    On Sunday, (8/11/24) I had a spigot behind my fridge break. Need an emergency plumber & Plumb Shield sent out Terry & Nathan & they were incredible. They fixed my issue quickly (quality work in a timely manner is ALWAYS a good sign) & were incredibly friendly & took time to explain what they were doing & why they were doing it. Highly recommend!

    Michael did great and quick work. I had contacted another plumbing company a few day ago about a leak and it took 2 people to say there was just a leak from the faucet which ended up being a bigger issue they had overlooked. Michael got straight to the point and showed me the issue, explained, and gave immediate solutions which all took about 2 or 3 hours including the repair and getting supplies along with coming to an affordable price. Would 100% recommend.

    Terry was very professional in explaining the problem with the cartridge being very damaged and he also replaced the plastic handle with the pictured one below and showed me how to navigate the different water temps. He is very knowledgeable about his profession and he provided me with a specific invoice.I also wanted to acknowledge Stephanie, when we called her this morning and she gave us the window of when Terry would arrive which was 9-11, my sister explained to her that if possible, we would need an earlier time as we are preparing for a funeral. She moved some appointments around and Terry was here around 7:40am and again, he did an amazing job!!!I would recommend Plumb Shield to family and friends and I also will be using the company again.🙂🙂

    Michael and Johnny saved Christmas! Hosting the holidays is fun, but not when your sink starts backing up and you can’t find the cause. Called Plumb Shield Plumbing and they were able to send Michael and Johnny out within hours of my call. They diagnosed the problem within minutes, laid out my options, and had my kitchen back in working order in under an hour. They took care as I worked to corral the pets, and communicated every step of the way. Pricing was fair and reasonable and professionalism was top notch. Small business, big service.     Michael Gentry came out on Christmas Day to help with a plumbing emergency. He showed up with the best attitude considering he was working on a holiday!     These guys are absolute saints! We called Plumb Shield in a panic when we came home from work (after hours) to find water seeping out of our slab foundation. Help came within the hour, and a diagnosis was made in even less time. Terry took time to explain how our system works and gave us multiple options to repair the leak. An entire crew was sent first thing the next morning and the repair was completed before the day was over. We were extremely impressed by their professionalism, expertise, and their ability to make minimal cuts in our walls despite the extensive repair that was needed. They will always be our first call moving forward!

    Michael arrived on time and was very friendly! Turned out our issue was as simple as changing out some batteries, so it was very quick and easy and he did not charge us since it was such a quick fix. We called several plumbers and these guys were the only ones to answer/not voicemail and they were at our house within the hour. We’ll be calling them again next time we need help!

Very professional crew and we appreciate them coming out on a Saturday morning.

    Mike did an awesome job on my sewage line. Him and his team were very quick at excavating the area and replacing the entire pipe. Had some hiccups with the city of Azle when they either forgot or just ignored the request for a final inspection and had to wait an additional day. But no issues with Mike or Stephanie, they were both very helpful and did what they had to do to finish the job.

He diagnosed the source of the backup, cleared it and ran the camera to ensure there were not any other obstructions and made a couple recommendations to prevent this in the future.     Terry and Nathan came out within an hour of us calling on Sunday. We had a pipe break in the front of our house which made us shut off the water completely. We had called several other companies that claimed they were 24/7 and were denied service. Plumb shield was quick, informative, and got our water back on within the hour. They listened to my concerns and after assessing the pipe, were able to explain the issues clearly to me. They created a fair bid and started the process right away! I was extremely impressed by their professionalism.Today They were able to replace a pipe outside that was leaking. Once finished, they showed me the small crack, most likely from a freeze. While they were here, I expressed concerns on the pressure of our faucets as well as our high water bill. They spent extra time checking the pressure to see if we had any additional small leaks. Terry also disassembled the faucets, and thoroughly cleaned the lines to ensure we would get the pressure back up. Highly recommend!

    We had a clogged sewer line that caused a backup in our master shower and bath at 10:30pm on a Monday night. I had originally called a different plumbing company who was supposed to show up the next day (Tuesday) and never did. That’s when I gave Plumb Shield a call at 5:30pm Tuesday evening—they had someone to our house by 6:30pm which was a huge relief. Mr. Fort Worth (Terry) was our technician and he was very thorough and got our sewer line unclogged and was on his way within an hour. He gave us some tips for preventing the issue in the future, as well. We really appreciated his help and how quickly he was able to identify the issue. After the repair was finished, Terry went back into our yard to make sure he had closed our backyard gate and cleaned everything up. Those little things are appreciated! I didn’t get quotes from other places so I can’t speak to the price compared to other places, but the service was excellent.

