I contacted Leak Geeks today to give me an estimate. They scheduled me in for tomorrow but called this afternoon about an availability. Jakob and Eric came out approximately 3:40PM, accessed the issue, communicated with me, and gave me the pricing. It was half of the price compared to another quote I got. They even asked me if I would like to start the job immediately too. They made it so simple and hassle-free. They replaced my shower copper pipes with the PEX system and resolved the leak issue in less than 2 hours. I am very satisfied with them and will refer them to anyone I know with plumbing issues. They are excellent and honest!

Needed to have a leaking outdoor faucet repaired and called Leak Geeks late on a Thursday afternoon. They were able to come out the next morning and had it replaced and working perfect in less than 30 minutes. Would highly recommend and plan on using them for all of my plumbing needs going forward. Leek geeks came out and fix two clogged lines, kitchen & bathroom! Spencer arrived early. He and his helper were very polite and did an awesome job. They took the time to explain everything that they were doing and why. The work was completed efficiently and at a VERY good price! I could not be happier with the service I received! Hopefully I won’t need their services again, but if I do, I will definitely be calling Leak Geeks Plumbing!

First I want to say that Leak geeks were the third company I called, and the only one to call me back. The front office was sweet and caring but also funny. Doris in the front office was awesome and scheduled me for Wednesday but stated that she would call back if anything came up earlier. This morning she called back at 8 and said they have openings for today which made me very happy! I spoke with another gentleman who was very nice when I called back and he scheduled me for 4-6. Spencer showed up at 4 and was happy to not o lay help me but explained the different scenarios in which we could take. He had two apprentices who both knew what they were doing and took care of the issue right away with the approval from Spencer. Side note before they arrived I received a text message from Leak Geeks that provided a picture of Spencer as well a very nice touch. 5 out of 5 stars from me. Will definitely use them again!!!

I called Leak Geeks on a Tuesday. They spent significant time troubleshooting and provided several pricing options. All at no charge. They returned the next day and solved a long standing water pressure issue in less than 2 days from the first phone call. Jesse Mendez was simply outstanding! He was extremely professional, thorough, personal, and also a true expert. Would highly recommend Leak Geeks in Keller to anyone!

This is the second time that Ive used this company and both experiences have been great! Brad came out the first time and was able to identify the source of a leak. Since it was due to deteriorating grout and not a plumbing issue, they did not even charge us for coming out. Spencer was the plumber that came out the second time. Unfortunately, that leak was more involved and did require a good amount of work. The team that came over (both times) were polite, efficient, and cleaned up so well once they were done! They will be my first call with any future issues.

Awesome service. Called for an appointment late Wednesday afternoon, repairmen were on site by noon the next day. My hot water heater was ancient and they recommended a replacement rather than waste money on something that might not last. I was delighted they had a hot water heater in their service van and within 2 hours my new heater was installed. They replaced the connections and hailed away the old heater. Leak Geeks was running a special so there was no service charge and the cost of the heater and installation was reasonable. I am very excited about my new appliance and Leak Geeks performed an outstanding job. I highly recommend their services for your plumbing needs.

Woke up early Dec 3rd and found the kitchen floor flooded with water. No obvious leaks, so I shut off water at meter, then started looking for a plumber to fix it. I called a few places and 3 of them said to call Leak Geeks and said they were the best at finding leaks. So I called and Brad Reese came out the next day and he was excellent. He did a thorough check and diagnosis and found a slab leak and called an excavation crew to come out. They dug out underneath the slab and found a hole in a water supply line. Brad then cut out the bad section of pipe and replaced it. Afterwards, they tested and backfilled and returned everything back to normal. No more water leak ! Brad and everyone I dealt with at Leek Geeks were very professional, nice, and easy to work with. Thank you very much ! Ken

We needed a plumber for our hot water heater. I looked online and found LeakGeeks because they were in Keller, near us. They recommended we get a new hot water heater, so we said yes. Spencer and his crew installed the new HWH in an hour. Very professional, courteous, and most of all put up with our Australian Shepherd barking the entire time, (because that is what Australian Shepherds do). All the crew talked to both our dogs and comforted them. The dogs ate the attention up. Evan even got on the ground and petted the dogs. That won my wife and I over.

We came home from vacation late in the afternoon on a Sunday and realized that both of our toilets were clogged. Monday morning I got in touch with Leak Geeks and they were out to my house within a few hours. Jakob Dorton showed up and was nice and professional. Explained to me what they would look for and diagnose. They found the issue and walked me through the cost (very affordable) and fixed the issue with the main sewer line in about 20 minutes! Great customer service, speed, and I would certainly use them again if needed!

