Wilson Home Services was recommended to me by a close friend and they havent let me down. Theyre super accessible and responsive, have great availability, all of their technicians are friendly and knowledgable, and their services and pricing offer great value. I signed up for their WHAM membership and Ive already gotten my moneys worth out of it by getting my summer AC tune-up and electrical and plumbing inspections. They put together a nice, detailed list and estimate of items that I should take care of and now I know what to look for as well. Ill definitely be renewing my membership next year!

I had a new HVAC system installed by a different company. I had Wilson come out for a second opinion as to the issues I was having. They found several issues including what caused the unit to flood my attic causing major repairs. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He supplied me with lots of pictures and a written report to take back to the company that installed it. I wish I knew about this company before because I would have used them. Very highly recommend.

Jonathan was very professional and explained everything he needed to accomplish for my new dishwasher to be brought up to code, and installed. Have used Wilson Home Services for years. I know Victor Wilson personally and he is extremely honest and a man of integrity. I had a problem with my drain from my washing machine in the garage. When my machine emptied its water the drain would overflow. I was concerned I may have a collapsed drain pipe. John showed up. He ran an auger through the pipe removing a partial clog that was in the pipe. He then ran a camera through the pipe to make sure the pipe was in good shape and there was no collapse, which there was not. Thank you for your honesty and integrity.

Sean came for the annual AC check up for my unit. He is very efficient and professional yet personable. My two year old new unit is doing great. Wilson Home Services has done several major installs of new items and I am pleased with their service and their professional staff. I highly recommend them as a trustworthy company.I highly recommend Wilson Home Services. My furnace went out and upon evaluating the repair needs and discussing the situation with Eric, with NO high pressure sales pitch, I made the decision to replace my unit rather than repair anything else on it. Wilson Home Services had kept it running the past two years with modest cost repairs. My install was set up for the next day. Chris and Isaac did an absolutely wonderful job of install. It was obvious they knew what they were doing. I could not be happier with the outcome. Especially as temperatures are expected to be 20 and below for the next 48 hours or more. Thank you for this excellent service and helpful, professional staff. Let the crazy Texas weather begin!!!Excellent customer service. I have been with using Wilson Home Services for quite some time now and I have had the pleasure of having Jonathan as my electrician a few times. He is personal and has a lot of knowledge on electrical work. He is more than happy to explain every detail to you while he is doing his work for you. He doesnt waste time at all. He gets into it and if you have questions or want to learn more about something he can multitask well and will give you peace of mind. Also, I can tell he is honest and genuine when it comes to the job itself and the pricing of items. I appreciate the great work he has done for me.

We have used Wilsons home services for several years and have been extremely happy with them. We had an appointment for air conditioning maintenance today. We knew we were ready for a new unit but really didnt want to deal with it at this time. Eric, came out, inspected our unit and informed us of the issues with our unit. What was really appreciated was he listened to our concerns, answered all of our questions and gave us really good insight. He did not pressure us to buy a unit. He went over multiple options. We did purchase a new unit but never felt pressured or that we had to decide on the spot. We felt really good about our decision and really appreciated the great customer service. Eric was very knowledgeable, professional and patient. He definitely made the experience headache free! I highly recommend this company!!

They came in and gave us a free second opinion estimate after another company gave us an estimate that seemed high after a little internet research. The work to be done was a water heater installation and pressure valve for our water system. It turned out they not only saved us $1400, they also saved us from some unnecessary work. We loved our crew, who were friendly and knowledgeable and best of all honest about what needed to be done. They showed up on time, let us know every step of the way what they needed to do, cleaned up after themselves, and overall exceeded our expectations. Also they charged us exactly what they quoted us, no surprises! This company was a breath of fresh air. Also super pleasant schedulers. Professional!!!

Our heater wouldn’t start this winter so I made a call to Wilson Home Services. Next morning Josh made it out to our home right at the appointment time. He showed me pictures of what was going on with the unit and the overall system and gave me solid recommendations. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed up in no time. I really felt comfortable with them and their pricing. Great group of honest quality people. They definitely deserve their highly rated reviews. We will be using Josh for our future needs.

