I called Panther City first because of their great reviews and reputation in Fort Worth and I cant say enough good things about them. Isaac was kind and responsive to my request when I was having a hard time getting an estimate or follow-up from other plumbing companies, one of which proposed costly excavation work that Panther City didnt even need to do. Although I allowed my original estimate to expire, Isaac honored it and scheduled service within days of my call. Jose and Jonathan were incredibly nice, informative, and efficient. They completed the repiping in about a day, doing a little fine-tuning the following morning and even resetting the garbage disposal on their way out. My water bill immediately returned to normal and I have hot water again.They turned a stressful situation of old, failing pipes and some huge water bills into a straightforward fix at a reasonable price. It was refreshing to find a friendly, honest, and professional plumbing company in my time of need, and I highly recommend Panther City to anyone needing a plumber in Fort Worth!

We had a great experience with this company! Isaac, the owner, was prompt in scheduling us when we had issues with our toilet and bathtub. Jose and Jonathan were professional, kind, and never pushed unnecessary services. They patiently answered all our questions and offered budget-friendly options. While fixing the clog, they also found a leak we didn’t know about and showed us a video for clarity. They genuinely care about their customers, and we’ll definitely use them again. I can’t recommend this company enough! The service we received was top notch! The service guys were so knowledgeable and polite. They even arrived early and sat out in their truck to wait. Of course, we told them it was ok that they were early to come on it. They found the leak. Had to cut out two places in two different rooms to get to the pipe to fix. They totally cleaned up the mess, even mopped the floor all around where they worked! I seriously wish all companies treated customers like this! We were having landscaping done and at the end of the day the landscapers accidentally broke the water main when planting the tree. Issac was able to quickly come and fix it, so they could finish planting the tree and be done for the day. We would highly recommend Panther City for any plumbing issues! They are fantastic!

Honest, trustworthy and friendly service. It can be intimidating and worrisome having to ask someone for help when you have to rely on their expertise.Isaac has consistently been straightforward. No upsell gimmicks or shady sales techniques (before, during or on completion of a job). Panther City has always been very responsive with good communication. Once their team arrived they were straight to business and have left a quality product when they were done.They first helped us with a leak in the plumbing around our water heaters. A year or two later we had an issue with our in attic AC equipment that they nipped in the bud. At some point in between they addressed some toilet issues. Today they replaced our water heaters. Each time I felt we got as good of service as I could have hoped!

I had a leak in my water main under the driveway, and Isaac came out to have a look and provide a quote. He was friendly and knowledgeable and took time to listen to my concerns. He was confident that they would be able to replace the pipe without cutting into the driveway, even pointing out some special considerations that other plumbers had not when providing a their quote. When they arrived to perform the work, Isaac and his team were courteous and respectful and got right to work. Although there were a few minor hiccups, Isaac was very transparent and took time to explain, and was able to have the pipe replaced and water on within the day. There was a small issue with the sprinkler after back-filling the dirt that was discovered later, but Isaac and James came out to fix it and make it right. I will gladly give Panther City Plumbing a call for our future plumbing needs!

Well, we had some issues. Our foundation was in serious trouble, and after the lifting was done, we needed some repairs. Come to find out, a lot of repairs. So I called some plumbing companies. Not only did Isaac answer right away, he could have his team out the next day, and they did an evaluation the same day. Since we had open holes in the foundation inside the house they were able to find one of the leaks quickly, and this one was going to take some work. They had to excavate more than a cubic yard of dirt, INSIDE our house. Surely this would leave a huge mess, right? Well, it didn’t. You could’ve eaten off the floor when they were done.He and his team were thorough, patient and professional and left out house in better shape than when they started. First time called Panther City Plumbing for an issue with a loose kitchen faucet handle. We booked a time and on the scheduled day notified they were coming earlier. I alerted them I could not and needed to keep the original time, which they honored. They looked at the faucet, tightened the handle but could not fix the internal looseness without suggesting to replace the entire faucet. They did not charge me for the house call & examining my faucet. When I do replace the entire unit, Ill call them for help. Quick, professional and courteous.
