    Very friendly customer service. Had to have a new water heater installed. They took care of everything and even went the extra mile and put a few add one that will save my floors and walls if this one goes out. Highly satisfied with their work, attention to detail, and some of the preventive maintenance features they installed. Thank you!Had a water line break at the riser. The service was professional, courteous, and done correctly. He explained my options and the process the entire way through. I will use them for any plumbing needs in the future, and would recommend them to anyone.

    I had issues with my hot water tank over the weekend. Im pretty handy and usually can get things done myself but this time I was unsuccessful. I called Chris West Plumbing today 08/26/2024 and explained the issues I was having. The young lady who answered the phone took my information and told me that everyone was out on jobs but someone will be in contact with me. She was very nice and polite. It had to be less than 30 - minutes and received a call from Brad. He came right away, assessed the issue and presented me with a couple of options. Although I have been delaying it, the best options was to replace my water heater. These guys are competent, quick and thorough. They are very nice and polite.     My hot water heater went out. I called Monday afternoon. They sent someone out onTuesday morning before 9:00 am. Two young men returned. They installed my new heater according to code. All three young men were mannerly and polite. They explained what they had done and my warranty. They were neat and cleaned up where they had worked.     Weā€™re new to Jonesboro, but we had seen a Chris West truck at our neighbors a while back. So when our water heater started leaking late Sunday afternoon I called them first thing Monday. Alex and his assistant had our new water heater installed quick and neat. Same day service. Iā€™m a satisfied customer.

    Big thank you to Christ West Plumbing - especially Stephen Townsend, Josh Manley, and Chris Mitchell. They do impeccable work, and they fixed a lot of plumbing issues that weve had with our old house. No issue was too big or too small.They replaced our 20 year old water heater (with a very nice Bradford White 50 gallon), fixed the plumping under a couple of sinks, replaced a faucet, snaked/replaced a shower drain, identified a problem with our shower tray in one of the showers, and replaced gas lines to our generator to get them up to code.Biggest of all, they relined an old, original copper line in the slab with epoxy that had experienced a slab leak 25+ years ago and had to be cut off. After all that time, the line is now fully operational again and delivering hot water to the other side of the house as it once did so long ago. We finally dont have to run off a small, crappy water heater on the other side of the house, and can run off one single water heater for the entire house again.To my knowledge, they are the only plumbing outfit in Arkansas that offers this epoxy relining of water lines. Its non-invasive (no tearing up the flooring/slab, no messing with overhead runs, etc.), and is probably the best solution to a slab leak you can get.Renee and Kaitlyn, their receptionists/schedulers were awesome to deal with - excellent communication. We also met Chris J, and have met Ronnie (their remodel guy) and Chris West himself in the past. All great, professional people that are easy to talk to and work with.They explain all your options, pricing, and offer sound advice. They are very polite, take their shoes off before they come in your house, and thoroughly clean up their work area when they are done with a repair. They send text messages letting you know who is coming and when.Just an all-around top-notch, well-managed company. I would recommend them to anyone as they are the best in Northeast Arkansas. Thanks a ton guys, we really appreciate it.

Although Chris West Plumbing in Jonesboro usually does not come to West Memphis for home issues, they did for this job, and I will be forever grateful.There are not enough plumbers in West Memphis & Marion.     Everything went exceptionally well and we were happy with the work and employees assigned to our repair. My only recommendation would be that just because you quote a minimum fee, thereā€™s nothing wrong with charging less than minimum quoted, if project turns out being simpler than normal. That would be exceptional advertising, but I realize you already have excess business.

Kyle came out same-day, offered a variety of pathways forward, and had a water heater installed in a couple hours.     I called 2 plumbers, waited 3 weeks, no show. Called Chris West and he had a crew at my house within an hour! Very friendly, professional young men. Explained what they were going to do and got right to it. All finished in 1 1/2 hours. Leak was fixed, covered up, then checked inside to be sure wayer was working in all faucets.     My electric water heater had a short and almost caught fire. I was not aware of this but the guys diagnosed it immediately. This required a replacement of the water heater and the guys doing it were very friendly, informative, and efficient in the process. What was supposed to be a very quick job became a long one when they discovered the short in the wiring. They did a great job installing the new water heater and they used as many old parts as they could keep to the cost down as much as possible. This is the second time Iā€™ve used Chris West plumbing and I have had an excellent experience both times. I highly recommend them.

    We were very pleased with the work performed by Chris West Plumbing. The men kept me informed of what time they would arrive and they arrived on time. The work was professionally done and they cleaned up whatever mess they made. One of the men had quoted me a price when he came out to look at our hot water heater and the price he quoted was exactly what we were charged...no hidden surprises.My husband wasnt thrilled with how high the outside pipe was placed but he wasnt here to ask if it couldve been lowered. A person might want to question that prior to having a water heater installed. Overall, though they did a very professional job and didnt stop until the job was completed.     AMAZING! At 8:32am this morning I called and left a message for Chris West Plumbing and mentioned that the pan under my hot water heater was full and water was dripping into my garage. Less than 15 minutes later, they called me back and said this was a big deal and they had someone on the way. Chase and Alex arrived and confirmed my suspicions that the water heater was toast. They thoroughly answered my questions, quoted me a price, and went to fetch a new water heater. They had a new one installed in a jiffy and for less than they originally quoted.     The guys came out installed a Dryer box in a home over 80 years old. They ran into tons of problems which Is expected in a home this old. They were very careful & cautious when they needed to cut some studs to make sure they were not load-supported and we had it properly reframed before redoing the plumbing work. All plumbing including the 4ā€ dryer vent was routed outside was done perfectly. Iā€™m a very picky individual and these guys over exceeded my expectations thatā€™s very hard to fine nowadays.     Centerpoint replaced the gas meter and afterwards the technician came in and told my wife he relit our gas hot water heater. When I got home I noticed it was not relit. After several calls to Centerpoint I was told it was my problem that the gas was on. So I called Chris West Plumbing as they had done the install of this hot water heater for me in 2017. Chris West Plumbing was at our house within the hour and found that the Centerpoint technician had swapped the red and white wires on the hot water heater controller. Only took them a few minutes to figure it out. And they didnt even charge me! Highly recommend this professional group!!

    I had a shower handle break and we had to turn the water off to our house. I called Chris West Plumbing and they said they would be out that afternoon if possible or the next morning. So I temporarily fixed the faucet, after I did that it was no time they called and said someone would be there shortly. Josh came out to check the situation and said they would come back the next morning to replace the faucet I bought.
