and finished installation quicker than I thought and no mess left. Just had Fray, Vladimir and Giovanni in my home to install two Infinity systems. From the moment they arrived they were professional, courteous and efficient. They fully reviewed all work to be done including adding two new supplies and one return. Chase Carden, the Estes sales rep walked my entire home while helping me understand the current needs while addressing my issues. He was able to show that my fourteen year old system lacked the supplies needed to effectively cool my 3700 square foot space which worked the system harder than needed. Clean up was perfect and the only clue that they were here are the beautiful Infinity systems and a once again cool home. Side note, theses things are quiet! Thank you Estes!

Estes was my final estimate of 5 or 6 other estimates. I clearly saved the best for last! My sales rep, Esli, was awesome. He was clearly skilled with HVAC and not just a typical salesman with no real HVAC experience. He located a return vent that was unknowingly covered with carpet for years! No one else that came out was able to locate this mysterious second return! I also had a very special request that Esli knew would be difficult, but possible. He went the extra mile to make me a very happy customer by arranging to satisfy my difficult request. Estes then sent the best installers I ever could have wished for!! Installation day is the most important day and I had a very difficult job for them. Evan and Brad worked their tails off and went above and beyond to satisfy my difficult request. They showed me what they were doing and explained how they were doing it. It was a neat learning experience! These gentlemen are extremely professional and knowledgable about what they are doing. I feel very confident in my new AC system from Estes after my excellent experience working with them.

Jacob, the lead tech, was quick to diagnose problems with our system and walked us through our issues. Having annual contract with Estes is a good thing to have. Tech that came for spring check up, Corey Fuller, was great. He found leak in internal coil. Tyler Weeks and Michael came out a few days later and installed new coil. Very professional and friendly. I like dealing with a locally owned family company. When you call you get someone in their office, not some remote call center. We use their plumbing division as well as HVAC.

All of the techs at Estes have been awesome every time they come out for their preventative maintenance checks. These gentlemen were no different!Laverne in sales was amazing! He sold us exactly what we needed, not a thing more or less. He offered upgrades, but was honest, flexible, and patient in helping us make exactly the right choice based on our budget and situation with two heating/cooling units in our home at various ages. His honest, low-pressure, truthful approach meant the world to my wife and I and it helped us make what we felt was the best decision. No regrets now. Tyler and Brandon were very professional and did a great job on the HVAC installation. They cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions. Even when they accidentally knicked the pvc pipe for the nearby water heater they remained cool under pressure, and immediately had a plumber come by and take care of the situation. It would be easy for me to knock them for it, but it was a very heavy wall mount being lifted into a very tiny closet. It was an accident that could have happened to anyone. They took ownership for the issue and solved the problem before it became serious. Id feel comfortable working with Estes again. 5 stars.

The team sent to replace my HVAC included Hector, Joel, and Sonny. They were punctual, polite, and professional. Thanks to Laverne, my Comfort Consultant, who insisted on climbing into the ceiling of my condo to measure my old HVAC and the access doors, I also got to work with Patrick as well. He arrived on Day 1 to open the drywall so that Hector and team could do the replacement and returned a couple of days later to create new access doors.They all made what felt like an overwhelming repair look relatively simple. They were respectful of my home - returning everything to normal and cleaning up on both days. They were also great at calling me over to look and make decisions along the way.Would definitely recommend the entire Estes team - although I hope all future visits are for routine service only ☺️