    My water heater leaked at the worst time on a Friday evening. I was worried I couldnt get anyone out here or will be overcharged since it was outside of regular business hours. I called Plumb Shield and they were able to send out Terry and Nathan within 2 hours. They checked out the heater, recommended replacement, and gave me a free estimate. They came the next morning and was able to do the replacement within 3 hours. My heater was 20 years old, so they had to upgrade and add some parts to get it up to code.     Update- Today Plumb Shield Plumbing replaced my toilet. Terry and Nathan did a great job and the new toilet works well. Honestly, if you need plumbing work give them a call. They are really nice to work with and they do it efficiently.Today I had plumbing work completed by Terry and Damien and couldnt be happier. I called on Sunday about a leaky bathroom faucet and made an appointment for Wednesday. They arrived on time, inspected my faucet, pipes and valves and I asked them to look at my kitchen disposal as well. They repaired the leaky faucet, replaced the hot and cold on/off valves and lines and replaced my garbage disposal all in one appointment.Both Terry and Damien were efficient, helpful, friendly and professional throughout the whole process and they got everything in ship shape order quickly.Im very happy with the results and will definitely call again when I need other plumbing work done. Im glad I now know someone I can trust with plumbing repairs and I unreservedly recommend them.Shout out to Stephanie, too. Thank you.

    The best experience I have ever had with a plumber so far! I Called in the middle of the week with expectations of being seen the following week, but she scheduled me according to my availability which was a couple days later on a weekend.They did not charge me a fee to come out. I was only charged for the service provided. Once Stephanie confirmed that I would be home, Nathan and Terry showed up before time, explained in detail what services were needed and the cost up front.Both guys were very knowledgeable, courteous, really quick and proficient.Very reasonably priced service also. From the second they arrived they were ready to go and hurry for work.Right off the RIP they began using the camera to locate any blockage from the yard to the street and from the house to the street, Following this they used the locator to follow the camera through the line and identify the blockages in the eroding concrete line. after this immediately began painting out and measuring out the distance from the house to the valve to the street quick fast, and in a hurry in and out in less than an hour no BS straight to a quote to get this problem resolved for me and my family.

We had just arrived to spend time at my elderly mother in law’s house for Christmas, and the leaking toilet was a bit frustrating and put a small damper in the mood.     I purchased an older house in the Benbrook area and the home inspector found a significant leak in the outgoing sewer line. I found Plumb Shield on Angies List and they gave me a reasonable initial quote. They made it clear that the job would be charged per foot of pipe replaced, and that the actual amount of pipe replacement required could increase once underway. This was a helpful approach to the unknowns of working on older houses. Terry got me scheduled quickly, and then was able to come out even earlier than expected. He got the tricky repair completed in a very timely manner. (Also helped that it was a pier and beam foundation). The job did require replacement of more pipe than expected, partly since the layout of the pipes was different than expected. Terry provided a new quote before going ahead with the extra work. I especially appreciated his expertise in that he did not copy the pipe routing path that the previous plumber had used (50+ years ago) which had led to the issues (pipes were apparently in tension due to an odd angle). He took the time to get the right parts to navigate the connection angles correctly to avoid future problems. He did not charge for the additional man-hours spent resolving this issue!Fixing the leak led to much better operation of my bathrooms, as well as to a happy move-in. Great work!

The biggest thing was getting our kitchen sink installed properly as it was an undermount and a previous owner DIY, they repaired it right then and there!! So thankful for Plumb Shield Plumbing. Terry and Damien did a great job and even put up with our dog overseeing every step, lol. Would use again and recommend to family and friends.

    Terry and Nathan came out to diagnose a blockage in our drainage pipe to the street. They used a camera during the diagnostic process then used an auger to try and clear the clog. When that didnt work, they were able to use a jetter to blast the clog out. Afterward, they sent the camera back down and were able to identify the original source of the blockage on the city side and recommended we have the city come out to take a look. They did a good job of explaining what and why they were doing things and didnt let any setbacks stop them from getting the job done

    Front office worked with me to schedule the plumbing so that the water shut off would not affect the neighboring businesses as we are tied to one shut off valve.Terry and his assistant Nathan arrived right at 8am, assessed the scope of the work (replacing 4 leaking custom valves over my cookpots), gave me an estimate and explanation of what was going to be done and improved to make any future repair easier. Upon approval of estimate, they went and picked up the parts. Repairs were done quickly and work was done and tested by 9:30am.

    Terry and his apprentice Nathan were awesome. One plumber I had at the house said I had a costly line break repair, and the other said I had a clog. Terry and Nathan solved the mystery by hydrojetting my entire water line to the street, and then video’ed the line as well as my sewer line from the toilet. The jetting out of the line revealed that I had no breaks but a clog, as well as the condition of my water line looking good for now. They were quick, efficient and communicative all along the way, and saved me money in the process. There was a glitch in the video recording and they made certain to re record and get it right so that I could see the progress that was done, and the condition of my system after the cleaning.     Plumb Shield Plumbing was an incredible company to work with!! I called two other places and plumb shield was the only one able to send a team out on a Saturday evening for an emergency outdoor spigot replacement. They were able to come to my home 2-3 hours after my initial call, and the total job time was maybe 30 minutes to replace an issue that has given me a headache for years.