Amazing service, Roberto arrived quickly, found the problem within minutes and cleared it up. He provided a solid estimate before starting to work. Was respectful of my property and cleaned up after he finished. He unclogged the sewer line between my house and the street gave me some advice to prevent future clogs. This is the second time I’ve used Wilson Home Services. They did a super job installing a tankless water heater for me about three months ago. I recommend the Wilson home annual maintenance plan. It has already saved me more than the cost of the plan.

Everyone should hear about the amazingly positive experience I had working with Wilson Home Services. Every single person I enteracted with from Victor Wilson the Owner, Luke Wilson, Dan and Shawn who came to my home, and the nice Ladies on the phone were an absolute joy to work with. Their work was perfect and efficient. Dan was awesome on the days he was at my house, and so was Shawn for the couple hours he was here. Im extremely grateful to have found a knowledgeable, friendly, talented, and honest company. They are far and away the best company Ive ever hired. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. I requested my first appointment online, received a phone call within minutes on a weekend, and since my schedule allowed it, I had someone at my house the next business day. Awesome company!!! Wilson Home Services was terrific for us. We had trouble getting a faucet set from a local supply store (it was 8 days late), but Wilson worked with us (Jennifer was really helpful and daily kept making a spot for us on the schedule in case it came in). When the faucet set finally arrived, they were here on the double. Lyle and Josh took us through each step, gave us a more-than-fair estimate, installed a second faucet for us, and made two bathrooms function (and look) so much better! Their work was performed in a timely manner and professionally. We highly recommend them.

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with Wilson Home Services and Jeff Post (the technician who came out today). Jeff quickly discovered the source of the problem (evaporator draining into the overflow pan), vacuumed out the accumulated water, did the routine maintenance, and spent almost an hour cleaning the outdoor compressor and bringing the system completely back to optimum.The cost? $0. As a member of their service plan, I pay NOTHING for this twice yearly service. And they call ME to set up each visit. I highly recommend both this company and their annual service plan.This might be the best service company I have ever dealt with.

I called Wilson Home Services on a Saturday as I was not able to finish installing my water heater on my own. The receptionist that answered my call was very nice and polite. She let me know a technician will contact me back with availability and time. I received a call within 30 mins from Chad, the plumbing technician. Chad was very professional and straightforward. He advise me his available time and the cost. Remind you this is on a Saturday morning, this business was available to help me and charge a reasonable price. He even contacted me letting me know he was on his way and also show up on time. When on site he even put on ”shoe covers” so he doesnt track dirt onto my floor. He evaluated the situation and provided a written statement/cost to let me know exactly what is being done and the final cost, A+ professional. His craftsmanship was very good, also provided me with helpful info to maintain the water heater. I highly recommend this business and Chad for your plumbing needs!

We had a leak in the kitchen on a Saturday, so we called Wilson Home Services based on the recommendation of a family member. They scheduled a time for the appointment and arrived right on time. The plumber, Brandon Lowe, was extremely helpful and courteous. He explained everything he was doing and was very willing to answer any questions we had. He offered to wait until the water mitigation service arrived to explain the situation to them in person. He even gave us his personal cell number in case we had questions after he left.Weve used several plumbing services before, but this experience was by far the best!

We have used Wilson Home Services twice now; both have been amazing experiences. We feel like we are really being taken care of by someone who cares about their work and our homes well-being. I called at 9AM the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and they had someone onsite at noon same day to fix my clogged sink. Brandon M. was very professional and even gave me some plumbing tips! I would recommend them to anyone and while I hope to not need their services again, but if I do, they will be my first call.

He was so thorough and I am now able to return the new ring doorbell that I had to purchase from homedepot. This company is so professional. We are very impressed with the Wilson team. Victor was very professional and competent, arrived on time and stayed to 10pm to install a new Carrier 3.5 ton hvac including furnace with 1 and then another team member Ronnie. They added an upgraded thermostat too. Great attitude and fair price as I got other bids.They were honest and registered the equipment online for us.They charge $160 per year for ac maintenance of all acs and extra plumbing services with no service fee. They are a small family type company with a heart-warming history. Recommended by a neighbor, we passed the recommendation onto another neighbor! Thank you to both Victors! The owners name is Victor also!

