After contacting them the plumber was at my house in less than an hour and within 2 hours the problem was resolved. The price was reasonable and I am satisfied thus far.

I called in the late morning, 3 days before Christmas to replace a leaking water heater (Called 2 other companies first because I just went by a local Google search - they couldnt help). Professional and kind initial call. Quickly dispatched the call and bam, they were there to give a quote.I received a quote from a contractor a month before to replace the water heater before it was leaking. This quote was competitive.Within minutes of my online approval of the quote, they were off to work. I thought it would be at least a day before work would start. Nope - within hours, life was back to normal. Great communication with zero need for physical interaction (as a toddler and dog mom, that was awesome).It was beyond easy. Payment plans are offered too if that makes your life easier.

H&G Plumbing is a great company to have on your side. Ive recently had a pipe leak and Mr. Randy was able to get it fixed for me in reasonable amount of time. He was very helpful and informative and gave me a reasonable price. He didnt mind me asking questions which I thought was awesome and he answered them truthfully. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing repairs in the future.

This company amazed me beginning with the customer service. I had 3 toilets that were constantly running water whenever they wanted to and a kitchen faucet that was dripping water to where my water bill went from $40.00 average to over $150.00 per month. They came to my place on time and determined that repairing these problems would have cost me more than just replacong them. 2 days later the came in on time again and repalced 3 toilets and the faucet with quality products, and left my home clean in all areas they worked in and all has been working great since. I highly reccomwnd H&G PLUMBING AND SEPTIC for their professionalism and quality of work. Licensed; Bonded and Insured with a warranty on the work and parts. Brian and Zack helped us get a rush septic install completed in no time flat. They were careful with our lawn, courteous and worked quickly at a good price. They are licensed, bonded, have insurance, warrantied their work, and answered all of my questions. The new septic has been in for a couple of weeks, and everything is working as it should. I would hire them again.

Randy Jackson is Awesome. I called H&G with my septic problems. Talked to RandyHe came right out...addressed the problem and got right on it. He was here at 6:00am,worked continuously until the new septic system was installed at 4:30pm. H&G plumbing proved to be an honest and reputable company. I would absolutely recommend this company.
