I recently had an emergency leak coming from my ceiling. I reached out out to 2 different companies, one being Plumb-all. The first company was late for their appointment and gave me a quote for a ton of work to find the source of the leak. This of course, was also a ton of money! I reached out to plumb-all, hoping they could come out quickly or else Id have to take the first quote. I explained the urgency and 30 min later Ryan was sent out to look at my leak! He was very informative and professional. It took him less than 5 minutes to ask was there a bathroom over that spot! He immediately knew it was from my stand in shower, the diverter was bad! He had Dylan assisting him and in less than an hour, Ryan and Dylan had stopped my leak! Thanks to Plumb-All, I was still able to host my family for the Holidays! Great job guys!

Ryan and Dylan arrived promptly at our business and quickly diagnosed the issues with two of the automatic sensor-flushing public toilets. One toilet was not flushing at all, while the other was not generating enough pressure to complete the flush. They were very knowledgeable about the system, unlike the previous plumber we called. They replaced a few inexpensive parts and had us up and running quickly! They will be our new go-to for all our company’s plumbing needs!

Wow! Plumb-All is a company I would recommend to anyone! My house was in need of a new water heater and Plumb-All was able to install a brand new one the very next day! These guys truly saved the day , had a shower head in my mother’s bathroom that wouldn’t stop leaking even after 2 other companies were called out . It constantly bugged her through the night as she would hear water dripping from her bathroom . Our tankless water heater went out on Saturday, 4/13/24. We were referred to Plumb All by our pastor. Hubby called, spoke to someone who know longer works there, but he referred him to Stephen Hammond. Stephen called back 11 minutes later. He came out, did a diagnostic and found the issue. He was very professional and explained the issue in laymans terms. The part had to be ordered. When he came back and replaced the part, he realized the heater was installed incorrectly. At that point, we decided to switch back to a conventional water heater. Stephen came back, did his thing with utmost proficiency and now we have hot water. We were pleased with his approach, expertise and demeanor. If we have other plumbing issues, well reach out to Stephen for sure!!

Im so thankful for Steven, I called on Friday morning and he came out that afternoon. He fixed in one day what took another company 2 trips to figure out and they wanted to come out a 3rd time and possibly a 4th. He performed a Hydro wash I think its called and the price was great since the other company wanted to charge me the same for a lesser service. It only took an hour and now I have no problems with my kitchen sink draining properly. His co-worker was very pleasant and professional as well. I would do business with them again.

Contacted Plumb-All about installing Eljen septic system. Ryan came out and provided specifics and pricing on installation. They coordinated acquiring all of the required permits and tests needed. Steven H. and his asst came out and installed the system. They were prompt, courteous, professional and hard-working. Steven was extremely knowledgeable on the Eljen system and detail oriented. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly installed and functioning properly. He kept us updated daily and answered all of our questions. Steve came out to what we thought was finish the rest of a guest bathroom renovation project that another technician had worked on roughly 2months prior. When he arrived he advised that the tech had made quite a few mistakes. I was of course up set at mistakes but thankfully they warrantied the mistakes and I did not have to pay out of pocket. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. He was able to give me rough estimates for other projects down the line. I was also impressed with his teaching skills as he had an apprentice with him. I am so impressed with his skills and customer service.I highly recommend Steve and plum-All. 10/10 customer service.

I highly recommend Plumb-All! Plumb-All offered a speedy service after another company scammed me.In order to build an accessory structure in my backyard, the county requested an outline of my propertys septic drainfield. I called Plumb-All on February 5th to come out to my property and probe my septic drainfield, and Steve showed up the next day bright and early. After probing and marking the drainfield with flags, he drew an outline of the field lines including the distances from the house for reference. He also explained thoroughly how a septic tank system works because I recently bought the house and didnt fully understand it. He also answered other questions I had about replacing my septic system in the future. Steve is very knowledgeable and kind. When Steve and I spoke with the county inspector over the phone, he knew Steve and vouched for his previous work, which ultimately helped us get the approval from the countys environmental health department.