These techs not only contacted me before my scheduled appt. but upon arrival at my home, on time, as well. On went the booties and down went the protective flooring drop cloths. Both techs were very approachable, friendly, professional and knowledgeable .They answered all of my questions in verbiage that I could easily understand. Upon leaving, Marcus/Jeff checked my driveway area where their truck was parked to be sure they didn’t leave any unwanted debris ie screws behind. To conclude, I have used Estes services for 20 plus years. I have never been disappointed or had any problems/issues with Estes. After thorough research, and numerous quotes, we decided to go with Estes to install our new heating system and new AC units, including new thermostats. Im a 10 year Estes customer! I purchased a maintenance plan in 2009 when I moved into my home which had two older systems. Both systems should have been replaced a long time ago but Estes has kept it running beyond its expiration date lol. I was even sad when my favorite technician Ron retired because he knew my system in and out. After 10 years, I finally had two new systems installed this month and as always, Estes employees provided excellent customer service. From the rep that takes your call and transfers you to the appropriate department, to the Sales Rep (Jacob) who worked with me for weeks as I decided on my system, to the installation crew (Fray, Bladimir, and Andrew), everyone was excellent. The install crew arrived ahead of schedule and installed my system with ease. Very courteous and friendly. Walked me through how to use my new thermostats and asked if I had any additional questions. I recently used Estes’ electric division to repair a few outlets in my kitchen, while the technician, Evan O’Belmito, was here for a specific job I inquired about my dishwasher tripping a breaker. Even went the extra mile to check the wiring in my dishwasher and checked my fuse box in the garage to make sure everything was in working order. I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I am with how kind and professional he was. I called the office and spoke with Horace to spread the word and again came in contact with another extremity professional and grateful person while speaking to him on the phone to compliment Evan. Interviewed 4 companies. All very similarly priced and Estes was not the least expensive. However, Justin, the sales consultant, did a more comprehensive analysis of my situation including calculating my needs based on square footage and existing duct work. Installation was smooth and professional and Jordan, Brad, Jeremy and Marty were all pleasant to have around as they efficiently went about their business. They were careful with my house and used drop cloths as they removed my old furnace from the attic and installed the new. I would not hesitate to recommend Estes. I now have both my units on their maintenance plan, so well see how it goes from here... my expectations are high based on my first experience with them.

Tyler and David arrived during the service window I had agreed to. They introduced themselves and got to work. Our upstairs ducts weren’t pushing out an adequate amount of air, so new ducts/ larger ones were installed. They also replaced the downstairs unit and were gone in a matter of hours. The AC blows cold and there is considerably better air flow upstairs. Their services aren’t cheap, but they stand by their work. They cleaned up beautifully after completing the work.

I have used Estes Services for years and like working with this company. So last week I had them replace my 35 year old HVAC unit with a new one and I’m thrilled with the results. First off when the old unit finally seemed to be dying, they were quick to come check it out and provide me with options. Based in part on my preferences, Justin in Sales promptly quoted four options and clearly explained the pros and cons of each. He is extremely knowledgeable and having previously serviced my unit himself, the quotes were exactly what was needed for my specific application. I picked the one that I felt best suited my needs and we set an install date just days away.I’m a retired engineer and am particular and knowledgeable about workmanship. Well Jordan, Brad and Colt showed up right on time and worked continuously for 8 hours completing the install. Their workmanship and attention to detail was top notch and every bit of what I have come to expect from Estes. Jordan answered ALL my many questions, and wouldn’t leave until all was explained and the work site was spotless. They were a very competent and friendly crew to work with and did a quality job.I’m pleased to give 5 stars to my recent Estes experience.

Because I knew that replacing air conditioners in our condo is MUCH more difficult and expensive than average, I signed up for a popular appliance/services insurance policy several years ago. When my A/C stopped working last week I felt very smart for having that insurance.The man sent by the insurance company to diagnose my problem was nice and seemed to be competent. However, when I received the proposal for repairs there were two big problems:a) it only covered half of the system (replacing the evaporator coil but not the compressor); andb) there were major parts of the procedure “NOT COVERED” (things I had to pay for and I was supposed to have the hot water heater removed before the installation).I then felt very DUMB for having that insurance!My neighbors recommended Estes and I am so glad they did!Estes provided a comprehensive, competent, coordinated team that was awesome.Chase C. arrived shortly after I requested service. His role was to establish what was needed to be done, then coordinate the implementation (ordering the hardware, scheduling the installers and plumber), and he did all of that perfectly.Marcus and Andrew (the installers) and Brad (the plumber) are certainly The Awesome Team. Individually and together, they were very efficient, respectful, and competent. It was not an easy installation; it was actually very difficult and hard work. But they remained thoroughly pleasant and (somehow) managed to not mess anything up. I got the impression that they all like their work, their co-workers, and the company.