Jesse and Evan did a great job, I never knew that shimming a loose toilet required a detach and reset to double check the wax ring, and the flange.They could have shimmed the toilet and made it level and stopped wobbling, but that would’ve been a Band-Aid, not a fix and not solving the root problem.Good thing Jesse knew what to do as a master plumber… It turns out my wax ring was completely eroded, and the flange was cracked; now everything is fixed and it didn’t take long.Jesse has a very calm voice; he’s easy to listen to. He knows a whole lot, but does not act like a know-it-all. Evan and Jesse are both Extremely polite! I’m looking forward to future great experiences if I need a plumber again.The best part, they did not charge me a trip fee and provided a free estimate. Evan recaulked around the toilet, and it just looks so much better now.I would’ve also reviewed them on Yelp except that Yelp routinely takes down customer reviews that are completely accurate.I did a Google search to find this company.Thank God I did not use Thumbtack because they charge all the contractors around $23-$54 just to receive a customer lead even if the customer doesn’t pick that person.Thanks again I appreciate you guys and the ladies on the phone that book the appointment!

We had multiple issues at the same time. Kitchen faucet leak and two tankless water heaters not staying on. While one water heater was being flushed the kitchen faucet was trouble shot and cartridge replaced. As it turned out, one of the water heaters had to be replaced. The unit was replaced in two hours after ordering. Spencer and his apprentice were top notch and I would definitely use Leak Geeks again.

I would highly reccomend Leak Geeks for sewer line replacement. Brad was very helpful and responsive to all my questions and his team works really fast. They broke ground on Monday and by Wednesday evening at 7 PM they had replaced my entire sewer line (40-50) under the slab and through the yard (50) to the city line. Their dig team did an excellent job backfilling all the dirt and its barely noticiable that they were there at all. Excellent work Leak Geeks!

But when I made a call to Leak Geeks and the representative that answers is so nice and so understanding, she explains that she can help you , you feel a little better. From the first call I knew we were in good hands.She got us on the schedule and had a plumber out the same day! The 2 plumbers that came out sent a text and arrived right on time. We had a bigger issue than we all expected, but they figured it out, had a dig crew out, and the problem fixed quickly. Great communication about price and options with no pressure on upsetting.Great service and Fast!

Very good experience with Brad and his apprentice. Friendly and quick. Only reason for 4 versus 5 stars is that: a) I’m surprised that a company that bills itself with the name “Leak” doesn’t have sophisticated leak detection equipment (I pretty much knew where the leak was located and, therefore, finding it was not difficult) and b) I didn’t have another company give me an estimate to compare pricing and think what I was charged may be at the top end of the spectrum. They did give me a Veteran discount.

Had to have an RPZ Backflow valve installed at one of our industrial facilities in Ft. Worth, and we called Leak Geeks out. Jesse Provided us with multiple options in their estimate. I can’t say enough about Leak Geeks. I had an emergency plumbing issue pop up today when I put a screw through a copper waterline where the nail plate failed. They got me scheduled immediately for a window of noon to 2 PM and their technician actually made it out here early at 11 AM. They told me upfront what the total cost would be to fix everything, so there were no surprises at all. The technicians (Jacob and Tech 2) were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and did excellent work. My other go-to plumbers weren’t available last minute, so I did a Google search and found Leak Geeks and selected them based off of the many five star reviews. I would highly highly highly recommend them for any plumbing work that you need done. It’s so nice to find good, reliable, and honest contractors on short demand when you need them. I also have to say the communications from them were top-notch. You immediately receive a text and email confirmation of your appointment along with updates as they become available. The last text included a picture of the technician and his name that would be coming out handle the appointment.Five stars all around for Leak Geeks!!!

Called Leak Geeks for a hot water heater installation estimate. Came out same morning, provided estimate with full explanation of what to expect. I woke up to little to no water pressure all through the house. It had been and was pouring down raining. So no way to tell if there was a leak. Contacted my city water department when I got to work. OF COURSE they found a leak and shut my water off. 😥😥. I called friends for recommendations and did a google search. One name kept coming up. Searched for them on BBB and found they had an A+ rating and 20+ years experience. I said a prayer and called. Sorry if I got her name wrong Doris/ Dorthey??? Answered the phone and was a delight. She was so helpful. We even had a few laughs. I was scheduled for an appointment the next day (Friday)between 2pm and 4pm. she asked if it would be ok to have them come out early if the opportunity raised. Of course I said YES!!!!. I got a call at around 12 ish. the next day. The Plumber would be at my house in 20 minutes. I left work to meet him (JACOB ). He was so very kind and respectful. He was able to answer all my question. He gave me an up front quote!! No funny business. A short time later he had started the work and I was on my way back to work. A family member who agreed to wait for his arrival (2-4 pm) pulled up at 2. The work was done. She went in the house tested the water pressure and found that it was better than before the leak. Long story short, I was very stratified. I am joining Leak Geek service club. I am sure I am messing up that name as well. You sign up and get priority appointments, yearly services and 15% discount. Not a paid endorsement just a very happy customer.

Leak Geeks came out the same day ATMOS shut off my gas. Other companies on a Fri afternoon said Middle of Next week. They did an awesome job. There was a gas leak and they didnt quit until they found the leak and developed a way ahead. This was late on a Friday and they took the time to do this professionally without shortcuts. The next time they came out they installed the new gas system that was leaking and notified the city so that they could come out to inspect and get the gas turned back on. I have nothing but praise for this company and will not hesitate to use them again for a plumbing issue. This is a great company and I highly recommend.Step 2