I reached out to Plumb All for a simple kitchen sink leak. Plumber #1 came out and said there was a leak to the dishwasher and simply cut the valve off and charged me $200.85 saying that would stop the leak. The leak remained and Plumber #2 came out and said the compression connector needed to be replaced and charged me and additional $180.25. The leak continued and Plumber #2 returned to say that something was loose and he would tighten it, which he did and the leak continued. Plumber #3 came out and said that I must have developed a new leak and now need pipes replaced and it would cost $925. Needless to say, I have loss confidence that they even know what is going on and I am just literally throwing money down the drain while they pretend to figure it out. I have requested to speak to a manager and still have not gotten a call back. I have spent $381.10 and I still have a simple kitchen sink leak and the manager will not contact me.After posting, the Manager immediately reached out to me to apologize and offered to rectify the issue. A plumber by the name of Ryan came out and immediately was able to identify the problem and set up a time that was convenient for me to come and make the necessary repairs. He did return and the money that I had previously spent was applied to this fix. I found Ryan to be very skilled and knowledgeable. The Manager, Josh was extremely concerned and professional and eager to resolve my problem. Thank you both, it meant a lot that you both wanted this resolved as much as I did.

I called the company and left a voicemail with the answering service regarding an issue with a humming noise that occurred when using water in my home. I received a call back from Ryan and he came out to assess the problem promptly. Well unfortunately we could not really get to the root of the issue due to circumstances out of my control and the tech Ryan’s control but Ryan addressed an even larger issue that I was not even aware of. I had a wide open T&P valve on the water heater which I learnt was very dangerous & negligent for whoever installed it. Ryan explained things thoroughly and simple enough for me to understand. He talked to my husband on the phone as well to explain the situation to him as well. Educated me and communicated about everything that was going on and what their plan was to address every issue that we had. I also appreciated the awesome and speedy service and the communication from Ryan. Being that it was an emergent issue, he let me know they could get it done same day to prevent us having to go without the necessary work being done for too long. Ryan is a great employee, reliable & trustworthy. Robbie who was also alongside Ryan in training was a great help as well. Very knowledgeable techs at this company and they care about the work and service they give. I would recommend them for any of your needs.

So I really love this service because the technician, Ben Hunt is amazing. He is prompt and very knowledgeable of his job. They dont take all day to figure things out. They KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING and they get it done in a timely fashion. My kitchen sink was stopped up with food and he came right in and cleared my disposal. And for my hot water tank, When I take a shower, the water was getting cold too fast so he came in and adjusted the temperature and now I can take a shower as long as I like without my water getting cold before I’m finished. I will always call on PLUMB- ALL for all of my plumbing issues. THANKS BEN!!!

I was unaware of Plumb-All until we gave them a try. We had a leak from one of our bathrooms into the other and contacted them on a Saturday afternoon. We scheduled for a Sunday morning appointment. Rex came out and was diligent in the diagnostic process. He was respectful of our home AND was prepared with plastic coverings to not make a big mess. Once he located the issue he went to work to complete the repairs. Though it took 2 days, (arrived on Sunday and returned on Monday due to supply store being closed) Rex was very knowledgeable with exceptional customer experience. Randy is awesome! He promised to come out the day I called him, even though it was last minute, and he did. He kept me informed when he was headed my way and explained everything about the job to me. He got his guys over to fix my leak the very next day when it best worked for my schedule. The job was completed quickly and I was able to see video of the leak and the solution as well. They were great and their price was reasonable. Every other plumbing company gave me the run around, but Randy made it work for me and for that I greatly appreciate him! Zack and Hunter arrived at our home on 7/28/2022 within 1 hour of being called for a plumbing leak. Zack appeared to be spearheading the job, but both he and Hunter were very knowledgeable and professional, as well as confident in their skills and experience. They immediately got to work right after the utilities were marked and to my surprise…they had already confirmed the location of the leak and completed the job within 1 - 2 hours. They also took the time to replace the grass/sod back over the dugout hole in our front lawn in a neatly fashion. This is the 2nd time Plumb-All has come to my rescue after hours. First was Steven a couple of months on a Saturday afternoon and last night was Ryan who came to repair a leak that was just below the water shut-off valve so the water to the entire house had to be shut off until it was repaired. While other companies told me they couldnt come until today or tomorrow, Plumb-All kept at it until they found Ryan. Ryan was, as was Steven, highly professional, respectful, efficient, cleaned up the area, and made sure everything was in good working order before he left. He also met with my dogs approval! Steven was amazing and a God send he took care of our situation in a very professional and timely manner & he was such a delight! I never thought that everything would be taken care of in one day and he did a diagnostic & quickly told us what the issues were & got everything fixed expeditiously. My lawn guy was cutting my grass and discovered I had a water line break in my front yard. I found Plumb All online and call them around 11pm. I reported the issue I had and Ryan called me back immediately. He was out at my house at 8am that Wednesday to assess the damages I had. He and his brother immediately got started with replacing the pipe in my yard. The job was complete and my yard was restored by 10am on that Thursday.
