I am so thankful for the quick response and thorough work by Drainworks. I had a septic emergency where it backed up in my house, filled up my tubs, all within a few weeks after moving in. They came out the first night and cleared the septic, then came back the next day and repaired it and the piping in my house. The first photo shows the 2 90 degree turns that were there before and easily blocked up. They also fixed a toilet flange that has been installed incorrectly.

I have got to give Drainworks a 5 star rating.... They really went over and beyond to repair our septic system.... Not only do they have reasonable prices but they work with your budget.... They not only explained every step of the way but also showed me their work.... They were able to fix a complete fiasco made by a previous company.... I will definitely refer to anyone i know as well as use them again myself....

I dont give many attaboys, but when I do, its well deserved. Josh Myers and his company Drainworks Septic are top notch. My main line to the septic tank clogged and made a mess in all the showers and tubs. Called Josh on a Sunday to come out,and he was there in a little over an hour, had my line unclogged, gave me a years warranty on any future clogs, and a discount as well. Top notch outfit 👍

Mr. Joshua Myers came right away when my septic tank was backed up and unclogged the main line so we could use our toilets right away then he came over the next day to replace the main line and pumped out the septic tank, cleaned up the whole system, installed a clean out in case it gets clogged in the near future due to my house was built in 1979. I sincerely recommend these guys to do any repairs or inspections, installations, highly professional, honest..

Josh and his is team is amazing! They came out and resolved my septic tank issue.( I won’t go in too much details about my plumbing problem) needless to say, I shopped around and spoke to at least four other plumbing companies, and two of the four flaked on me 1 canceled the day of the appointment which left Drainworks the most reliable! They came in and showed up and within a few hours I was back up and flushing again.

I called Drainworks Septic Solutions because my septic tank was leaking in my front yard. I have little to no knowledge about how a septic tank works but Joshua was beyond professional and schooled me. We even went over different options and he also explained each option to me in great detail. I was a little worried thinking I would have to pay an arm and a leg to get things fixed but to my surprise he had very affordable prices. After I chose option that was very affordable for me Joshua and his crew got to work. I mean it took them no time to get the job done. They even texted me with updates as to when they would arrive prior to coming. Everybody was so friendly. 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend Joshua and his crew😇. I read the bad reviews and were a little skeptical but my experience overall was great.

They were very professional, it was a good Memorial Day weekend for me and my family no one would come out to my home everyone was complaining about their trucks were full and that the dump site was close until Tuesday this company immediately schedule me and came out and did professional work ,and their price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company the first thing when they pulled up to my house I was looking for the backhoe, what really impressed me was they said their shelves were they backhoe and that they were saving me money because of the diesel cost and delivery of equipment I really appreciate that because most companies will try to beat you out of your money but drain work delivered.
