    About 1.5 months ago we had 2 new gas water heaters and a new softener, plus filtration system installed along with various kitchen and bath plumbing. Howze workers were great! All very polite, professional, and hard working. Over 2 days of work everything was installed amazingly! Had 1 small issue that they came right back out and fixed immediately and whole project is working great. Clean soft great water.

    We had. ‘Sleeper’ problem that apparently occurred during a bathroom remodel some years back. Concrete& tile floor in our first floor bathroom toilet. Demo of the original flooring apparently damaged the toilet flange, then the new toilet was installed with an inadequate wax ring so the toilet never truly sealed. Time passes, leakage eventually shows itself in the tile and grout color. The damaged flange needed to be carefully removed and a new one fitted to the floor drain and correct height. Daniel and Chase were our techs. The task consumed about 4 hours. They were courteous, described the process they were following and were perfectly fine with my watching their activities. A somewhat messy process, they cleaned up everything and checked the install after they were done. Daniel and Chase are good customer facing representatives for Howze. Plumbing.

    Excellent experience resulting from our annual inspection. After we reviewed inspection items they fixed the faucets and water heaters we had on our list. Most companies would have inspected and then rescheduled. Jeffrey was prompt, efficient and extremely professional while staying personable also. He’s a great customer service example and he definitely deserves High grades for sure. They also outlined some plans to consider which we will definitely be exploring. Thanks to Jeffrey and Howze.

    My husband and I have used Howze plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. They are always professional, on time and texts me when they are headed my way. Today they installed all of the plumbing for our primary bath remodel including shower, stand alone tub with hand held faucets and a bidet. Wasn’t sure if they would be experienced in that and Jake was competent and helpful. We highly recommend Howze plumbing.

    Howze Plumbing was greatl! They were timely when I called and very customer focused, great service! Jeffrey and his assistant were very knowledgeable and explained everything well. Did a great job analyzing the cause of the clog drain and solved with the clean out of the line with opening of clean out valve and running the plumbing auger to unclog. They also had a camera run down line afterwards to confirm all 👍 good! Very fair price for the service 👏! Will definitely use them again as my plumbing go to people.

    Very professional and personable technicians. We had additional problems that we did not detect. Chase discovered them and immediately called to get the parts out to us for a seamless repair.     Jeff/Chance/Styles were super friendly and knowledgeable about the gas line project I wanted them to quote. Their prices were competitive and they offered a craftsmanship warranty to back up their work. You could tell they cared about the customer and were not out to just make a fast buck. I would use them for any plumbing issues that you may have.

    The shower wasn’t working so we contacted Howze plumbing and a crew came out to assess and repair the faucet in the shower. All was fine until after two shower episodes later it wasn’t working again. So we called Howze plumbing and expressed our frustration. They responded immediately! Their plumber, Sergi, came out and fixed the problem, and assured us that there will be no more issues after replacing a part that should have been replaced on the first visit. We commend and recommend Howze plumbing for their professionalism and excellent customer service!!

    We have used Howze plumbing for over 20 years. This time, I needed a new hot water heater. They sent someone out that same day, they worked with me on pricing, and had it installed by the end of the day. The next day (Saturday), I noticed that my recirculating pump (which I myself had installed several years ago) wasnt working. I called the office at about 5:30 pm and left a msg asking for one of the installers to give me a call the following week. In the next 30 minutes Joey (master plumber) called me, with the job photos handy and helped me figure out the problem l was up and running in just a few minutes, all because they truly do put customer service and quality work at the top. I highly recommend them! Thank you Howze Plumbing!

    I would highly recommend Sergei. I smelled gas at home on Thursday 18th, Howze plumbing sent technician on Friday and he says no leak. Following monday pressure was little lower so technician brought master plumber and he checked all appliances that connected with gas. They said it was fine and called city. City was did not come out till this Friday and even on same morning technician came out to check on pressure gauge and he said it was fine. The city inspector told me that it was below 3 and that’s minimum so he couldn’t pass it. No plumber were there to show inspector. At this point I have waited a week. Sean in the office have kept good communication about delay on inspector not being scheduled. Finally on Friday they sent sergei he was drenched in sweat crawling in my attic and found the gas leak. I had to explain situation and my experience up to this point he not only stayed behind and finish the job also explained to company of my situation. He was also empathetic and understanding that I have been out of gas for a week. I really appreciate he’s professionalism and taking ownership so I can be ready for inspection on Monday. He helped my experience with company to be better. I would highly recommend Sergei. He is extremely knowledgeable and detailed oriented!!!

    Howze Plumbing is the best! Our Tech Sergei was very detailed throughout the process of fixing a pipe leak in the wall behind our dishwasher. I was a little nervous since my husband was running late to the appointment, but Sergei took his time to explain everything he was doing to ensure I understood. The pipe was fixed and everything cleaned afterwards. We were very happy with our service.     I am so thankful to Howze Plumbing for solving the issue with our tankless water heaters! We had been having error codes for ~1.5 years off and on, and after 4 prior plumbers and spending almost $1,000, no one had fixed the problem. Chesney diagnosed the problem of high gas pressure within a short while and we were able to have the gas company fix it later that day. We havent had any issues since. Thanks so much!!

    Knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend. The faucet brand is out of business but they were able to find a part and repair the faucet.We had a pipe leak and Howse was able to come out promptly and fix our leak before it caused damage. They also recommended a water shut off device that will alert us in the future. In addition they checked our house plumbing for any other problems. I highly recommend Chesney and Howse plumbing. I have been using Howse for over 15 years and they never disappoint.

    We had a gas leak at our house. Within 48 hours of us noticing the gas leak Howze Plumbing had it found and repaired. Chesney was very professional and nice! Great company with great communication! With the weekend coming up they made us a priority to get the leak fixed so that we could have hot water for the weekend.     I would like to show my appreciation for the two gentlemen that came out to assist me with my tankless water heater, water pressure, and garbage disposal. I was affected by the freeze that occurred in Texas due to the power outage. My family and I was without power for more that 72hrs. This forced my water heater exchanger motor busted and started gushing water once my power came back on. I called around to several plumbers but the price and experience wasn’t very friendly. I read the reviews for Howze Plumbing and decided to give them a chance. I left my information to request a text back and I received a response within hours. The individual messaging me was very polite and willing to help. They explained that their was a shortage of tankless heaters but will put me on the list. However, once I located one, I could reach out to schedule for their team to come out. I was able to locate one and when it was delivered they were able to send out their team within the week. Joey was very helpful with explaining things, he knew what he was doing and had everything working in no time. He was also very friendly, welcoming, willing to help. I didn’t feel that he was doing this because he had to but because he really enjoys what he does. I have never experience service like that from a plumber before.