Showed up early but called to make sure it was okay to come in. Jose was very nice and check out everything from my thermostat wires to the attic and the Havoc then took all the info and called the manager before giving us a quote. A bit pricey but hey that quality. Ran new thermostat wires which I really needed and made sure my Nest thermostat was up and running before I left. Wilson Home Services did an excellent job replacing my outside A/C unit back in May 2018. Its a year later and Ive not had any issues. We had a water heater that was going out, so we requested service from our homeowners policy. That didnt go very well so long story short, we proceeded to take matters into our own hands and call different companies to get bids. We looked at Angies List for companies. We talked with a few and decided on Wilson Home Services. The technician, Chad, was very punctual, explained things in detail and put in a brand new Rheem 50 gallon professional series electric water heater in our house within 2 1/2 hours.We are happy with the service of this company and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their water heater. The process was fast, easy and Chad was nice to work with.

We chose Wilson Home Services to buy and install 2 hot water heaters. We hired them on Tuesday, based on reviews we read and the quote given to us. Osvaldo and Jared came out Thursday morning to do the job. They were prompt, hard-working and friendly. They took extra care of our floors by laying down coverings, and picked up all debris before they left. They took care in both removing the old water heaters and installing the new ones. One of the water heaters is in the attic and that took extra effort. Another company wanted to charge more because of it being in the attic, but Wilson did not. The men were efficient and knowledgeable, and they worked until the job was done with only a small break. We will be calling Wilson Home Services for any future needs.

I will call Wilson again next time I need plumbing service. Adam figured out how to disconnect my solar water heater on his own. Although the manufacturer said theyd help walk him through the process, they did not reply to attempts to contact them. Adam was knowledgeable, patient, professional, helpful and very courteous. His timing was perfect, since he was here when my washing machine repair guy was here without a long Roto-Rooter to unclog the drain. So Adam unattached my solar water heater AND unclogged my washing machine drain. Thank you, Adam.

Had a new AC/heat pump system installed. Developed a leak from the system into the plumbing. Since Wilson also has plumbing they had a plumber available quickly to fix the problem. The repair required cutting a hole in the wall and Wilson had a very professional man replace the wall board and paint it. Interesting that they could have argued about the cause of the plumbing leak but took full responsibility!!!! They made sure the system and my property was in pristine shape and that I was satisfied!!!

Their technicians, especially Vincent (Vinny), are very knowledgeable and are more than willing to explain to you what is going on every step of the way. You dont feel in the dark like I have in the past dealing with HVAC companies. They did such a great job and their customer service was so great we ended up enrolling in their maintenance program right after they fixed our AC. Cant recommend this company highly enough.

Called a couple other companies and I felt like they were trying to rip me off because of the situation I was in. Victor Wilson sent Jeremiah to my home and I felt he was very honest with me. Exemplary service!...I woke up this morning at 6:15 to find no water coming from any of the hot water faucets in the house. So I immediately went to the Home Advisor site in search of plumbers near me, and Wilson Home Services (WHS) was suggested.I had been asked by the Home Advisor site if my situation was an emergency (as in a major leak), and I answered no, so I was given several time-frames for tomorrow to schedule an appt. with WHS. At 7:30 I received a phone call from Jennifer who very kindly said We can have someone out today if you wish, Carole. I told her that would be wonderful. So, she told me someone would be here sometime between 10 and 11 today. At 10:30, Adam rang the doorbell...and the rest is history.I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable, courteous and kind Adam was. Although the water heater had begun to release water by the time he arrived, he recommended that it be replaced soon, as it was already 14 years old. As my sister and I are elderly and living on fixed incomes, we now know to try and budget for a new water heater in the near future. In the meantime, we asked Adam if he wouldnt mind looking at our disposal while he was here, as it had been leaking for the past two weeks (so we hadnt been using it.) He looked at it and said it needed to be replaced, too, and that he could take care of it right now if we wished. As we had already budgeted for a new disposal, we said That would be great! And, Voila! We now have a working disposal!We definitely will be using Wilson Home Services for all our plumbing needs in the future, including the new water heater well be needing in the next few months. Adam mentioned that they also do Electrical and HVAC, too, so theyll also be the first ones we call for any of those needs.
